An array of stamps I purchased at this Post Office not all of them are available now.

Although I live in Upland I prefer this post office. It seems like a Mayberry version of a Post Office. During my Adopt-a-Senior lunacy I was at a post office about 3 times a week, so I got to know the staff here. They are always pleasant and there is a guy that comes out right about closing time, I think he is the postmaster, he has a nice sense of humor. Parking is on the street and this location usually carries quite a bit of current stamps... in fact they display them on a wall so you can see them while you are waiting. I've noticed that most post offices aren't carrying the large priority mail boxes out in front they will direct you to the. However you will find all of the flat-rate envelopes here in all sizes. It's a small post office so when the lines get long and 6ft spacing the lobby area is limited. Respectfully Reviewed.

Claremont post office was my first choice, it's small but it's very quaint (especially the neighborhood it's in.

I just left the UPS Store here in Claremont, and I feel genuinely disappointed with the level of…read morecustomer service I received. I was assisted by a staff member named Alejandra. While I completely understand that she's not being paid extra to go above and beyond but really your job is to push buttons and scan a barcode at a place of business designed to ship and receive packages? I made a very simple and reasonable request: I asked if she could help me lift a small package. I had already brought the item into the store using a cart, and it was positioned directly in front of the counter. I wasn't asking her to carry it across the store or do any strenuous lifting...just a quick hand to place it on the scale. Her response was, "I can't lift it, we're under medical orders." This was surprising to hear from two visibly young, able-bodied employees. It felt more like an excuse than a genuine restriction, especially when the task was so minimal. What was most disheartening wasn't just the refusal to help--it was the attitude. I wasn't asking for special treatment because I'm a woman. I was simply hoping for basic human decency as someone clearly about to give birth. The general demeanor I encountered felt dismissive, almost like "I'm not getting paid to do more than the bare minimum." It's not the first time I've experienced this at this location either. Even walking in with a box, struggling with the door while pushing a cart, no one offers to assist or even acknowledges the effort. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that at a UPS shipping and packaging center, there would be someone available to assist with taking a package. That's the entire purpose of such a business. I didn't bring in something heavy, and I wasn't asking anyone to carry it across the store. I was literally already at the weighing scale and just needed help placing the item on it. The associate, Alejandra, said she couldn't help because she was under "medical orders" not to lift anything. While I can respect that some employees may have restrictions, it honestly begs the question: why would someone who can't lift even a light package or open a door for a customer be placed in a front-facing role at a shipping facility? If there are genuine limitations, shouldn't that be addressed through proper staffing or at least disclosed clearly? Maybe there should be a notice that says: If you need help lifting or handing off a package, please bring assistance. We're not permitted to touch any packages. That way, I could plan accordingly--because as someone who is 39 weeks pregnant, it's not safe or fair to assume I should do everything solo, especially at a location that advertises assistance with shipping and packaging. My expectations aren't outlandish. I expected basic, reasonable help in handing off a return. If that can't be provided, customers deserve to know up front so we can make alternate arrangements. This experience just doesn't align with what a "shipping service" should be.

My machine ended up printing 2 blank sheets and had a need a toner replacement message. So he ended up needing to come to my machine anyways. It charged me for 4 copies, but he did refund me for two that were blank. If he would have helped me in the first place maybe this would have been a better review. I usually go to Staples, but since I had time issue and the person I was helping lived closer to here, I figured would be better to come here. Would like to see better customer service here.

As I was printing my docs, an elderly Hispanic couple walked in. They did not speak English. The gentleman who was kind to me previously was now very rude and impatient and was borderline yelling at these customers. What they were asking for was not difficult to understand. Mind you they are legal residents (not that it freaking matters) I know because they were there to make copies of their green cards. Anyway the worker offered very little support and then walked away. Keep in mind the store is empty. It's just me and this couple. I finish printing. They stood there looking confused so I helped them super quick they only needed a total for 4 pages printed. Do better FedEx. Hire people with a sense of decency. Dude literally went to vacuum a spotless carpet while I walked them through the process and helped them. Took me two minutes. Bro high key came off mad xenophobic. Unacceptable service from my perspective. Won't be back.
