I don't come to the post office often but when I do I dread it because I feel Completely Lost and don't know where to start my mailing process. Coming in here they had a woman greet me before I even had to figure out what counter or station to start at. She asked me what I wanted to do and pointed me in the direction of where to Find out the box I needed and a quote On the price. A very smooth transaction to say the least. In addition I noticed that the staff knows The majority of the customers names and asked about their family, dog, etc. So friendly! I don't hope to visit here often but if I ever Do, I won't be so intimidated or dread the trip. read more

I went about 3:45 on a Monday and it was busy! In addition to the counter, they had an assistant at the self-service machines (there are 3 machines) and he was very helpful. I don't normally send packages and so I didn't know exactly what to do, I asked about a box, and the assistant looked at the gift I was sending and recommended a giant envelope instead, saving me at least $7, he then walked me through the purchasing process and got it sent off. I was in and out in about 10 minutes even though it was so busy because the assistant was so helpful. read more

I usually don't have a problem coming to this post office, but today I felt really uncomfortable. I went up to Noel and asked him a few questions and he cut me off mid sentence. Then, when I handed him my mail, he was literally tossing it around on the counter. He didn't smile, he didn't try to make small talk, and he had the biggest frown on his face. Not to mention he was really rude to his coworker when his coworker had asked him a question. I felt really uncomfortable, as if I did something wrong. Noel didn't even say "thank you" or "goodbye." We paid for the mail and that was it. I don't know if I want to come back to this post office after this horrible customer service. Our mail is delivered to a mail room which has our box plus parcel boxes to make it easier for the delivery person. When we receive parcels that can be scrunched into the box the delivery person does that. So we complained. Now he leaves a note to pick up at the post office. I guess either he wants to keep the parcel lockers new or it is to inconvenient to use the parcel boxes or revenge (probably). read more

Rick is a real piece of work. Such terrible customer service with zero respect for his customers. I don't know if it's because I'm younger, so he thinks he can treat me differently or if he just simply could care less about anything. He firstly got upset with me because I made a mistake on an address after I kindly apologized, he never asked how I wanted to ship my items, and then he proceeded to not ask me if any of my packages were fragile before THROWING them into a far away bin, which all of my packages were fragile.. he gave me attitude with every single word that came out of his mouth and then agitatedly waited for me to pay without even giving me my total, so how on earth was I supposed to pay?? I continuously apologized for my mistakes and not understanding him when he thought I could read his mind. Such an angry man. For the last 3 months I have had problems with this post office. The carriers has delivered 7 packages to different addresses. I tried calling this office and all I get is they will look into it and never contact me again. I called the USPS main number and they said they will escalate the problem. I speak to the supervisor at this office and he says he will talk to the mail carrier and have them put a pink card with my mail each day to insure they are making sure they are double checking and delivering to the correct address. This did not work either! This post office care nothing about the costumer and pays no attention to their supervisors at all. I never had any problem at this location . Always fast services I got from this postal location. Sometimes lines get too long if you go during lunch time and in the evening atriums 4-5 pm. Besides that everyone works there are friendly and always helpful if needed. read more

The postal worker who delivers our mail always screws up. I have received many other people's mail. I ordered some clothes and the person I purchased them from did everything correctly.... but the mail carrier DIDN'T!! The mailman delivered my package to the wrong mailbox and now I'm having a hard time getting anyone to take responsibility for it. I'm not asking for much, just maybe my money back since I won't be able to replace the shirts I ordered. I have been going into the post office since April and still haven't been able to get Teresa the manager to call me, yet many people have taken down my information and said she would contact me. Everytime I come to this post office it is a long wait. I'm currently standing in line right now and have been for 20 minutes and I'm second in line. The lady came to the window and then left again. This is the lamest post office I have ever encountered!! Stop your mail for vacation and you NEVER get it restarted (on the date you had asked for it) without filing a complaint on USPS.COM. I ordered something on Amazon. I order a lot from there and all of the sudden this post office who delivered my mail that day couldn't find my address to delivered the address. These low evaluations astonish me. I have been going to this post office on California for over 10 years and I find it one of the best post offices I have ever been to. The staff is courteous and efficient. The lines move quickly (unlike the Perris post office where people should erect tents in line). There is nothing I can criticize. It is a wonderful post office with a great staff. Oh, sorry, there is one thing I could criticize--the outdoor landscaping (or lack of it) stinks--but this has nothing to do with the post office itself. read more

This is the worst USPS in U.S. history. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I mailed a letter last Friday morning through the self-service kiosk since they weren't open yet and put it through the slot. I called today(mon) to ask why the tracking still shows electronic acceptance since Friday morning and a lady said she would call me back and try to look for it and that I was supposed to place letter in big drop box not the slot. Surprise surprise, no call back so I drove there after work and spoke to a guy initially who said, "It doesn't matter where you put it, we don't keep anything here and we sent it." I ask someone else a few moments later because they're pretty good with updating tracking info day to day, (it turned out to be the lady I spoke to on the phone), first thing she says is, "I couldn't find it." So I asked if it's possible it still went out of the facility and she replied, "yeah." Absolutely zero confidence in these people, no help. . No direction, suggestions, or anything.. Horrid customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this USPS, seek your business elsewhere.. read more

This post office gets mix reviews, sometimes it is good service, others times it is indifferent or worse. The problem is no one in authority really cares. These are government workers with a public employee union - which says it all. As long as they can fog a mirror they can work for the post office. My advise is avoid this PO. Drive to another location to mail your letters or boxes. Better yet stop using the USPO. Bill pay on line and use Fedex. That is what I have done but I can not stop others from mailing things to me. Going to complain about a mail carrier, not my regular one as he is great. I looked out the window and saw mail truck with female pull up to box and put mail in. About an hour later I took it out and there was a card saying "sorry we missed you" WHAT!!!! that lazy woman made no attempt to get out of her truck...walk the 20 steps to my front door and ring the bell. Also a liar as she indicated she made some attempt to contact us. I went into the Post Office on California Avenue to mail 3 separate packages to my grandchildren in Reno, NV. I selected Priority Mail boxes appropriate for shipment and went to the service counter. Rick (Clerk 18) informed me that I could save $15.00 by using a different package. I switched boxes and saved to money. Called several times and spoke with an Alex.. you can tell he likes his job, eh somewhat. Very unorganized when it comes to returning phone calls and keeping his promise to call back. Finally called back after a window period of 2 day silence.. only to speak to a woman who sounds like an employee who just shows up for a pay check. Her name was Michelle.. quite a distasteful person. I hope no one has to deal with her. I have had better service from 17 yr old employee at McDonald's. Maybe she should quit and give someone else who needs/wants a job. I mail packages nearly every day and rely on the services of this Post Office. Everyone at this location is courteous, friendly and helpful. I have to give a special shout out to one Post Office staff member in particular and that is Rick. I can always depend on him whenever I need assistance with special packages or a need for information. Today I asked if they had a certain size box I needed right away. He was very helpful and was able to give me a few of the boxes I needed until my box order comes in. He is always willing to answer questions or help with my shipping needs. With all of the shipment I do it's so nice to know I can depend of getting good service every time. read more

There's like 3 different supervisors and they all give you different times to show up and once you get there they assign you to a route and when your almost ready to deliver they assign you to a different route and than one more after that. To the guy who is always in the red vest, who is apparently "manager", you have the WORST attitude! I feel so bad for your coworkers that have to deal with your personality! I cannot wait for my po box to be up so I can switch to UPS. This ongoing issue of your horrible service and horrendous attitude has already been reported. After yelling at me and my husband numerous times, REFUSING to scan in ALREADY PAID FOR PACKAGES, and lack of service, I will GLADLY take my business elsewhere. As a business owner, I NEED packages scanned in when it leaves my hands. More than once, these orders sometimes do not get scanned in UNTIL THEY REACH MY CUSTOMER! I pay for tracking and expect my package TRACKED. My business will no longer use USPS if this treatment of customers is acceptable by USPS. You straight out said that you didn't care if we had to drop TWO heavy packages into the Dropbox. After explaining that it would crush other boxes in there, as we had flat rate. You admitted you didn't care and it doesn't matter. I've seen you snap at customers and customers leaving very upset. Every other employee is awesome and helpful, but you sir need to sit down, eat a snickers, and seek an attitude adjustment. I'm shocked you have a job! You make USPS look just awful. read more

I came here after waiting FOREVER at the one in Norco (had a super long line that didn't move and no flat rate boxes were re-stocked). the service here was awesome! the wait went super fast and all their "flat rate" boxes were stocked. nice and clean inside, and lots of parking spaces. read more
