I came here after waiting FOREVER at the one in Norco (had a super long line that didn't move and no flat rate boxes were re-stocked). the service here was awesome! the wait went super fast and all their "flat rate" boxes were stocked. nice and clean inside, and lots of parking spaces. read more

They are so slow at this location. I came in there was 2 people ahead of me and the employees would take 10-15 min per customer. Instead of asking customers who weren't ready to move over so they can help someone else they would wait for people to call from their cell phones to confirm mailing address. I will never visit this location again. I rather wait until I have to go to Long Beach to work to mail something off. read more

I mail packages nearly every day and rely on the services of this Post Office. Everyone at this location is courteous, friendly and helpful. I have to give a special shout out to one Post Office staff member in particular and that is Rick. I can always depend on him whenever I need assistance with special packages or a need for information. Today I asked if they had a certain size box I needed right away. He was very helpful and was able to give me a few of the boxes I needed until my box order comes in. He is always willing to answer questions or help with my shipping needs. With all of the shipment I do it's so nice to know I can depend of getting good service every time. read more

This is the worst post office ever!! I worked they're part time and it's soooo unprofessional. There's like 3 different supervisors and they all give you different times to show up and once you get there they assign you to a route and when your almost ready to deliver they assign you to a different route and than one more after that. And than one more. So that probably explains alot right there why everyone's packages are always not on time as well as mail. Honestly Go somewhere else if you want professionalism.... Well... They list a phone number but all it does is ring with no answer. I'm afraid to go down there because if they can't answer a simple phone call how good can the customer service really be??? To the guy who is always in the red vest, who is apparently "manager", you have the WORST attitude! I feel so bad for your coworkers that have to deal with your personality! I cannot wait for my po box to be up so I can switch to UPS. This ongoing issue of your horrible service and horrendous attitude has already been reported. After yelling at me and my husband numerous times, REFUSING to scan in ALREADY PAID FOR PACKAGES, and lack of service, I will GLADLY take my business elsewhere. As a business owner, I NEED packages scanned in when it leaves my hands. More than once, these orders sometimes do not get scanned in UNTIL THEY REACH MY CUSTOMER! I pay for tracking and expect my package TRACKED. My business will no longer use USPS if this treatment of customers is acceptable by USPS. You straight out said that you didn't care if we had to drop TWO heavy packages into the Dropbox. After explaining that it would crush other boxes in there, as we had flat rate. You admitted you didn't care and it doesn't matter. I've seen you snap at customers and customers leaving very upset. Every other employee is awesome and helpful, but you sir need to sit down, eat a snickers, and seek an attitude adjustment. I'm shocked you have a job! You make USPS look just awful. read more

This Post Office is amazing! First of all it's huge. There is plenty of personal space while waiting in line, filling out paperwork, or whatever it is you're doing. The staff is not only extremely fast but they're the friendliest people. A special thanks to Rick; is an extremely hard worker. I was in there a few days ago and it seemed like everyone decided to stop by the post office on their lunch hour, including me. Rick assisted several customers maintained a charming and positive, attitude while dealing with person after person after person. He was fast. He was efficient. Rick is literally the worst. If he's married, I'm sorry for his wife. I waited in line for 10 minutes and he was the next person open. All I wanted was a receipt for my prepaid package. All he did was point to another lady that was already helping someone and said "go to her". I said what? Confused, because they usually always will help me at the counter because they just need to scan the package. He had an attitude and said she will help you with the receipt. So I get out of line and wait on her. She scans the package and needs to walk back up to the counter to print It. She asked him why he couldn't do It and no response. He had no one else in line. He takes the packages and throws It into the bin. Even though the box says fragile. Well rick, you are a dick and the next time I am there I will get in line again to brighten your day! read more

Previously I would have given more stars but my last visit was my LAST visit to this postal branch. Generally the service doesn't leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling, however they are usually friendly with my 4 year old daughter. My visit this past week left me to make the decision I wouldn't be returning. Incredibly rude. I mean incredibly rude and not just the gentleman who was waiting on me. The man next to him was equally rude almost yelling at an elderly lady who was asking questions. Unacceptable. You chose your job, I didn't choose it for you. Whether you like or even want to be there, you're in a very customer service oriented job. Suck it up and smile or go in the back and sort mailers. read more

Sorry, just wanted to say that the corona post office by California Ave. has a very rude and inconsiderate employee. So, I was inside around 2:27pm today to mail something. I waited in line for about 20 minutes with another person behind me, so at around 2:47pm some post office man comes out and says, "oh we are only taking people up to the person in front of you, I came out earlier said so", I was we have been waiting here for about 20 minutes, you guys close at 3pm and I don't see any sign or someone telling us when we came in that were not taking anyone. He said "well I came out earlier and already said it". Me and the man behind me were so upset, I was, so you came out 40 minutes before you close and told someone that he is the last one, and then don't expect that people will still be coming in?40 minutes is a long time. Seriously! You need to have a sign saying we don't take people in line after 2:20pm or should have told the guy in front to let people behind him know that he was the last one they were taking, instead of me wasting my time in line. Anyone of the other mail persons could have mentioned something too. There was one mail person on the pickup door, another fixing up some boxes and another one by where you pick up the envelopes. Any one of those persons could have also told us, "we won't be able to take you", or someone already mentioned that we won't be taking anyone else. I'm actually not even upset at wasting my time, it's more of the rudeness of the postal worker. Even an apology or sorry would have been nice. read more

I just moved to Corona and whoever the mail courier is for Waterstone at Corona Pointe Apartments needs to be FIRED!!! Constantly puts mail clearly marked "Does not Reside here" back in my mailbox rather than returning it to whatever sender. For a THIRD TIME has put my package in the WRONG persons mailbox. Glad to know I just moved here and cant have ANYTHING sent me because it will get lost or delivered to someone else...... HORRIBLE! read more

His name is Israel.... there isn't much to say about this particular individual that is positive. I understand working long hours can take a toll on anyone but Israel lacks the basic fundamentals of what it means to serve a customer. In my opinion, customer service is the hallmark of any company especially one that bases itself off delivering someone's personal mail. For some reason this quality is lost to Israel, as he never really can get things right. For example, if a customer has a question for an employee it would only be proper to answer that question to the best of your knowledge. Israel was that employee and decided to show poor body language and overall, just be plain out rude for no particular reason. His response to customers is something I couldn't rap my head around, why was he acting this way? (Was it problems at home? Did he have issues that were distracting him from his work?) The answers to these questions I may never know. What I do understand is that the atmosphere he creates is not one I would want representing a local post-office. This review isn't a plea to get this man fired, nor is it a rant. Rather, I would hope Israel reads this one day and comes to realize he has a job to do and it must be done with some quality. read more

They never answer the phone. Either the line is busy or it just rings for several minutes and then just disconnects. Mail from this facility is consistency mis-delivered. Locked boxes are not secured. Keys have been given out. Overall, the service is very very bad. read more

I have had only one bad experience here, but I think it may be due to lack of communication on my part. The majority of the time I have dealt with this post office they have been courteous and helpful! Especially Mike! He was helpful and polite! I hope more people review their positive experiences. Really they deserve 0 stars at this post office. every time we go to this post office, they have the worst costumer service. This is the post office our delivered mail originates from. Seems to be hit or miss-when it comes to packages being delivered, with our route carriers. Sometimes a delivery effort is made. Sometimes not. Often times no effort is made, and no missed delivery notification is left. Not driving 12 miles, to pick up mail that SHOULD BE delivered. Laziness with an "I don't care' attitude seems to be the norm lately. I should not have to leave messages, in my mailbox, for route carriers who are failing to do their jobs. Oh, there are no dofs at this delivery address. Secures yard, too. All the carrier has to do, is to place larger packages (that do not fit into our secured mailbox) to the right of the gate (inside of the yard). read more

Had an accident with one of their drivers months ago. Had their customer service supervisor Elmer R. Nunez show up to the scene. Told his driver to lock up her truck and that she was on suspension. He then asked what had happened and asked for my information. At the time i did not think to ask for their drivers information. He then told me that they would be calling me. A few weeks pass no call. I called them numerous times and no answer and finally when Elmer decides to answer i tell him that i have not received a call or anything in mail. He told me that that is weird that they had already sent their insurance information through the mail. Just goes to show how well they run things around here. Its been almost a year now. I have taken the responsibility to address the issue with the main post office building in D.C. Hope this helps anyone. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! First I got a notice saying my package got home but nobody was there to receive it, which in the past I have bought many things from this buyer and UPS has left it in my mailbox with no issues. So I woke up at 8 am to go pick up this package, well first I get to the post office on west grand because that's where the notice told me to pick up, I get there and of course it's not there. So then I drive over to the one off California and after waiting in line for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged the Asian petit women finally takes my notice goes back and disappears and then returns to tell me the package was there the night before but the package was now sent back to my home! Overall the lack of communication in this place is terrible. She never even apologized for the notice being left on my door etc. so I wasted a whole hour going back and forth for nothing. I understand mistakes happen but I'm in retail, and the FIRST thing an employee should do is apologize AT LEAST! hope I never have to go back to this place again. Worse than the DMV !!! read more

The local carrier keeps leaving the slip in the box that says they couldn't deliver a package. After speaking to someone previously about this problem at my last address (same neighborhood, one street over) I was told they're supposed to come to the door to try to deliver packages if they won't fit in the mailbox or require a signature. However, we keep getting these slips when we're home. I try to keep an eye out for the local carrier but I get busy and usually miss them. The last two didn't have tracking information on it so now they are refusing to help me find these two packages because they didn't provide tracking information. When I fill out the form online, I explain in the comments they didn't leave me a tracking number, but they close out the form saying I didn't give them a tracking number so they can't help. I call and no one answers any more. I work when they are open and can't get there on my breaks. I don't understand why they can't even leave the tracking numbers on the form anymore so that I can get assistance. What is the point of leaving the form without a tracking number if that's what they need? They may as well be mocking us. read more
