I thought I had plenty of time between appointments but I was almost late to my next appointment plus there was no time for lunch as who would have thought with an appointment it would take two hours to be helped. Not only was it slow it was incredibly cold in there. The temp. was probably in the 50 degrees range plus there was nowhere to sit. Shame on you USPS. This was unfair the the employee and the customers. Note: There was an employee that was taking care of the package customers that was delightfully happy. He had a can-do attitude. I had so much time to observe him and he treated each customer as they were the most important person. Kudos to him!

I had my slip as I stood in line. The lady behind the counter was kind and helpful. I provided my ID and slip to her as she located my mail quickly. The parking lot is small but the lot is busy.

I went in because my Informed Delivery email listed a check amongst other things and the only thing that wasn't delivered was the check marked PAYMENT ENCLOSED. My neighborhood has this silly mailman that just delivers things however he feels and we are constantly talking to each other to get our things to the correct owner. I went into the post office to address the missing check and spoke to Sherman behind the counter. He was attentive and thoughtful, and told me he'd get to the bottom of it. When I got home, Cheech was at the mailbox and my check had arrived! 3 delivery days later. So thank you Sherman! I appreciate your concern.

Its also located in the Beaverdale business district so it is a convenient stop when running errands or out for coffee.
