It seemed like they knew what they were doing, until the delivery didn't happen and I checked the label, which had some random address in Long Beach instead of the Texas based passport office in it. I was instantly greeted by a staff member with a warm smile. I already had my package ready to be scanned and all I needed was a receipt. She happily and efficiently did so, and I left in a good mood. It was a simple transaction but still a pleasant experience with good customer service. Parking: The store is located in a small lot and there were some spots available. All in all, I'd be willing to come back next time I need to ship out a package!

I've been going here for years, since LONG before it changed ownership. Sometimes lines are long; sometimes they aren't. Regardless, they scan my packages, and they arrive at their locations - often a little late, despite me always selecting overnight delivery, but that's not this location's fault (I assume). I will say that the new franchise owners are a little more pleasant than the former; I think she'd grown jaded, and as such I kind of totally got it the next time I walked in and she wasn't there - good for you, girl, for selling and moving on. I love that the new team is always hanging out, being real; i feel more at home, tbh. I will say that of the three area UPS stores i've ever had a reason to check out, this is consistently the best. And at least if you wait in line for ages, you can pop over to Steel Cup next door for something good on your way out (coffee/beer/lunch/breakfast/mimosas) - or, if it's been an annoying enough experience, across the lot to Blondies for the hard stuff. in sum, it's a UPS store. if they get your packages out, i mean, that's a win, right?

He scanned the barcode for this return and a QR code for the return of some pants and said I was good to go. Again, a bit rushed, perhaps because it was 10-15 minutes to closing on a Sunday. After a few days, the return for the snowshoes still hadn't been processed, and there was no way I was going to be put out $70+, so I returned and spoke to another gentleman there. He was able to locate the item - luckily it was still there with a paper taped onto it saying "missing label." I saw the guy print it, so I'm not sure what happened. This other guy, I wish I'd gotten his name, made sure to complete the return process and even invited me to stay in the store until I received the confirmation which was nice. It is on the university campus, but there are 3 parking spots available for quick returns.

I then asked for help from the store associate who was working, but was ignored. I finally got his attention and asked for help to process my last return and he was very rude and passive aggressive towards me. I was in no shape or form being rude and was asking very nicely for him to help me out. He then proceeded to tell me very rudely "what do you want me to do about it (the return)?". Thankfully, he eventually processed my return, but he did in a way to show that he did not want to do it by throwing my return items aggressively onto the counter. If it were not for the error on my end, I would not be asking for help. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I am still in complete shock with my interaction with this particular worker. I never make reviews like this, and I want to make everyone who goes to this location aware how rudely they treat customers here.

Letter carriers do not pick up outgoing mail, they only jam the grocery store flyers over your outgoing mail. Good luck trying to resolve the issue, you will be told it has been handled or there was a sub and that's why it wasn't picked up. Clear training gap identified if the sub letter carrier is not aware they need to pick up mail too. I finally went to this office to speak to someone and was just handed a piece of receipt tape with a name and number to call yet again. Is the USPS hiring because it seems pretty chill, like you only have to do 50% of your job. I will now be looking forward to not receiving any mail due to retaliation.
