Where to begin? Dec. 28 I received an "attempt to deliver" a certified letter from this P.O. I signed it, authorizing redelivery to my address, with my signature on the notice to serve as my signature for the item. The notice indicated that if I failed to reschedule delivery by Jan 12th, the item would be returned to sender. I scheduled redelivery for Jan. 3. The 3rd came and went with no letter, but I cut them slack because of the holidays, and waited patiently. On the 6th I called and asked where the letter was as the tracking infomation indicated it was at the local post office. They couldn't find the letter. The regular carrier didn't have it and the substitute carrier did not remember it. I gave the supervisor a good dressing down. The letter contained important legal documents requiring I sign and notarize and return immediately upon receipt or be held in contempt of court, so I wasn't just hollering for nothing. I had a copy of the redelivery notice, so I signed again and left in pinned to my mailbox on Jan 8th. It was still there the 9th, 10th and 11th--carrier not picking it up! I finally wrote a huge note and attached it to the notice and it was picked up. Tracking now indicates the letter went to Anaheim and then Santa Ana, travelling away from me, back to the sender, I presume. I am beyond angry and can barely speak to the supervisor at the P.O., who keeps telling me he can do nothing until it reaches the next P.O. as it's in amongst thousand of pieces of mail at the distribution centers. I am in trouble re: the legal papers and only hope duplicates can be made and sent overnight FedEx or the court can be provided with documentation that the P.O. lost the documents and ask for an time extension . SO, TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH THIS P.O. STAY AWAY if you have important things to send. This isn't the only time we've had problems, but we've let other screw ups go since they were not extremely time sensitive like this one. This is one of the better post offices in the area. Sure, the shopping center is sketch central but the post office is clean. Parking is never really a problem. And the people are super nice. read more

Says they open at 8:30... And im standing here in line waiting for them to open at 9:00. But once I got in, the service was excellent.

I have to say, the workers here are really nice and polite. I've never been to a post office like this or experienced great customer service with a smile from a government worker (you know what I mean...DMV, post office, court...). Every time I go in here, I get great service from a very nice clerk. Like today, I went in there sort of in a gloomy mood and with a few nice words from the clerk, it put me in a different mood. This place is by far the worst post office open. I have a P.O. box there and unfortunately I've had misplaced packages along with having to wait for over 20 minutes for them to find my purchased items. Today, I went in during my break to pick up mail/packages that were confirmed to be delivered via email and not only did I have to wait 20+ minutes but they requested tracking numbers and made a copy of my CA drivers license (with no reason because my info should already be in the system). I had to leave them with my phone number so that they can call me if they find my package. I'm very disappointed and displeased with their services. read more

Shorter lines! Plenty of parking! They actually have priory mail supplies in stock unlike most places. Service was great. Nicer staff! :)

Seriously terrible. Dysfunctional. There's a line out the door every time. WTF! Just hire a couple more people! During peak hours there's only two people working and there's five windows. Terrible business. I only come here when I'm forced to pick up a package. I use UPS whenever I can as they know customer service. read more

As I've told the employees that work here, I will actually go out of my way, passing a closer Post Office, in order to come to this location. I'm a semi-regular, but I dont know all of the employees by name. They are very friendly, and it's not that I'm big on small talk, or need them to ask about my day (which they do, very pleasantly), it's that they do their jobs well and very efficiently. What I'm saying is that those other things are bonus for me. Other plusses: Theres an amazing dollar store and a grocer in the same strip mall and "popular corporate coffee chain" Is a few blocks away. read more

This Post Office should be getting zero stars or negative stars -the service offered is among the worst I have ever experienced in any service profession. Our mail is constantly not delivered. When you call to complain the phone just rings and rings and rings. On the off chance that someone does answer they are completely inept. Usually, you're put on hold immediately and no one ever comes back to help you or you are hung up on. There is no other business in the world that would survive if they offered this level of God awful service. Terrible, dreadful, and awful are just some of the words I would use to describe this completely worthless post office. To think my tax dollars go towards paying the salaries of people so completely unable to for fill their duties makes me ill! They should all be ashamed of themselves. The person in charge of this Post Office shouldn't be managing of fruit cart on the side of the road. A lemonade stand would be far and above what the person in charge of this Post Office could handle. I am disgusted at the ineptitude Of this so called institution. Ridiculous! read more

Great place. There were no lines and the woman at the window was excellent! I put the wrong zip code on one of the packages I was mailing and she looked it up and corrected it for me, all the while chatting with me. This is my post office from now on. read more

This place is a joke. Went to pick up a letter that was left for pick up. Apparently to pick up, you have to go to this random blue door, ring a door bell and wait for someone to answer. 10 minutes later, I'm still standing on front of the blue door. Seems more like a process to buy drugs than to pick up 1 letter that should take all of 30 seconds. What service!! read more

Where do I begin. This post office and its carriers are some of the worst I've ever seen. Here it is at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night and the mail is just being delivered. Is it the first time it's been delivered late, NO! You never know when or if your mail will be delivered. You don't know if your packages will be delivered either, because they're too lazy to knock on your door and deliver them or they could be lost from the get-go, who knows with this post office anymore. Then if you go on vacation and have them hold your mail, be prepared for your mail to be in the mail box and for you to get a ton of excuses. If I could give them less than 1 star it would be too much. Everyone from the top to the bottom at this post office needs to be fired. This has been going on for years and enough is enough. On a rant! Really pissed right now! I sent a package Priority Mail through U.S.P.S. It was supposed to get there in 2-3 days at the most. They miss-shipped the package twice. It was supposed to go to Los Angeles....Instead, it went to Los Angeles, and instead of getting delivered, they reshipped it to Las Vegas, NV, then to Boulder, NV, back to Las Vegas, then 3 more facilities in Los Angeles. I paid extra for priority shipping, to get it there faster....instead it arrived over a week later. I just spent almost half hour on hold to customer service, only to be told....yes, it's their fault and they are sorry....No they will not reimburse me the difference between priority and first class mail, because priority just says they hope to have it there within that time....it's not a guarantee! Letter to Postmaster is my next step... I know it might not make a difference, but it will make me feel better! I am so tired of the incompetents! I have gone a full week without my mail being delivered! I am so tired of waiting for payments in the mail so I can pay my bills only to have the delivery person not even show up! I'm fed up with putting out my outgoing mail only to have it left behind for a WEEK people! So now my bills get paid late because the post took forever to deliver my mail (pay check) and then refuses to pick the mail up! I am sick and tired of having deliveries supposedly made and no delivery label left! I have to hit track a package to find that they supposedly showed up to deliver my package with no tag for me to even sign or contact the post office to schedule another delivery! I am sick and tired of the incompetents! I'm sick and tired of important documents being delivered to the wrong address! I am sick and tired of receiving other people's mail to my address! Why am I delivering other people's mail to them? this is not my job! I'm so sick and tired! I wish my paychecks were sent by FedEx or UPS! I'm so screwed being held bandit to the understaffed an incompetent post office that I cannot rely on. the staff is friendly but this does me no good when I need to pay MY bills. I would rather have Oscar the Grouch that at least got me my mail than have the most friendly postal worker that's not worth a damn! Have some pride and integrity in your work people! I mean Damn! Slowest post office ever... And they do nor seem to be a bit bothered by it! One clerk took 30 min to type an address.

I have one star because I had no choice. I recently move to this area and this is my new USPS and I'm so DISAPPOINTED. I have never had an issue with the USPS before until I came to this place. They lost 3 packages of mine, and all I can get is 'We can't do nothing about it' WTH yes you can. I told them to check cameras because I have exact time and day when I dropped them off and who I gave them too. They decline to do so. I get home that night and my sister calls me to tell me that she HAD EXACT SAME ISSUE THAT SAME WEEK. I'm starting to think the employees are taking the packages. To all EBAY, AMAZON and all Online sellers don't come here unless you have time to get a receipt. Oh and CUSTOMERS are never right! read more
