So glad we moved from one of the worst USPS locations to the BEST!! I run my own e-commerce business as a side job and drop off my mail here often. Never had any issues. Packages are usually scanned the day of. Despite how busy it can get, the employees are always nice and cordial. Thank you, USPS!

Pitiful service. Broken items at this location for a long period of time.

She greets every interaction with a heavy sigh, eye rolls, and short, dismissive responses that make you feel like you're inconveniencing her just by existing. When I asked a simple question about tracking, she snapped back with 'If you don't know how it works, maybe you shouldn't be mailing things.' When another customer politely asked for clarification on a form, she literally rolled her eyes and muttered something under her breath. Her blank stare at me like I'm an idiot is haunting. Maybe check in on the welfare of your employees from time to time my god! The attitude is palpable, and it's not a one-off bad day--it's every single time I've seen her. Customer service at the USPS is already a challenge with long lines and limited hours, but having someone this consistently rude and unhappy behind the counter makes the whole experience miserable. It feels like she's actively trying to drive people away. This location desperately needs better training or staffing changes because one employee's perpetual bad mood is tarnishing the entire office. I'll be going out of my way to a different post office from now on--save yourself the headache and do the same.

Unfortunately, The new ownership not only has a bad attitude but will also take advantage of customers. I was charged $114.50 to send a three-page document to Asia using their USPS service. When I checked USPS.com at home, I discovered that the actual Priority Mail cost was only $45.40. I returned to question the $69 overcharge, and their explanation was that $45.40 is the price if you go directly to the post office, while the additional $69 was their "service fee." They further admitted that they add a service fee to every transaction--even for the purchase of a single stamp. While I understand reasonable service fees, charging $69 on top of a $45 transaction is excessive, deceptive, and exploitative. This is not a fair business practice; it is price gouging. I strongly caution anyone considering this location: always ask for the exact service charge in writing before agreeing to mail anything. Otherwise, you may end up paying double or more than the actual USPS , DHL or FedEx prices . I would rate it ZERO stars if I could

Needed to do a livescan AND FBI check and he told me I needed a "different paper" for the FBI, I asked him what I needed and he proceeded to show me some fingerprint cards. I'm not familiar with this at all and asked him if I could use those and he just gave me a look. At that point, I didn't want anyone with THAT attitude to have my personal information to I left, very unhappy and disappointed. The man who used to work here before was pleasant and professional, this man is the complete opposite; also it is super hard to understand him-not a great combination.

Rachel was off to the side while about 4-5 of us waiting in line. She was busy boxing up what seemed to be orders. When the gentleman was doing back to back notaries, she hoped on the register to finally assist him. She didn't apologize for the wait or show any basic customer service skills at all towards anyone she rang through the register. I don't mind the wait but people were leaving behind me and others showing frustration its customary to at least thank guests for being patient or even acknowledge their presence. I finally get up to the front of the line and she says, "you can come over here" very displeased to be there or working. Then immediately follows that by telling me she will charge me due to the box not being taped. Again I understand policy, and every other UPS I have visted never gave me a hard time over less than 14 inches of tape. But it was the extreme lack of compassion and the rudeness that was so frustrating. I explained to her, okay I'll go back to my workplace I was working nearby and seal it up. Less than 12 minutes I return and she has me standing in line again. She was observing the line and telling customers they didn't have to wait for notary in the line so she could have observed my box not sealed and said something ahead of time as she felt confident to pull notary vists out of the line. She carelessly continued to say, "that's fine, that's fine!" I simply just wanted to share it was a bit frustrating waiting twice in line, and share my side of things, then dealing with someone completely rude, and how no other UPS has given me a hard time. I would have taken care of the customer or Again re-enforced the policy with compassion. The reviews I am reading about this location are exactly what my experience was:( I would recommend another location if you can or hope they can retrain her, or take some type of action. You never know what people are going through and the economy is tough rn, kindness goes a long way. I hope things get better for her if she was having a bad day, but you just can't take it out on people like that. I gave two stars even though she was very rude, truly unkind, and insanely strict, because I own the fact that the policy says to seal the box when you click on instructions, and that was a miss on my part, just never knew prior to visiting this store, and that the gentleman working did a great job with customers. Even returning customers in line were excited to see him, and knew his name, (think it was Nicholas) so shoutout to him for the customer empressions he made, and maintaining the long line. Also, called in to speak to customer service about the interaction and they were so polite and apologetic and I really appreciated that. I followed up with a positive survey for them. Will also buy a spare tape roll to keep in my trunk as now I am educated on the policy.

I've used them for Amazon returns, mailing packages to our college kid, and printing needs. My only NEGATIVE is that I once used their service to drop off a small USPS package (they have a drop box that's picked up daily). This package was a $40 baseball card my husband sold. Needless to say, the card never made it out of that UPS store. So, either a UPS employee took it or USPS stole it during pickup. We have not dropped off a card there since. All other services are good.

The Chino UPS Store: Excellent Service, Zero Excuses…read more I just used this Chino location for notarization--a first for me, but my sister left a glowing review for it. Thankfully, the praise wasn't a one-off. This store is genuinely great, and its competence starkly contrasts with my previous, unpleasant experience at the Monrovia UPS Store. It's a night-and-day difference, confirming that poor service isn't mandatory; it's a choice. The staff here set a high, frankly controversial standard for a routine service. Kalpit handled the notarization with professional focus and genuine kindness, ensuring the process felt human, not bureaucratic. James made me feel welcome immediately. Crucially, they both made the entire experience fun. This location proves that necessary, mundane tasks don't have to be dreadful. If Kalpit and James can provide service this respectful, efficient, and enjoyable, why are we accepting less from other stores? Highly recommended.
