Mark is an inadequate jerk. I came in to do a change of address or stop hold on my mail and he thought it was funny to disrespect me. People come to the postal office to get something done either he believes it's his job or not. A white man started cussing at me and Mark used that to defend himself and lie on my name right in front of me. I've heard stories from relatives about a specific clerk that works at this location. She's an older bitter women, maybe her name is Harkesh based on previous reviews? Anyways she's so belittling towards others and came to find out it was true how she behaves. She was asking questions about what I was mailing after i specified what it exactly was and was treating me as if I was sending something harmful. After I filled my slip out she quickly got on her phone to proceed to talk with a doctor or something to check on her husband? Then hung up and scrolled through TikTok to entertain herself. At this point luckily I stepped towards the nicer gentleman who did not ask uncomfortable questions and proceeded to help. He was kind enough to guide me towards filling out a survey based on my experience there. read more

Got here close to when it opened and there was already a line! Luckily it moved fairly quickly. Staff is nice and I was able to get my holiday stamps and get out. Parking was also easy which is always a plus. read more

Old woman (Harkesh) talked to me as an small girl, she was sitting in front of me with a knee under her chin, and giving me advices how to change my address, doesn't want to help me. The Indian lady is too rude. She might think, she is a PO Queen, but she is not helpful and not professional. I needed to ship a letter overseas, and she didn't answer my question, and stated that I should know it because I come there often. And then she started to make comments about me in her language to the other worker.... not cool... First of all, I don't mail letters overseas every day and visit this location once a year... This review is not about the workers because I'm sure they are great at their job. But this post office gets one star because WTF IS THE POINT of having a post office that is closed but you can't even drop off a damn letter or check your P.O box. Luckily I have a P.O box in Toluca lake which is open 24-7 to check my mail, mail out a box on the automated system or just drop off an already stamped letter. I'm not even upset that this location doesn't have an automated center when they are closed. What is irritating is that all doors are not only bolted shut but chained as well, and the drive up blue mail boxes outside are also sealed. These people lack proper training and their knowledge is Horrificly very low in regards to the most Basic Questions. I honestly dont know why this Post Office has bad reviews. I have never had any bad experience in my many years of coming here. Everyone is so nice. Theyre very helpful and always with a smile. They are always fully stocked with supplies. They do passport photos here as well as applying for your blue passport. They have a huge parking lot around the back although people just mostly leave their cars right up front with hazard lights on when dropping off mail. Just like any other post office, the line goes by pretty quick unless the person in front of you have tons of packages to send lol read more

Stopped by this location randomly during one of my lunch breaks and was helped by Yvonne. I had two packages (wrapped in brown paper bags) to send up to NorCal and had written the addresses in permanent marker. Yvonne had heard the rainstorms were really bad up there and offered to cover the addresses in tape in case some rain water fell on the boxes during transit. I though this was such a sweet little detail, and she took her time gently covering the addresses and even taping down some stickers I had sprinkled all over the packages. She patiently explained the shipping prices and suggested the one she thought made the most sense in my situation. I really appreciated the amount of time she gave me and the way she handled the transaction. Well done! read more

There was a line of about 10 people and those 2 are talking about how unsatisfied they are with their schedules for tomorrow and so most of us were waiting in line for about 30 mins or so! I was there this morning around 11. There was one foreign looking lady working. There was a massive line. She was in absolutely no hurry at all to help anyone. She moved in slow motion and I noticed was extremely rude to those who were in front of me. When it came time for mento go up she was rude to me, again in no hurry at all to help. A guy came in with some already stickered packages ready to drop off and asked where to put them. She literally did not answer him looked right at him as he asked but turned back to current customer. Another older foreign lady came in and was moving some packages. They sat and chatted in another language forna couple minutes, not helping any of the customers in the huge line that was building up. I was just at this post office this morning and made a line before they even opened. The line was less then 20 people and we all waited patiently. Right when it entered, I asked the worker where the line was for passports and she told me to wait in front of the passport desk and she ignored me and helped other customers that had just got there. She was very rude and didn't even bother given good customer service. After waiting 30 minutes while other waited 2-5 minutes? She continued to ignore me so I asked once more how much longer because the service was very unfair and she began to raise her voice saying that I had to continue to wait. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Well they will send your mail out or sell you stamps just like any post office but if you have other options don't go here. I waited in line then when I got to the clerk and asked to send my letter certified she threw some forms at me and told me to go fill them out and come back. Of course after I stood in line again and got to the front she was in a sour mood even though I was really polite and trying to be nice. I've visited this location multiple times. Each time I have received the same lack luster service. I asked for a tracking number, once the agent finished and charged me I asked where was the tracking number, she replied, " if you wanted a tracking number you should have asked" I swear I don't know if it's due to a language barrier or just pure incompetence.
