There is no waiting room, so I waited in my car for 15 mins & then stood up inside for another 15. My package was there @645. The worker, forgot his name, was very helpful! Looks like this is a drop off for FedEx as well. I like this location because it's easy to find & bonus: close to my job. WINNING! The location does close @730. (I posted the hours). These were business shipments, and every missing package caused financial losses and disappointed customers. What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I called multiple times asking for help and requested that a local supervisor contact me, but nobody ever followed up. It feels like no one cares about resolving the problem. Because multiple packages disappeared from the same local facility in such a short period of time, I have serious concerns that the packages may have been stolen while in UPS's possession. Whether it is theft or poor handling, UPS needs to investigate what is happening at this location. To make matters worse, UPS only paid about $100 in compensation for each missing package, which doesn't come close to covering the actual value of my losses. I have been using UPS for years, but the service has become much worse than it used to be. Losing four packages in one month is simply unacceptable. I hope UPS management takes this issue seriously and improves security, accountability, and customer service at this facility.

When your delivery goes beyond their area they use third party carriers and, therefore, do not have any control of quality, handling, shipping. That is contrary to their web site disclosure where they will track and keep customers informed. Not true with third party shippers. 3. I complained because the third party carrier stored my delivery for a five-day delay before delivery. I complained to Navis and they never responded. 4. Navis fails in integrity. They hide negative reviews. Can't trust them.
