This place was hard to find. It was late in the day and I stopped at the wrong location. I stopped at the office next to the fire station. The sign says post office but that location do not take walk in. I found out later that that was the old post office. There is a piece of paper taped to the door informing people were to go but the directions given were not very clear. Base on that I'm giving this place a two star. read more

Overall nice clean place with friendly people. I had to drop off my tax forms today to be mailed out and went to this post office, and found that it was quite nice for a post office. The ladies at the counter were very nice and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. No complaints. read more

I went out of my way to get to this post office on a Saturday morning because it was the only one that was open early on Saturday. There was no line and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. This place is BS. All the workers seem so unhappy with their job and they never seem to want to help anyone. I try to avoid this place.

WORST F***** PLACE EVER! They never sent my package and when I would call they would never pick up! It's been almost 3 weeks now since I'm suppose to have my package and never got it! And when I go would go there they would say the same F***** S**** to me "someone will call me at the end of the day" and when I went the last time the supervisor finally helped me saying she would call me and she never did so I came back the next day to find out that they are still "looking" for it and when she went to go look for my tracking number I gave her it said they sent it back! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! If they would have honestly gave a crap about my mail when I asked 3 week prior my package wouldn't have been sent back! read more

Rarely do I point out 1 individual with a bad review, but in hopes that a Post Master or General Manager will ever care to read this, they need to take action. Becky is has an awful demeanor and puts her fellow employees down. She is the worst postal worker I have ever tried to do business with. Unwilling to help, nasty attitude, and never wants to smile no matter how hard you try to crack a light joke. And believe me, I tried. She threatened me, cursed at me, and blamed incompetence towards employees rather than recognizing her own horrible flaws. Good job Becky, you are working until you retire and reap the benefits of your position. You are the worst kind of person, and have brought this place down to below 1 star. The managers do nothing there when you mention her attitude and are also to blame. I suggest Postal Annex as an alternative. read more

I have used the Kiosk twice in one week for priority mail 2-day. One was to be sent to Riverside, Ca and it was sent to Riverside , NJ. Recipients still haven't received their package. I'm not sure if they ever will at this point. The other one was supposed to be delivered in Northern Cal in two days but didn't get delivered until 8 days later. Do not use their kiosk! The sorters do a horrible job!!!!! I will not be returning to this post office. read more

Hi, I mailed some time critical documents with Exp 1-Day mail from usps office in 16767 Bernardo Center Dr, San Diego, 92128, on Thursday 11/29. Tracking # EE106821466US. The packet was not delivered by next day as it was supposed, although we have waived signatur. This is while we had mailed a week ago similar documents to the same addrees (with normal usps post) and it was delivered on Sat. 11/24. So we needed a clear explanation why Exp 1Day could not be delivered on Friday (with Signature Waiver) but normal post could be delivered on Sat. My wife and I had a very hard time to talk with office manager who called herself JoJo. On Sat. 12/1, I had to show up in post office to talk with her (which she had escaped from talking by phone). She kept me almost 30 minues waiting telling me She had to finish a report to her boss. After that, she was unable to give a clear explanation about my question. Basically she told me she did not believe on what I was telling (kind of accusing me that I was lieing). She wanted me to give her the tracking number of the packet that was delivered on Sat., and why should I keep such a number. Fortunately we could find the number: 9505513497338325300483. Again 15 minutes waiting, and she came back with a number for me to call and ask why a normal mail can be delieverd on Sat but Exp (with Signature waiver) cannot be delivered on Friday both to the same address. It was the worst customer service I ever get, somebody was accusing me of lieing, repeatedly telling me "listen". She had no sense of time/money that I have wasted, very rude with no understanding of customer service. Eventually I asked her to give me her manager's name and contact. She told me Juanita at 16960 Bernardo Center Dr, is her manager (with this number 858-487-0056). I went there to talk with Juanita. Juanita was by far worse than JoJo. While I was trying to explain what happened she jumped in and gave me a number (which she was not sure of it) to call and ask for redelivery of my packet. I told her this is not why I came there. I asked Juanita to give me her manager's name, she refused to do so, lost the face yelling at me telling "I am responsible for everybody". With her reaction I doubt if Juanita was really JoJo's manager. I will put this review with more details on the web, although the review rate of this office shows they don't much care. I hope you do. Who ever handles delivering mail & packages is utterly and completely incompetent. I have an Amazon package "delivered" but never in my mailbox, after 10 days we had Amazon redeliver it and WALA the original package AND reshipment were both there. WTF! Now I get to deal with Amazon return for something that my incompetent postal person did. Then, less than a week later, I had another shipment from a different vendor "delivered" just not to me. Surprise, surprise! Then on SUNDAY night, after randomly taking out the trash, our package was sitting on TOP of the mailboxes. Someone must have received our package by mistake. Idiots! How do you F*** up a large package delivery twice in a week? I have tried to call customer service at 858-487-0857 (6 times) at 10am business day during business hours and it just rings, and rings and rings and rings and rings and then eventually just hangs up. I hope it is annoying them. I'll just keep calling all day. Screw them! If I have to go there to lodge a formal complaint I will. They need to all be fired! Avoid them at all costs. read more

The worst post office that I have ever experienced. Rude, slow, and major problems with the mail delivery. Many Rancho Bernardo people that I have spoken with, agree, that the delivery service is truly bad. Lost mail, delivered at incorrect addresses, and a multitude of different postal delivery people creates a good explanation of problems. My neighbors and I would like to know where we can get help for this situation. There does not seem to be a postal master listed for RB. read more

I live on Chetenham Lane 92128. On 9/8 the mail man/woman failed again to pick-up my out-going mail. The mail was placed in the front of the mail box stamped with a good address. I called the post office at 3:27 PM (correct time). However, no one picked up the call. Evidently the mail man didn't want to bother with out-going mail and the post office operator wanted to go home early! Poor reflection of out Post Office's professionalism. My dissatisfaction with this post office was with MICHAEL. What should've been a 5 minute visit turned into at least half an hour. I waited in line to ask a question; "can I use this packaging to send an item to Australia?", Michael answered "yes". So, I left to fill out the address details so he could continue to help other customers. Once I filled out the addresses on the package I went back to wait in line; Michael greets me for the second time and then informs me I need to fill out a customs form! Why he didn't tell me this when I first waited in line? I have no clue. I ask "where is the customs form for me to fill out?". Micheal tells me "it's the white form over there." So, I walk over to the row of forms and have to figure out which one is the customs form; fill it out and wait in line again. I get to the front of the line again (for the 3rd time) and I am next to be helped by yet again, Michael. But instead of helping me, Michael decides to help the person already being assisted by his colleague, Ruby. I personally felt he was intentionally avoiding helping me. Now, Ruby is assisting me and then tells me I filled out the incorrect customs form! She explains there are two types of customs form you fill out based on the weight of the package and asks if I had my package weighed. I tell her "no, Michael didn't weigh my package; just told me to fill out a customs form." Now, this is the 3rd time Michael has wasted my time due to giving me half answers. Why wouldn't he give me all the info needed in the first interaction rather than turn my visit into triple the time needed? Unacceptable and truly disappointing. read more

If there were a zero star, I would have chosen it! Well, to make a long story short, I walked into the post office a good FOUR minutes before it was closed on a weekday afternoon. Both my car clock and my wrist watch gave the same time. The door was still open and several customers were still in there. When I walked up to the counter, both women employees (I actually don't want to provide their names because I don't want to get anyone fired, especially in today's job market) yelled at me at the same time: "we are closed! " I looked at my watch -- no, there were still three minutes left. I told them nicely that all I needed to do was to drop off a pre-stamped envelope, though I would like to know if the postage was sufficient. They told me to come back! One of them could have simply placed that envelope on the scale, and it would not have taken more than 10 seconds! Such work ethic! I had had other unpleasant experiences with this particular post office before, as one woman there was especially rude and condescending. I chose to ignore those few episodes, thinking that, well, everyone can have a bad day. And I, for one, have always supported continuing funding the post office in the partisan political fight, but if other postal workers were like some in this one, well, I would become very ambivalent about it, to say the least. read more
