After discovering myself that the climate controlled 10x20 unit had flooded do to shooty construction all of are boxes where soaked on the bottom are photo albums, pictures ,yearbooks clothing soaked . The humidity was so bad that the boxes that didn't get wet where soft and damp. They never called to notify us or anyone else what had happened And at the end of the day the standing water inside the building was still there .they made know effort to clean any of it up. I feel sorry for the people hows units were flooded and still where not notified We buried my wife's father earlier that week Had only two to be out of are house we sold And attend my daughter's graduation from college by the weekend. When the manager of the unit didn't like my tone of voice she evicted us. Even though they had already charged us 200.plus for the month. The district manager was there and said or did nothing till we called corporate who gave us the runaround. We were given a sheet to right down items that were damaged how much we paid how much the replacement cost it .BECAUSE WE HAVE NOTHING BUT TIME ,RIGHT!! To top it off when were trying to to remove the last of are stuff the manager tries to take one of the carts we were using away from my son a Marine and Iraqi war vet With full disability saying regular business hours are over. My other son starts filming her actions and she tries to take his phone or block him and pushes the hitting him in the face ,and yes it's all on video. That's my US STORAGE EXPERIENCE. I have been renting a unit for the past couple of years and mostly I have been very pleased with everything the facility offers; such as, excellent security, easy access, and professional service by its emoloyees. Recently, my rates were hiked for the 2nd consecutive year, due to my unit being a very popular size and in high demand. Needless to say, I was extremely upset. I contacted Corporate displaying my less than satisfied demeanor about the situation. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by the the site manager (Julio). As a result of my current dissatisfaction with my given situation, Julio offered to upgrade my unit size to a unit that is in less demand, which also keeps my cost within $8 of my current cost (without the new increase taking effect). Needless to say, I am very pleased and very impressed with the quick resolution by both Julio and US Storage that not only allows me to avoid a rate increase, but it also allows me to obtain a larger unit that fits more stuff!!! It says alot about a company when they actually take measures to keep thier customers satisfied, when most companies just make excuses and prentend that nothing can be done. I highly recommend US Storage for their excellent customer service that actually puts their loyal customers needs and concerns first!!! US Storage is the answer! Benefit from my time viewing MANY facilities. I found US Storage and the manager Julio quite by accident as I was turning my car around at a little street in a residential like area. I had been searching for a "Mom & Pop" home away from home atmosphere in a pleasant environment that was safe, secure, clean not musty smelling inside, new looking and one that had a nice welcoming entrance. There it was and so ended my search! Julio - manager, Byron and all the staff at US Storage always greeted me with friendly hellos and warm smiles and they were always there to help me when needed. The facility has camera surveillance, the units have security locks and carts are available for easy move in/out. Julio is very professional and has a human interest approach. US Storage is my definite "go to" facility for my future needs and I highly recommend it to others. I recently had to call and speak with Julio at the Braddock location, I needed some assistance with my account, Julio was attentive and listened to my concern, he then offered a solution while still being personal and professional, I was delighted to have my issued solved the first time without any passing the buck to someone else, this is such a big plus when dealing with public places that may have a heavy call volume, I felt like a valued customer. My work relocation required me to move faster than expected and after a call late on a Friday night I was ushered in first thing Saturday morning by Julio who expected me promptly at 9am. I had a perfectly sized unit less than a half an hour later. I even dropped a very heavy glass table top in one of my 6 trips and Julio immediately helped me clean up as well as make it safe for others in a high traffic area. I should have gotten help to move and Julio suggested a service called BuddyTruk which I tried but they were not repsonsive. Thus I wish they had other suggestions at the ready, but it's not their responsibility. The other staff was helpful when I needed carts. I wish my unit had been on the first floor but not too much of an issue to get to the second floor. Overall perfect and convenient. read more

When COVID broke out in March my family quickly needed storage. The staff and facility at US Storage Centers is at the top of its class. The facility is clean, hours are great, security is also great including fencing, access gates, and indoor and outdoor lighting. The staff is what really stands out, they always made whatever we needed to do easy even when we were thousands of miles away needing help remotely. Over and above, Richard noticed my family had vacated the unit the night before Thanksgiving but didn't check in with the office. To prevent me from being billed unnecessarily Richard took the initiative to close our our account and saved me a month's rent. You can't go wrong with these people helping you. read more

Though rather pricey, they are worth it. Very clean, secure, and accessible. And the front office staff is excellent-very friendly, professional, and helpful regardless of whether you are calling on the phone or talking with them face to face. The units come in a variety of sizes and in the 2 years that I have been storing belongings there, I have had to change the size that I needed. This was done easily and Francisco made the effort to find me a second unit close to the first one. The halls and units are well lit and, as mentioned before, very clean. Best Storage Facility! Planted nicely, looks inviting & is on a non-congested street. The gates are well protected with keypad entry & exit. Manager, Julio, is a nice guy, readily available, helpful & accommodating. Very clean & well organized - even the bathroom is pleasant. The units are dry & well lighted. I've been a customer of US Storage in Marina Del Rey for many years. When it was time to upgrade to a larger space I was hoping they had the best rates so we wouldn't have to move, and sure enough, they were the cheapest. Their facility is well lit and well maintained, with plenty of moving carts. And the staff is great!
