This place is great. I rented a small until for approximately a year. This place is safe, secure and very well maintained (I've seen some really sketchy facilities). They keep it spotless. It's never crowded with people and I can always get a hold of a cart. Julio and Byron are a joy to work with. When I closed out my unit, I felt sad, like I was leaving a friend. These guys are great, very professional and friendly. I recommend this place highly! read more

Im in the process of moving to Los Angeles and self storage places here are packed! Its really hard to get the size you need and I was already getting frustrated that I might not find the one I need just in time. Rented a 10x20 foot space for almost a year and have always been highly satisfied with the experience. At the top of my list is the outstanding courtesy, assistance and customer service that I and my family received from Mr. Matus, the manager, and his office staff. The facility and grounds have always been clean and orderly. Loading and unloading is easy and quick. Cargo dollies are free and readily available. The place is well lighted, and the security arrangements have always worked. I never worried about the safety of my belongings. There are no strange odors, puddles of water, stains, leaking roofs or damaged doors and walls that are common in other storage buildings. The only gripe I have is with sparefoot-dot-com, a goofy company with a goofy name that is somehow associated with US Storage Centers and reflects poorly on them. Sparefoot promised me a $20 rebate when I signed up in June 2013. I sent in the form and nothing happened for a month. When I asked Sparefoot about it, they said they lost it. They wanted me to fill out another form, scan my rental receipt and send everything to them by email. I said the hell with it. I moved everything out of storage this last weekend because I got a letter saying the rent was going up to $478.50 per month. Now, today, I see on the Sparefoot Website that the same 10x20-foot storage space I had is available at this same facility for exactly the same price ($379.50 per month) I was paying in 2013. Very helpful service. I came in with a U-haul full of stuff and only an hour window to load it into my storage unit. This storage facility is as good as it gets! Clean, easily accessible, well lit, secure... I want to personally thank Francisco for all his assistance in helping us set up our units. I've used several different storage facilities and US Storage Centers has earned my repeat business because the units are clean, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is always helpful. The units are easy to access with 3 different access points, plenty of carts, elevator access, and pretty long hours (8:00 - 7:00 Monday to Sunday, a little shorter on Sunday). The manager, Julio, is a friendly and affable guy. My only complaint is that like most self-strorage units after a year or so there is often a rate increase (less than 5%) but they always give you notice. read more

Julio gave me a fantastic deal on a large size, easy access storage facility on the first floor that was three doors in from the main entrance, which saved me time and energy, as we only needed it for a week. Instead of trying to squeeze me into a smaller unit, I had the spaciousness of of a much larger unit for a great price. This is my second time renting a unit from this location. The first time I rented from them, I had planned on renting for several months which turned out to be five years. My mom and I rented a unit from this US Storage a few months back, and we've been really pleased with everything so far! The unit itself is just what we needed, the facilities here are very clean and well-maintained as opposed to the storage across the street and there are always staff present on the grounds. In terms of value it seems to fall within average, and if you need to access units later in the evening you may want to look elsewhere as this facility closes early. This I don't mind b/c it means the units are more secure and supervised. If you have any questions also, Byron or Julio are both awesome and can usually be found in the front office. I booked the storage last minute at like 11pm due to some sudden college moveout issues and was able to smoothly move into the storage first thing the next morning. Everyone I talked to on the phone was incredibly helpful and was very easy to communicate with. I moved cross country but didn't have an apt yet so wanted to put my stuff in storage in the meantime. I put a storage unit on hold here for a few weeks because my movers kept pushing back the delivery date on me and the team at US storage was so accommodating and let me keep pushing back the move in date on the unit.
