I went in October of 2024 for a fuel pump replacement. They did the job, paid $800, left and everything seemed fine. Not even 2 days later my check engine light comes on! I have a diagnostic test ran and it says evap system. I call the shop let them know this issue happened. Turns out a valve was broken on the fuel tank during the fuel pump replacement and they tried to fix it so it would go unnoticed. They tried glueing it back on!!! Well I noticed! Now this replacement turned into another $1k+ fix. I called the shop multiple times to try to get his sorted out and they kept giving me the run around and passing me off to other people. The whole experience was frustrating and no they did not replace my fuel tank. I would not recommend going to this shop for any repairs. They broke something and tried to cover it up hoping I wouldn't find out! read more

Not too many wheel repair shops are open on Saturday, but they looked at the wheel and were able to fix it in about 3 hours. Wheel looks great, fair price, fast service, saved me from having to take a day off work to get service from a Monday-Friday shop. I appreciate businesses like these that are open on weekends. I got recommended by lobo accessories for a leveling kit on my Ram 2021 1500 to this shop I call and schedule an appointment. I get the leveling kit done yesterday today I feel the front tire drivers side bouncing right after passing the train tracks, so I call and come In to Get it check out when the guy took my front tires off we identified suspension arm without a bolt on the front passenger side what a horrible experience the bald headed mechanic didn't even have the courage to apologize or say sorry. Make sure you speak to someone who speaks English or they will purposely not understand/comprehend what you say, get receipts, don't lose eyesight of your car. They will actively try and cheat you when you aren't looking. Don't fall for the " go to our other shop, they can fix it" it's a family business and they all steal from each other but prefer stealing from you, hence why they send you to the other shop, instead of bringing the mechanics to that shop. Also you have the Bureau of Automotive Repair that will help you, you just need a receipt. You'll see read more

One of my tires blew out last night, had the car towed here in the morning and asked for them to replace all 3 of my other tires just to be safe and they had me out of here in less than an hour/hour and a half. Was ripped off $855 from this place. Brought my car in to get my ac fixed and they told me my car needed a new compressor so I paid for that and then the next day it stopped working again. I brought it in again and they replaced the compressor for a second time but then told me it was actually my electoral system that was burning the compressor? My compressor is run by a belt system that has nothing to do with the electrical system. I asked if I could see my old compressor for actual proof it had burnt out and they said they didn't have it anymore. So they just essentially just replaced a perfectly fine compressor in my car for $855 and won't offer me a refund or put my old one back in for me. Such a scam. read more

Worst experience ever ! So I went to get a flat fixed at the 3801 Sahara location and sure enough they told me I couldn't fix it and I needed a new tire.So that's what I did.$120,no problem..So I get home and notice the black on my rims all chipped and peeling off.Basically they messed up my rims that were only blacked a month before.I went in early Monday morning,a few days later.The first guy couldn't speak English and said to call the other location.Couldn't figure out why they couldn't deal with this.And then the guy walks out from the back who actually replaced my tire.I show him and He literally says it must have already been like that. " Are you kidding me ? " we looked at the flat together when you had the tire off my car in the water.There was no damage.This kid that had literally no people skills told me it's too bad and walked off.So then I get in my car and call the other location that seems to be their main office on Charleston.I explain the situation and get the same attitude.He said How do we know you didn't do that after ? First of all-- I don't understand how they're charging a +tax fee if you use your debit card here sooo the debit fee is $60? They should really have a sign out letting customers know there is a $60 fee for using your card smh second-- they lost one of my air caps and started saying they weren't going to be looking for it they will just add one of theirs ... I tested their knowledge on something I knew about and they were correct. This is just a regular mom and pop joint and not your average certified warranty type of place. but in the end I bought the parts paid what I wanted got the parts I wanted and they put them on they did a very quickly and accurately and gave me great advice. I took my car here for an alignment and 4 new tires. I thought it was great until a month and a half later my front two tires were already being worn in and the wire was showing through. I came back and had all my paperwork and when they started to work on the alignment I realized they never did an alignment the first time around. They then proceeded to tell me that they can't do an alignment because there are other problems. I said if there were other problems when I first came in, could they have done the alignment and they said no. So I was charged for a service I never received then was told they can't help me because I needed to get the other work done. I told them I only came here because Im from out of town, I work 7 days a week for 12 hours, I can't go anywhere else. The night manager was EXTREMELY rude. Unprofessional. Told me it would be about 1 hr and to not to worry they will take care of me and they will call me back. They didn't call back. I called them at 130pm and they told me they hadn't had time to get to it. To give them 1 more hour. Again no call back. I went directly to the shop at 4pm to get my car. Obviously when I got there they told me they already done the test and charge me $80 for it, but they were sorry they didn't call me back. These guys were the closest shop to me at the time and let me tell you, yes. They did have to order the tires, but within an hour I had a double tire replacement, complimentary dent popped out of my car, and a warranty.
