They then removed the Last of the Existing Window !!! They cleaned the existing window frame and Vacuumed the Entire Window Opening and my Carpets and the Outside Window Frame!! They then Grabbed my New Window and Test Fitted it!!! They trimmed my new window and then Set it and Mounted it and Anchored it down with 4 Inch Screws!! They Then Caulked my New Window in and Sealed it up!!! They Even gave me a Wood Dowel Rod I could Set in the Window Track !! So a Burglar Couldn't pop the Slider open from outside!! The Installers left my house nice and clean!!! Then Mark came by and I paid the Balance Off on the Window and Installation!!! I will definitely use Mark and Manor Window & Glass again for my Window Needs!!! They are a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment and Service!!! I keep my Pimp Hands Strong!!! (He'd hired Al to replace some oddly-shaped windows in his 100+ year old Victorian and was very impressed with both his craftsmanship in making the replacement windows and his skillful installation of same.) Al came over to size up the job, and we liked him right away. Unlike the other three outfits who'd come by to do an estimate, he was low-key and practical, and he didn't try to make a bigger job of it than was necessary (which was the case with 2 other places that made bids). His price was very competitive. He'll prime and paint the windows, but you need to supply the paint. Also, if there's some complication with the window hardware, as was the case with our 40-year-old and now obsolete hardware, you'll need to find the replacement parts yourself. That is no problem - just head for Swisco.com, a terrific family-run online business that will chat with you about your windows, examine any photos you supply, and steer you to the right replacement parts. On installation day, Al showed up with an assistant, grabbed the box of hardware from us, and in less than two hours we had two beautifully-made and attractive new casement windows that just glided open and closed (unlike the old ones). We were really impressed by how efficiently Al and his assistant worked. Also, they left the place completely spotless. I'm almost sorry we don't have more windows for them to replace. When we do, we will DEFINITELY come back to Hansen Windows.

Roch was our sales rep and he is The Man for windows! He promptly answered all my questions and followed up on every request. Roch gave a stellar sales presentation, explained everything in detail and always answered our texts and emails promptly. He took his time with us about the designs and helped us narrow our decisions down. The job ended up costing somewhere in the mid-five figures. We also got the quote for fiberglass windows and it was $106,000. Yikes! Obviously we went with Brothers for the cost but also the service, which was outstanding. The staff and crew were great too. Tina was on it and promptly followed up on all emails. The gentleman who installed them and was in charge of the crew introduced himself as "Kenneth" but then later he said his name was "Beauregard" and we overheard his crew calling him "Wes". I don't know who you are International Man of Mystery Mr. Kenneth/Beauregard/Wes, but you and your crew did a fantastic job! One thing to mention, Brothers only does vinyl windows. No fiberglass so if you have your heart set on fiberglass windows then this business is not for you. However, the quality of Brothers' vinyl windows seems WAY better quality than standard vinyl windows. Roch can explain the differences to you. The lady doing our shutters said that she got cheap vinyl windows and hates them but she noticed ours and said they were WAY better than hers, so there is a quality difference. One thing that really stood out for me was that even after all the windows and doors were installed and everything was paid for, they came back to finish up some small loose ends. We wanted one small change with our custom door and they came out and finished it within two weeks. They don't just take your money and run! If you are interested in getting new windows, these guys are certainly worth getting an estimate at the very least. I would definitely hire them again.

Wife and I got a Victorian we absolutely Love last year, but the windows were one of the few less than ideal situations in our new home. When the setting sun hit the living room at days end we would avoid being in there because it would stew pretty hot, and in the cool of the morning we had to have our hoodies on as that same room was frigid-basically the weather outside was what it felt like inside. Our preexisting windows were all some janky aluminum jobies from some long time ago. We found Wooden Works just searching our area for a windows shop, and let me tell you- we wound up getting 10 exceptionally crafted new wooden windows installed and now the entire house has its own temperature- we got really really good, really fast, and for what we got the price was much better than decent- a great deal... They worked with us through the entire process and with their input we chose to get hoppers that open at the top, screens on every window, and security glass where they are accessible from stairs. We got Cadillac service at Mazda price, and they cheerfully spent time and energy guiding us. Our new windows were hand built in their little shop in West Oakland where they invited us to view their progress every few weeks, and let me tell you we opted for a natural finish with stain, and our windows look like milk chocolate or espresso- deep lustrous brown that seems to keep going at second glance. Each of our windows is double paned with argon gas layer to maintain environment temperature, and with a few exceptions we were able to have our windows built with hoppers at the top which we can open to let air in and cool things down as needs be. These guys were very timely and each stage of the build was completed well before their stated timeline. Everyone we dealt with in the office were friendly, pleasant, and attentive to our issues and concerns. At no time did we ever feel "Handled;" they seemed genuinely happy getting us what we wanted and needed.
