Will, the manager said no problem it would be a wait before they got to me. The wait wasnt long at all (45 mins) before my truck was driven into the garage bay. When the tire install was nearly finished they noticed the white lettering on the tires was showing outwards when I had asked for it to be showing inward. They advised my of their error and said they were adding more staff to the job so my wait time would be mitigated. When it came to calculating the bill, Will gave me a generous amount off the total bill for the longer wait time. I never asked or suggested a discount but they were kind enough to offer it. The entire crew there is very nice and informative and one employee (Mike I believe, Im bad a names and my apologies if I have the name wrong) shared stories about our older Toyota trucks. He said pretty much 12- 12:10. I told him I was leaving and inquired about how long. He said about an hour and he would call. Oil change Tire rotation Brake check is why I came. When I came back I sat in the waiting area and watched a movie they had playing. They told me that my brakes are fine but I needed 2 tires, which I knew I needed. I also needed a front alignment. Grrr. lol. But yeah, overall a good experience. Ended up leaving at 2:15. Not too bad. Roughly spent about $550 for everything. I didnt get the feeling they were trying to get over or anything. Aside from praising them, let me tell you one of my experience with them: I had a flat tire one morning before work and had a freakout moment. I called them and told them about my situation and if they were able to help me out in the AM. Luckily, my husband didn't leave to drop off our son at daycare before work yet so he was able to put in our temporary tire in. I drove over to them to check out my tire (this was probably around 7:30ish AM). Within 30 mins they were able to tell me that there was no way to revive my flat tire (damn random road nail). But they told me that the temporary tire was good to drive me to work and home (As long as I don't race - I should be in the clear) and that they would order the tire(s) I needed to replace my car within a day or two - depending when the tires would arrive. I was able to even make it to my work on time too! They kept me up to date on everything and let me know once the tires came. I scheduled to have the tires replace and their price was sooooooo reasonable - especially for my situation and having a baby. Did I tell you guys how awesome these guys are yet? haha These guys are fantastic and I can't thank them enough for all that they've done for me and (obviously) my cars. Trustworthy, responsible, funny, and reasonable guys/company/service. 100% will always be a loyal and returning customer!

They had my car for almost 11 hours and never touched it. They never called me with an update. I called several times and the technician was short tempered and unhelpful. In the end, I had to pick up my car without the service being completed or the car being touched at all. We will not return.

Moore Cadillac is relocating back here, I would estimate in Q4 2026. Complete Automotive's website says "temporarily closed", but they have confirmed hours for this location which has been closed since at least May 2026. The pictures tell the story. Even if the thinking was that a new Glen Allen location would be acquired, this location has been closed for months.
