My nails came out beautiful. However, the guy who did my nails was wayyyy to rough on my nails. Whenever he went in with the little machine it would hurt. And then when he buffed out my nails he cut me he was not gentile at all. I made him aware that it hurt but he was almost done. Anyway, everyone was nice and the nails came out beautiful. But because of my experience of being cut and just my nails feeling a little sore from the roughness I probably won't go back. He was just not gentle at all. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I wish I could give them zero stars. I went in last night with two basic nail designs. I asked the tech if she thought she could do the first one which were ombré nails black to red. She said it would be hard, I said okay and I showed her another picture, Lana Del Rey inspired red pointy tops nails. She said that would be easier but she asked if I wanted diamonds, I said no. She was doing well up to the point of the design she drew on ovals so I told her it was wrong. I offered to show her the picture again, she ignored me and another tech came by to try to help. I offered to show the picture again and got ignored again. The first Tech sarcastically asked me "Really?" and muttered in her language when I told her again what I wanted. She continued doing my nails and doing the design wrong so I told her and she got frustrated and again asked if I wanted diamonds instead. I said no and she walked away leaving the new tech to finish while she yelled in the kitchen multiple times. I told them to tell her they are my nails and I'm paying for them. She didn't come out again until it came time to pay. My nails are not what I wanted and I got out after closing time with smears and excess I have to file down myself and a pinky with pink due to smeared red polish they tried correcting. It's not only poor customer service but a lack of respect for someone to mock what I want and am paying for with my hard earned money and walk away angrily like I did something wrong. I was calm and respectful and got treated like they were doing me a favor. I ended up being charged 4.50 a nail...ridiculous. I was nice enough to leave a tip for all 3 techs. read more

My friend and I gave this place a try since all the other places we've gone to are getting ridiculously expensive! As soon as we came in, they greeted us warmly! Tina brought us to our technicians right away. Hector who did my nails did an amazing job taking off the old gel polish! He was able to completely remove the old gel. All the other do not have the patience to remove them so they leave the base residue! He was very thorough in cleaning the cuticles and making sure I like the outcome. I really wanted a brownish orange for fall color, but they didn't have the exact one I liked. I ended up getting something very similar anyway!! Tina finished off my nail look with the leafy vine that I wanted! The place is clean and the staff is friendly!! One of them sang to most of the songs on the radio! So today was my first time in. I was a walk in I arrived around 5:30pm they said they had time for me I told them I needed a full set and pedicure. They said okay I sat and waited and around 5:50 they told me to sit in the pedicure chair. I sat there until around 6:20 with my feet in cold water lol cause I was waiting so long. I ended up leaving at 7:40 so I was there for 2 hours!! The place is nice and clean the staff was also nice. The reason for my 3 stars is because I didn't get the shape I wanted I told her square round like natural and she made them rounded and she also cut my pinky! She was filing my nails and filed the skin on my finger. She also kept pushing me to get gel after I repeatedly told her I didn't want it on my nails just my pedicure. The pedicure was not the best she didn't give a good massage and she didn't get rid of all the dead skin, and when she brought the warm towel to wrap around my legs she literally brought one and just threw it over both my legs, I'm like really you can't do it like everyone else and wrap a towel around each leg. So my total after all ended up being $57! No design, basic, simple, no stones, short nails and they charge $1 if you pay with card! read more

This is the second time I go to this place, the first time I had a great experience so I returned expecting the same, but this was not the case! I've been here now for a few months and usually loves how Tina shapes and uses dip power on my nails. Unfortunately, this will be my last time coming to this shop. I always make an appt with tina for 10am. tina starts on my nails and a lady comes in and says she's early for her 12 noon appt and can tina take her early. So tina stops my nails and work on the lady. Since I'm getting a pedi i tell tina I dont want to be in her all morning and she assures me I won't. Now it's my next appt @10 with Tina and she stops doing my nails to work on 3 other ppl. I'm in the shop a couple of hours when these ppl just walk in and are out b4 me. I'm irritated now and know I won't be back and was going leave after my pedi was done. Which I should've done.
