I always have a great experience at this nail salon. The atmosphere is always clean, welcoming, and…read morerelaxing. My nail technicians take their time to listen to what I want and make helpful suggestions without being pushy. I recommend seeing Lily, Den, Kevin, or Jenny. Overall, I always leave feeling very happy with my nails and overall experience. I recommend this salon to others looking for all type of nail and wax services.

I wish i could give zero stars! i got a pedicure here about a week and a half ago. i noticed the…read morepolish looked a bit too thick when i left, and sure enough the next day it already started to lift off of my big toe. i went back to have someone fix it and one of the ladies who's name i did not get but she seemed to be the owner or someone in charge told me she would fix it since the woman who did my pedicure originally was not there. she proceeds to drill off the polish, then wants to try to GLUE the gel base back on my toe!!!! i immediately told her she is not gluing it back, i did not want any mold to grow between the gel and my nail since i had already showered and water could have gotten in. she seemed visibly upset but then PEELS the gel off in one piece!! started showing it to the other ladies too. after that she puts the hard gel and the polish back on but cut me a few times and tells me "i didn't cut you, it was already cut" as if i didn't literally FEEL her cut me! (i didn't even mention anything about the cut, she mentioned it herself) and let me go with my toe looking absolutely insane. and just today, not even 2 weeks later, my whole other toe nail just popped off!! never giving this place my money again!! complete waste, awful service, 0/10.

I've been coming to nail club for the last couple of years and have always had amazing work done…read more Ms. Tina does amazing work on manicures, fast and efficient while Christina, a nail tech does the most beautiful hand drawn designs/art. I love coming in, they treat me like family.

It pains me to write this but the last two appointments here were terrible, with the last month…read more(March) absolutely horrible both in service and outcome. I got a new set last month that were supposed to be coffin shaped and Tina could not get the balance right, which apparently was my fault, resulting in her yelling at me for a long time and at another tech. Unacceptable. This is bad enough but the set started out bad, with her sticking multiple DIFFERENT types of tips on ONE hand. That meant the c-curve was going to be off, the thickness and acrylic set would be different and we'd be off to a terrible start as every nail looked different and my hands looked a fright (NEVER DO THIS). You shouldn't start a new set needing to fix them! But that is what happened! Tina's fixes made them worse. Hours in the club and the only thing pretty was the color. I was tired of fighting, tired of being yelled at and I paid $155 to look terrible, last month. They were lopsided, clunky, one was veering up toward the sky and the whole set was embarrassing. I've had long, acrylic nails since 1988 and NEVER has this happened. I wanted to go back but I got sick. And couldn't go to the nail club with a fever. Besides, this ought to have been don't right in the FIRST place. There was not a world where this was not going to have to be redone with different tips and c-curves on the same hands. I go back a month later (this month, April) and Tina accuses me of having crooked hands, of waiting too long, but never took responsibility and here I am AGAIN for ANOTHER five hours because she is telling her coworkers she doesn't know what I'm talking about, that she gave these crooked, misshapen nails the balanced coffin that I asked for. No, and that was not the only problem. The disrespect of my time, my money, the art were also a problem. I walked around with a month of trash last time because clients don't always have time for do-overs. So yes, she could do the set over, fix HER mistake for a grand $5 off the full set price from last month. I was furious but she had me in a corner. And she still doesn't know how to do my shape and berated me for needing it done as I asked. One nail tech came over and used a hand file to give me the correct shape and she said she only does that shape by hand and it requires attention to balance. Exactly! Tina NEVER heard me, was too busy yelling, fussing and dismissing me. Exhausting. To Tina's credit, she did ask the tech to refile my hands so they would not look different. But the problem is the tech who used to file for Tina she yelled at too, last time, and Tina demanded that I accept Tina's work and hers alone. Tina has no eye for the coffin shape I like and the attitude I get is unacceptable to employ. This is a service I PAY for. No business is in the position to make such a demand that any customer accept substandard work. So NO! What makes this bad is the needs of the business and client are not more important than the needs of ego or attitude, not at Nail Club. I felt and feel beaten down. I feel totally disrespected-- my time, my money, my hands, my energy are disregarded here, no matter the 25-30 years I've been coming here. I deserve far better. After paying ANOTHER $150 for spending another five hours fighting to get my nails done to acceptable shape so I am not embarrassed for another month, they are far better, not the best I've had but far better than last time. Tina should have done the full set at business cost, charging the price ONLY of the fill because she chose to throw odds and ends tips on my hands and mess up the original set last month. I SHOULD HAVE been allowed to change to another nail tech for next time without any fear of repercussions to the new nail tech or to me. But the disrespect and refusal to take responsibility or appropriate accountability these last two visits put me in a very terrible position and space. I won't allow ANYONE to yell at or disrespect me, disregard my time, energy or feedback or money in general or when it comes to these hands. They advertise. I've had long nails 45 years. I've sent a lot of business their way. If common respect they can't give, I'm happy to walk and take my business elsewhere. And so I will. I have never been more upset with a business I have been affiliated with for so long. What integrity would dictate is BOTH an apology and at least a partial refund of the original set due to the deeply unprofessional manner in which it was done. I expect nothing.
