What happened to the flavor? Sadly I don't know if it was rushed again without steeping the tea again or if the recipe simply changed. I may not be going back here and will be looking for a new place.

Been here a few times since grand opening and the drinks aren't so bad. The taro or "frap" always have chunks of taro or chunks of ice. Teas are good it's a hit or miss depending how sweet or non sweet they make it. As for the customer service there are only a few employees as to why they take so long on our drinks HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I think you can tell which one the manager/owner is Bcuz she is always standing behind the person taking the order just eyeing you down... little uncomfortable.. there is also been times where I come in the mornings and this one girl there n she messes up my drink. I just Don't think she understood me that's why her English was off. my favorite was strawberry milk tea, I think I'll stick to that for now. They also have little snacks which are always good to have. All in all, some of the employees need to work on understanding English better and not stare us down behind the register. read more

At that price, it is almost too hard to pass up. The store was busy, but they are so quick and efficient in making drinks that there isn't much of a wait. The store was decorated with Christmas spirit and a 7 foot Christmas tree. I was assisted by both Evan and Vicky who were very friendly. My 4-year old watched Evan intently as he took care in making his Vanilla Oreo Shake. Thankfully my son was feeling generous and shared his shake, that was generously topped with Oreo cookies and whipped cream. Definitely recommend coming here and I know I'll be back soon to complete my stamp card for a free drink!
