Was driving by and see the grand opening sign and decided to give this place a try. I walked in the place has a friendly environment with a nature feel. The tables had plants on them. Their is plenty to choose from. The tea is served in a nice plastic cup with a red heart insert. I had the pineapple green tea and it came with chunks, I was able to choose my sweet level. Can not put into words how impressed I am with the quality of this establishment. I recently returned from a trip to South Korea and they had thee best "bubble tea" as they call it. Really enjoy going here. Although a little bit more expensive, I really enjoy their drinks. Specifically their Thai and tiger tea. I give it 4 and not a 5 because they can use a little work on their customer service but overall pretty good. You'll be seeing me around. Customer service was great, the little shop is clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Got the brown sugar milk tea and strawberry tea, both very delicious. Their honey boba doesn't have that much honey, so when added to any of the drinks, it's not that sweet/just tastes plain and flavorless. They do add HELLLA ice to the drinks so that's disappointing. We proceeded to order and they failed to let us know that they are out of there main ingredient, Boba. The fact that they were out of Boba could of been overlooked but the customer service was horrible. As a business women, the best advice I could give an employee is to always treat your customers like this is there first experience in your business with a smile, kindness be very informed and helpful. Never rush your customer especially if this is there first visit. The first visit will determine if they will return again. This place was soo good! I have to say I was really looking forward to going to La Michoacana a couple doors down but decided to give this place a try. I figured I was going to be left wanting ice cream though. Well I was wrong! I had the Jasmine Green Milk Tea and my husband had the mocha frap, both were great. Thought I would try somewhere local for my milk tea and boy did I make a mistake... I love getting milk tea and have had it plenty of other times at other boba houses and V Tea House disappoints. I got my usual favorite Jasmine green milk tea and as soon as I tried their blend it was way to sweet and tasted like creamer. I tried a few more sips to give it a chance and just couldn't do it. I went back up to the barista and told her the sweetness was to much like to much condensed milk and I wasn't enjoying my drink. She proceeded to tell me they didn't use condensed milk but did add sweetener to their drinks. I asked if I could have a new drink without sweetener and she begrudgingly went to get me a new drink. I got the SAME drink, still overly sweet not even custom mixed just a cup with ice and pre made tea jug kept in the fridge. At that point I just left with my drink. Not happy with the service, walked in with no hello or welcome, no sorry for the unhappiness with my drink and no goodbye. read more
