Contacted this shop in search of someone who could work on an electrical seat issue. I spoke with Adel via messages & on the phone & was able to bring my car in after a stressful last few days ( my car seat back had been frozen in an uncomfortable forward position & was not able to move it back.) I brought it in on a Saturday morning, bright & early. He quoted me $100 for diagnosis & spent 2 & 1/2 hours on it & was able to move the seat to a proper position for driving. ( He had tremendous help from one of his employees). He also was able to confirm with the dealership that they had a part available to permanently correct the issue & quoted me just under $300 for Labor & Part. This had been quoted to me by 2 Dealerships as needing a Complete Seat Frame Mount which cost $2,000. I will be returning to complete the necessary repair. read more

Honest, well priced, outstanding service! My car, a 2008 civic si, was having issues with the radiator and decided to take it to V-Tech Automotive. I usually take my car to Elite automotive just up the street, but their labor rates I have come to find are rather high. Was very nervous taking my car to a new spot, but as soon as Adel ran diagnostics on my car, I became very relieved. The customer service I experienced from Adel and his team was not only professional but also personal. He hooked up the OBD II sensor to my car and came to find out there were more problems than just the radiator thermostat. He later got a second opinion from one of the other mechanics and we were able to get a better idea of what exactly the problems were. I simply wanted my radiator fixed so my car would run, so we looked up parts, Adel gave me the price and time of arrival and so genuinely assured my costs would not exceed $400 when labor was calculated. I greatly appreciated that, because like I mentioned before, my old shop did not really give me a heads up on labor costs and my bill would be a lot more than I expected. Adel told me he would have my car done early the next morning which was totally fine with me and in the time between, he called me to give me updates on the car and parts! My car 2010 VW CC Sport with 89k mileage was leaking oil and Check Engine light came ON. All the repair shops in Irvine are super expensive so I decided to go little far and found this amazing place in Lake Forest, Manager is very kind and welcoming. He asked me to leave my car so that technician can go through all the issues and provide me the estimates. He provided a ride back home which is great. Mr Adel checked my car he called me next day and explained me all the issues and what it will take to fix it, he was very transparent with using OEM parts, price and labor charges which is on the reasonable side compare to other shops, basically the problem was with rear main seal and because of that Vacuum pump went bad and started leaking oil and check engine light came ON. I did my own research and found out that this is the common issue on older VW models and to fix this transmission has to come out and this become labor intensive job. Along with rear main seal, Vacuum pump they took care of replacing crank case to be on safe side, also I asked them to do Transmission service which is replacing fluid and filter which is recommended for DSG transmission after 40k miles else transmission can go bad which is another common issue. The complete repair took one week. When I went to pick my car Mr Adel showed me all the old parts and explained me which part is what and where it failed. Mr Adel is amazing and very knowledgeable, he asked me to drive the car for a week or two and bring back to check if everything looks good or not. So far I have driven more than 200 miles and everything is working good. So far I have not seen leaks, check engine light is Off. I will update this review after the next appointment to see how the repair holds up. read more

I will not back to this place and I can not get my money back from Groupon, simple conventional oil change for regular ( not luxury ) costs more than $60, somewhere else you can get it for less than $30.
