Been here a few times already since they opened. Definitely have been exploring the menu and can say that I am ADDICTED! #1 -- the NOODLES: mouth watering, perfectly cooked, and I am constantly craving it. #2 -- the Poke: I am picky..AF..and the quality & the sauce is PHENOMENAL. #3 -- the vegan duck: my bf loves meat & didn't even notice the difference (+10!) #4 -- THE CHICKEN: wow wow wow, YUM! Find out the rest yourself! I loveeeee the signature plates & ABSOLUTELY love the late night poke.

This place is a bit more like Hawaiian style poke, minus the fact that they don't pre marinate. The employees here are sooo nice and so helpful. They were patient with all our questions. My friend was a huge fan of the avocado sauce Cucumbers and salad: really refreshing and plated so beautifully Ahi and salmon: you can get ahi, salmon, or a mix. I appreciate the choices. No extra charge for doing half half. The fish is good quality. I like the fish eggs on top - it's a nice touch. By default, you get imitation crab meat and seaweed salad. Then, you have a choice of two sides - white or brown rice, salad, and cucumbers. You can also just get a cup of poke without the other stuff. Sauces like soy sauce and Sriracha are self serve. Parking is free in the strip mall lot.

My…read morewife and I wanted to try something healthy for lunch today, and she suggested this place, Pokeworks. Sounded like a nice, modern deli or maybe a grill. Boy, were we wrong. I walk up to the counter and the kid working there--who looked like he was barely out of middle school and couldn't even bother to take his airpods out--asks what I want. I look at the menu board, which is incredibly confusing, and I just order the Spicy Ahi bowl because I like a little kick to my food. I figure it's like a spicy chicken or cooked fish taco bowl. I watch the guy scoop some rice, put some vegetables in, and then he reaches into a container and scoops out a bunch of pink cubes. I thought maybe it was marinated tofu or something that was going to get popped into a microwave or a toaster oven behind the counter. But no. He just slaps a lid on it and hands it to me. I took it to a table, opened it up, and picked up a piece with my fork. It felt cold. And slimy. I took a bite, and my jaw hit the floor. IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW FISH. I walked right back up to the counter and told the manager, "Hey bud, you forgot to cook my lunch. This fish is completely raw, it's a major health hazard." The kid literally looks at me, blinks, and says, "Sir, it's poke. It's supposed to be raw." Are you kidding me?! I don't care what hip millennial trend you call it, you cannot serve people uncooked seafood in this country! I asked to speak to a manager, and some young woman comes out and tries to explain to me that poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish of raw marinated fish. I told her I don't care if it's from Hawaii or the moon, I am not trying to get salmonella or a tapeworm on my lunch break. I work hard for my money, and I expect my food to pass through a heat source before it hits my plate! They refused to put it in an oven or even a microwave for me, and they wouldn't give me a refund because they said the food was prepared correctly. Unbelievable. I ended up throwing the entire $18 bowl right into the trash can and going to the restaurant down the street where they actually understand how to cook meat. Save your hard-earned money and avoid this place at all costs unless you want a one-way ticket to the emergency room for food poisoning. I will be contacting the local health department first thing Monday morning. Utterly ridiculous.

Nothing crazy, just genuine good energy where you can tell they enjoy what they do and are happy to talk to you. I ordered a Ka Moa combo plate with teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu as well as spam musubi. The food was, in a word, delicious! The chicken katsu was solid, not as crispy as I would like but I did take it to go so that factors into that. The teriyaki chicken was outstanding, perfect flavor, a slight sweet char taste where it was flame kissed, I would order this again and again! Their Mac salad is different from what you get from an Aloha or Ono, not as sweet and didn't have the tang but even with that I enjoyed it and would eat it again. The only thing I would skip next time is the musubi. While it was okay in flavor the ratio of rice to spam was so far skewed it didn't seem worth it. As a whole this spot is incredibly solid and more than worthy of a 5/5! I look forward to coming back and highly recommend you check it out

I took a chance to check this spot out today since I had a craving for poke, but didn't want to make the trip to my usual spots. They have Poke bowls, poke burritos, and sides. I opted for a Large Poke Bowl with all salmon as my choice of protein. Ponzu sauce and spicy mayo garnish. There wasn't many other fish options available, but salmon is usually my go-to for poke anyway. Toppings were far and few - masago is extra $2 here. I opted for corn, seaweed salad, crabmeat and pineapple. The pineapple was canned and didn't taste too great. There wasn't any of your traditional poke spot drinks available like green tea or even soda. Their only refrigerated drink option was sparkling hawaiian soda, so of course, I opted for that. Portion size was actually great for the large - the scoops of fish were plentiful. The salmon themselves though, had a faint fishy smell to it. It probably could've been fresher. The rice could've been more moist/softer - mine was sorta dry. Total was a little over $30 including tip. The gal that assisted me was friendly and patient - no issues with service here. There's not a lot of seating - there's a bar style dining area inside, and a table/chair outside - but be mindful of all the older guys here smoking right outside. There are also no public restrooms. Shared parking lot with the rest of this otherwise busy shopping center across from Mile Square Park. Honestly, I don't see myself going out of the way to come back here.
