I stumbled across Twin Panda Bowl and I'm glad I did. The orange chicken was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of sauce, and the chow mein was full of flavor, not greasy like most places. But the real surprise? The cream cheese wontons -- golden, crunchy, and filled with creamy goodness. You have to try them.
