Had a grubhub delivery order from them and I am very very unsatisfied. Where to begin... - they forgot to the sauce - they messed up my base ingredient of half salad half white rice. It was all white rice The meal lacked a lot of taste. Considering they forgot the sauce. I physically had to get up and go into my pantry and create a "sauce" that I thought would flavor my poki bowl. The fish tasted fairly old as it has a more fishy taste to it. Also there is too much rice compared to the other ingredients requested. I am not sure who's working to assemble these orders, but they are absolutely trash for messing my order up. i never write reviews but eating onigiris at poki poki blew me away! for only $3.75 the onigiris are huge and come with so much filling, so much bang for your buck. compared to other places that serve onigiri for $4-5, poki poki definitely has the best value for your money, plus it's super tasty! beware though the spicy tuna doesn't play and has a super spicy kick (imo) i've never had the poke bowls here but the onigiris deserve a 5/5 note: they don't take card for any transactions under $10 read more

They have the options of chips for the base, which adds a crunch factor to the bowl. I want to say that I don't like the fact that my bowl was $13 for a regular, but poke places in general are getting pretty expensive. We do have to be considerate about what restaurants had to go through in the past year.
