However, the gentlemen at the front desk has always been friendly and I could tell he tries his best. Also, my phlebotomist this time was extremely nice and careful. She took the time to double check all my lab work and talk me through what was done.

We have amazing insurance and typically pay a zero copay for all in-network visits aside from ER visits. After she was charged I called our insurance and found out that urgent cares can bill under different codes some of which make them fall under the ER visit category. My issue wasn't the fact they bill in that way it was that she wasn't told until after she had been seen and we didn't have the option to seek other care that would be covered for her non emergency issue. The doctor himself called me to discuss the issue and apologized for how it was handled. He adjusted the charge and refunded my daughter the copay. We did not ask for a refund or expect one because we weren't disputing his services. He was very kind, authentic and did not dismiss my concerns. I truly appreciate and am impressed with how he handled the situation. It is clear he cares more about his patients and practice then he does profit and truly strives to do the right thing. He could give a masterclass in customer service.

Not only that, regardless of your insurance, for some reason thy require a card on file? They went ahead and FULLY CHARGED a visit ordered from my doctor without even using my insurance! While sitting here waiting, I checked the LabCorp app again and suddenly there were 9 appointment slots available. That makes no sense. Why weren't those appointments available the night before? To make matters worse, several non-English-speaking patients arrived and clearly did not understand how to use the self check-in kiosk. No staff member offered to assist them. They were left standing there confused, which only added to the chaos and delays. This location is poorly managed, inefficient, and a complete waste of time. I will never return. I finally made it in to get my blood drawn. Veronica helped me and she was very nice. That was the only pleasant experience I had at this place. I truly miss Quest Diagnostics.

Today marks 5 days from getting the test, and I have not received anything from their organization. I've emailed them at their different emails: info@covidclinic.org and Results@covidclinic.org. I've called the telephone number and no one will pick up, and I've also filled out their form to request "missing results". I needed these PCR results for my employer this week. I understand that they have seen an increase in demand for tests, but having customers wait 5+ days for results is absolutely unprofessional on their part.

Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

715 am, Saturday, May 16, 2026…read more I came an hour early to the Quest Lab to find out if they'd take me early before my appointment time as a walk-in. Not sure if it'll happen as I already have the standing appointment. The self service kiosk is easy to use, there are four machines near the entrance. Plenty of parking spaces here at the medical plaza. There's a constant arrival of patients, so not likely to be seen earlier than the appointment time. I have no idea when walk-ins would be seen as appointments have priority. I don't recommend trying to get here any earlier than ten minutes. The restrooms are clean, however, there's no wall mounted soap dispenser. That's such a big miss! Super silly having that gallon sized pump hand soap on the cabinet away from the sink. The hand dryer works well, there are no paper towels. This one is weird too, I was given a small plastic double Dixie cup with lid instead of the medical grade plastic urine collection cup. Hmm... Not sure if that was because I had to go before she had a jar ready and labeled. My phlebotomist was professional, yes. But she wasn't as good as the other one I had previously. All I care about is that they're able to collect the blood sample on the first insertion of the needle. Don't miss! Haha.

The waiting room is large and they have long business hours from 5a-5pm. I don't love getting my lab drawn in general but I am happy to have this location close to my house. Mobile check in is nice.

The techs have consistently been friendly, cool, and professional, and check-in is super easy whether through the app or the self-service kiosk. Their waiting area is not bad, it's clean and bright but it does get uber busy at times - so I hope you have an appointment. My personal take - I've learned with ANY lab (Labcorp, Quest, etc.), making an appointment well ahead of time is the real MVP, fortunately, I have not experienced them f'ing up my appointment but it seems they do with some patients. Maybe approach someone in the front desk and kindly bring this up to their attention? It can save you and others from unnecessary frustration, long waits, and the urge to dramatically rethink your entire life in the waiting room LOL. On occasions that you unfortunately you got a same day rush lab order - walking in can be traumatic but miracles do happen like when I walked in at 2:45 PM one time with literally 3-4 people in there or check the app and drive miles away for a location with an availability... or be like Job... we can all practice a bit of patience in a world where everything is in a rush. The blood dream took a LONG time and this B had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault my blood was flowing very slowly. Afterwards, I found out that she didn't even get the needle ON the actual vein. See photo. She was trying to pull blood from my muscles. WTF? Also super painful. What kind of untrained i###ts are working here?!!! So many blood draws in my life and this is the worst one!

However, I barely felt the needle at all and the lady who did my blood draw was an expert. I can tell she was good because she was quick and I barely felt anything. She was friendly and nice and it made my experience great. Wish I got her name. Parking was plentiful.
