I also didn't get to try the batting cages because they were closed 15 minutes before midnight, even though they advertised this spot closing at midnight. The Laser Tag activity was a pretty big space and I didn't find it stuffy at all, which was good. The VR next to the Laser Tag though was stuffy but at least there was an overhead fan. I personally don't trust how well they clean and disinfect the head masks, that's why I didn't try it. The arcade area was pretty limited in terms of games but they're always a good activity to do as an alternative from the other activities that have lines. Didn't get to try the mini-golf or the "bowling" area due to time. I like the outdoor patio and the ambiance of the string lights when you want to get some fresh air. Lots of families seated wherever they wanted and kids had a lot of stuff to play around with. Looking to see how this spot will compete with Round1 opening up soon in the mall. The water cup station is super handy, but they didn't want to refill the waters near the end of the night and the cups also, so we had to ask at the bar. I like that there's a good amount of staffing here who were all working hard. There's a few bathrooms spread out in the place. Parking is big in the back, just gets pretty dark.

The center itself has a retro feel to up, but also updated so as not to feel out of date. They have everything lit with cool lighting inside and all the lanes. They play great music while bowling, we were able to even request songs while we were there for the party. They have a full bar as well as a full kitchen. They also have a large game room, which is a great throw back for me growing up in the 80's. The party planner as well as the Management was super cool and friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed, kept checking on us, refilled the drinks and the food as the night went on and we were even able to bring decorations and our own cake. Which they gave us a sparkler candle to put on top as our regular candles. It was really fun. The party package was a set price of $49.95 per person, which included unlimited pizza, chicken tender, fries and various drinks. Towards the end they brought a giant platter of funnel cake fries with dips, so yummy. It also, came with 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental and $20 in game credits for each person. There are lounge style seats and surf board tables behind the lanes too. I would recommend having a party here or just come and have a get together with people and have a good time. The parking lot seems a bit sketchy though, I would park close to the front, they have a couple security guards here and I thought I saw some people lingering in the lot, so keep you valuables out of your car to prevent anyone from doing anything. Other than that, and it was just a feeling I had, (which I am almost always on point with my feelings) it was a great time and we will for sure be coming back to bowl and hang out. Enjoy!

I've bowled at other centers where shoes are everywhere, especially during big parties. One time I bowled here and the pinsetter got stuck. When they fixed it, they were nice enough to add time to my game for the mishap. The only thing I have an issue with: I wish they'd enforce one bowler at a time on the approach. There's not much they can do about it, but it really messes up my game when kids, teenagers, or adults walk up while I'm already in my approach. It happens everywhere, but I know Winnetka will remind people over the PA system every now and then. I also wish they had a Sunday league night. Overall, one of my favorite bowling alleys in the Valley. 4.5 stars for me.

The place was also relatively clean, which is always appreciated. Service was probably the weakest part of the experience. Our server rarely came around, and nobody stopped by our lane when we first got started, so getting food and drinks took more effort than it should have. Pricing felt fair overall. It's not cheap, but it's not outrageously expensive either. Just keep in mind that shoe rental is an extra $10 per person, so factor that into the cost when you're booking. And as I walked in the first thing that I saw to the left side was a facility called rock 'n' roll pizza so apparently this is the food that this bowling alley has to offer, which is all basically bar food and with the exception of making pizzas. I'm a real stickler when it comes to cleaning this this establishment rock 'n' roll pizza really needs some really deep cleaning especially everywhere throughout that front kitchen area where it's visible for everyone to see at that walks by. And also the appearance of the employee should all maintain a certain type of uniform and not all wearing different pieces of garment. All employees with no exceptions should all be wearing hair, nets, and or hats to cover their hair particles from falling into any of food preparation none of the employees whatsoever we're wearing any hat, nets or hats. This was a big concern for me. Food handling, and food safety is very imperative.. Not sure who the manager was at this location no name tags on the employee so really couldn't identify who they were. There was two female females and a male the mail was making pizza.. I placed my order at halftime of the game, they brought out my dessert first right at the end of regulation which was an hour after I ordered.... I explained to the server that I wasn't going to eat my dessert first and to please take it and bring me a fresh dessert when I finished my food. My food arrived about five minutes later and the grilled chicken was ice cold and the croutons were stale. I ate a few bites and the dessert was back and the waiter tells me specifically that he had a fresh one brought out to me, but the problem with what he said was that it was the exact same one that I sent back with the exact same two spoons that I left on the plate and the brownies were cold instead of warm because they put the whole order in the refrigerator. I asked to speak to a manager at that point because I didn't appreciate somebody lying in your face, and I was willing to accept all the other problems that I had today, but not somebody lying to my face. The manager came over and told me that he knows for a fact that the waiter has been making a new one and he saw four serving sitting in the back of the restaurant and he believed that the server accidentally brought me back the original one instead of the new one at no fault of the waiter. I can accept that as an answer but at this point, I'm frustrated and I don't wanna eat the old desserts. He asked me what he could do to make it better and I told him to do what he thought it took to make it better. His solution was to not charge me for the dessert that I wasn't going to eat and apologize to me for the outcome and told me to have a nice day. I basically waited over an hour for my food that wasn't worth what I was charged and I was given a discount on something I never ate... Needless to say I will not be back ever and I assure you that nobody there cares. Edit: manager's generic response to my complaint on yelp shows that I was right and they don't care.
