Type of care horrible. First set of teeth were so far off it broke all my bottom post. He put his set in right before Xmas. He took off 3 weeks so I was without teeth. When I came back he put a new set in without doing measurements and demand I pay for my zirconia. I could feel my bite was off. He promised me he never push me into my finals and that's exactly what he did. My tops fell out and he just wanted money for finals. He can't get Temps stay in. Another scammer. During the time I saw Dr. Eifler, his assistant, and his hygienists, the staff turnover was crazy...even the office staff was changing consistently. Trust is vital when choosing a dentist. Raise your hand if you look forward to going to the dentist....Ok, just as I thought. Me either but I want to share with you my latest experience as a patient of Dr Eifler and his technician Kelly and how my outlook has changed. I'm a notorious "gagger" and I cause trouble for everybody. I was not smiling about what was coming and the challenge that was before Kelly. Today I went in for double crowns expecting to gag my way through but NO, not so thanks to Kelly! ! ! She had the magic touch at holding that water -pick thing and the sucking instrument. I never gagged once and the entire procedure went so well. No gagging, choking, coughing ---none of that. I'm telling you that little lady made my day. I'm not rushing to go back but when I need to --- no more hesitation 'cause I know Kelly knows how to handle that water spout. Dr. EIFLER is one of THE BEST dentists!!! His knowledge is beyond that of most. He has an amazing "chair-side" manner. Dr. EIFLER is welcoming and professional. Dr. Eifler is very light hearted, and caring as is his whole staff. When we leave his office my husband and I feel like we've just been to a fun, small party. I've had a rather complicated treatment plan and am grateful that I found Dr. Eifler because I hear that prosthodontists are becoming rather rare. I don't know how Dr. Eifler does what he does. He has helped patients with really challenging cases, and he is incapable of doing less than the best for them. His extensive knowledge of dentistry and great crownwork skill is amazing. Dr Eifler cares only about his bottom line. He bought Dr. Borba's book of business and has a big nut because of it. He upsells all of his services in order to bring the bill to the highest possible amount. He adds charges that should be standard and pretends to do you a favor by breaking it out. I was a patient of Dr. Benjamin Odom for many years, and was somewhat dismayed when I heard he was merging his practice with Dr. Eifler's and on the road to retirement. However, I have been really pleased with Dr. Eifler's care. He's very gentle and considerate. Dr. Odom was extremely ethical and I know he wouldn't have merged with just anyone. However, there are probably even fewer people who have any angst about going to Valley Dental Group (At least after their 1st visit) I have been a patient for a number of years, and here are some reasons that will not change: * Upon enter the office and Beverly greats me as a friend. * Jody or Lynnette get right to work. I think I sat in the waiting area once. They have magazines - I don't know why. * I trust Dr. Eifler to do what is in the best interest of mouth, not someone's wallet (his, mine, or an insurance co's) * I've had little to no discomfort in process and I have not had any residual pain. * I can schedule tightly around appointment. They end as promptly as they commence. * The next visit is scheduled, and reminders are gentle and timely. When it comes to my teeth, I know they are in good hands at Valley Dental Group. My dentist was Dr. Borba but he had to sell his practice to Dr. Eifler. I was terrified for my first few visits because my mouth is sensitive and hurts easily. Well Dr. Eifler gives PAINLESS shots, you can't even feel them! I am so relieved! He replaced a crown and it was flawless. He is so nice too and his staff are wonderful. Also my exam didn't hurts, my cleaning didn't hurt, nothing hurt!!! I have 22 crowns total and hate dental work but no worries with Dr. Eifler. So relieved to have a pain free dentist. read more
