The first chair came with no directions. I contacted Etsy who emailed them to me. The main problem was that this wood is extremely dense and hard and the chairs were supposed to come with pre-drilled holes. both chairs came without these holes and I broke three drill bits and stripped half of the screws trying to put them together. When I contacted the manufacturer they told me that the chairs were pre assembled and then taken apart before they were sent to me. this a\was an obvious lie. These chairs were missing many of the pre-drilled holes making them almost impossble to assemble. i am sorry i did not just return them.

Way Up Art and Frame has great service and attention to detail…read more We had wanted an international threading artwork to be framed with a single mat and outlined frame to put on top of the fireplace, but didn't know where to start. Way Up had pre-selected and well-priced deluxe packages (for labor, framing, mats, and glass casing) to choose from which made the process much easier. You can also go outside of the pricing packages for more customization but we had no need to go to that extent. The framing was done in a timely manner and I received good notification when it was done! To add to the level of service, a week after hanging my painting on the wall, it seemed to have slipped the nail one night and fell, severely chipping the based of the frame. The nail positioning was my own mistake; I was shocked and worried about having to pay again for the full frame. I took it back in to Way Up, explained the situation, and Sierra and the team did an amazing job re-framing it in less than a week and at a small fraction of the original cost. I will definitely be thinking of Way Up Art and Frame for my future artwork and framing needs!

There are a few limited editions vases which come with a certificate of authenticity from the artists. In addition to their Asian decor they also have furniture, embroidered framed prints, as well as dish wares. If the price is too high, they are willing to barter with you for a bargain price. We definitely will be back, but since they aren't familiar with social media, I wanted to at least help by sharing this fantastic place with others looking for Chinoiserie decor for the home.
