It's no-brainer that the kids burn oil mine. The warranty is under 100,000 miles. My warranty was 76,000 miles. Of course everything has speculations according to how they feel are they assume that information that I have provided and this is the information that they requested under his own opinion, he said that I didn't meet the qualifications. They had my car for two weeks never a call didn't even they didn't even give me a car rental and besides that the customer service was awful. Well I had to go finally pick up my car. He he left the counter without giving me instructions so I had to ask to see what's going on and there's more to it. I just didn't have enough to any room to provide it but I strongly agree. Everything at this dealership needs to improve ! My car has been there for over 2 weeks and communication is poorly done. When I have spoken to the service tech she is very polite however to be able to reach her or anybody in the department is impossible by phone. They have AI answering calls at times or it just goes straight to voicemail. Ive left my info with no return call. The only dept that does answer is "sales". So apparently sales are more important than the services they provide. therefore if you plan to purchase or lease a car from this location be prepared for a bad experience whenever your car needs service. It may be best to buy your car at a different dealer with better service reviews!!! I didnt learn my lesson the first car I bought here. I gave them a second chance, thats what I get. Worst experience I have ever had with a car! Bought a 2025 Kia sportage in may of 2025 not even a month after getting the car the check engine light came on and the car was struggling to hold any speed. Took the car for service after a week and half they said it was a sensor issue and it should be perfect and I should not have any issue as it is a brand new car! Well 4 month later I get in my car to pick up my kids from school and the car is locked!!! It turns on but won't let me change the gear to drive! It's saying check your surrounding when I am alone in my driveway with nothing around! I turn it on and off and the car is locked! After 20 minutes the car allows me to change the gear but check engine light is on again! Not reliable at all! I call Kia and they say I need to wait until Tuesday to see what could possibly be wrong with a BRAND NEW 2025 Kia! I got a new car Because I needed a reliable car for my family but all I get is more stressed and I am left stranded as Kia keeps my car and doesn't even provide with a rental. My Daughter & I stopped by Valley KIA, to test drive compact SUV. She really liked Sorento, tests ride and all the features, we sat down discuss a purchase. When the sales Manager Barry, sat with us, he was already a very defensive mode, a very non friendly approach. The vehicle had a $8500 markup price to MRSP value. We asked if we can work on this markup since it was extremely high, he said " no there's no wiggle room" if you want a cheaper car we have used ones. Didn't entertain us at all to have some of the markup removed. We left the room, spoke with salesmen outside there so apologetic couldn't believe what just happened. We end up at Mercedes of Ontario picked up a brand new 2022 Mid Compact. I recommend the folks at Mercedes, no hassle super friendly, many options to finance and lease vehicles . I ended up getting ahold of someone in the front desk and they walked over to the back and delivered my message personally to Ashley, after waiting another 2 hours I went to Kia to find my car was ready since the day prior. I have gone there 2x for service on my car. First time I was told that they would get all my recalls done in a day. Well that didn't happen.so I dropped off my car and was told they would call me around noon. Didn't happen either I had to call around 1 and they magically said yeah it is finished. Second time they told me that my car would only take an hour well 2 hours later it was finished. My wife called about 2 months ago and setup an appt for today (3/5) because they were so booked up. My wife was wondering why she hadn't received a call to confirm the appt. So she called yesterday and was told that they had no appt was in the system, but if she wanted to, she could drop the car off still, but they might not get to it for a couple days with no option for a loaner even though we bought the top tier warranty plan. This is one of those, "If I could give 0 stars I would." type of reviews. I spent $730 on a new set of tires on 11/28/23. The next day I took the freeway to get to work and my car was shaking, badly. I called Juan (such a nice guy) to get this issue fixed. Fast forward today, 12/26/23 I have had my last (hopefully) appointment STILL trying to get this issue resolved which is JUST a tire balancing issue. I emailed the director of the service department, Mike Hangca. He is quite literally the most incompetent person that I have encountered. No people skills, no knowledge, no respect. Just a bitter old man that needs to be fired. He is tarnishing the service department. The department has had issues in the past, but have slowly started to get better, now this jack a** is ruining it, so much potential just gone with this jerk being the director. This has to be one of the worse service departments I have ever dealt with. Very barebones and very few amenities. This includes driving your car up after service. They literally told me to hit the panic button on my remote to find my car. This was just the first few times I had to come down for regular maintenance. This last time had to be the worse. The sensors in my EV6 started to go crazy. I took my car to the dealer to have it looked at. Waited 15 minutes for the 3 reps at the desk to finish their paperwork while a line started forming. When I did get a service rep (Juan) and told them my problem the first thing they told me was that it would take 2 days to do diagnostics just because I did not have an appointment. Fast forward 3 days and they told me they had to order special parts to fix my car. It would take at least a month to get my car going. I am still without a car now. When I asked if it was covered they told me to kick rocks. Needed the car so I had to pay the $3000 it was going to cost to repair. They did not even offer me a rental. Never had this much problems with a car before. Avoid this dealership and avoid buying a Kia. read more

This place sucks ass. Since February of this year, we've had to be serviced 4 times (thus far), not to mention their poor customer service. In February, we had to bring our Kia over to have a bunch of recalls fixed. After the recalls were fixed, the car stopped working 2 months later and we were told it was because they thought one of the parts that needed recalling didn't need recalling... but it did. While our car was being serviced a SECOND time, we had to pay for rentals out of pocket because rentals needed to be "approved" before being lent out, and we waited about 2 weeks before being provided one. Then, we didn't get our car back for about 8 weeks. We finally get our car back, running smoothly, until not even ONE WEEK later the car doesn't start again. We take the car back again to get serviced and the next day, we're able to pick the car up before closing. The car runs for TWO DAYS. TWO DAYS, and then stops working AGAIN. Today when we spoke to a different employee than usual, he assured us we'd be called and updated on our car situation (mind you, they always say they'll call and they don't... and he also failed to call). We have always been sure to maintain our composure and be polite to the employees, but when we called, that same employee had an ugly attitude on the phone when we asked about our car. So, we'll see if our car f***s up again. Before I end this rant, I have to say from my experience with this car for the past 8 years and having spoken to multiple AAA employees who tow hundreds of cars and service them-- KIA cars are horrible cars, and KIA has the service to match. -1000/10 read more

Service department is not up to Standards. They are not responsive to customers needs and have a lack of understanding of what customer service should be. I called in for a service appointment and made me wait 2 1/2 months, I took it in working, I had the do a complete inspection and since it was in the dealership already I told them to perform the 2 outstanding recalls from Kia, got it back and car broke down a week later, it turned off on us in middle of carpool lane, had tow it into dealership and they are telling me 3-4 weeks before they can even look at it. I told them I never had an issue like this and suddenly they work on it and leaves us stranded in freeway, I told them to just fix, fine I'll pay the cost of repairs no problem, but don't make wait a month to even start to look at it, I had my turn and I waited already. They didn't care. I was not being unreasonable, I tried to explain my case calmly and they just plain didn't care, I pulled my car out of there, they obviously don't need my business. Avoid at all cost, better options out there. Not reliable and most likely my car issue was caused by them, they didnt even bother putting engine covers back on on initial service and my wife had to take it back because hood would not close even. When it came time for the appointment they had said I never made an appointment, so it wasn't on the books. I HAD to drop the vehicle off as my wife no longer felt safe driving it due to the issues. They told me "Sorry, unless you pay for a $980 service for your vehicle, we won't be able to touch it for 6 weeks." He wanted to give a very brief explanation of the document and get the signature on it right away. Where do I begin, so I purchased a VW from them, and in the way home to check engine light came on, took it back they said they fixed it, a couple months later it came back in again, took it back they said they fixed it, and same thing a month later. Then one day the car dies and won't run, had the car towed in, and they said they fixed it, and I was good to go, but if it came in again we would have to go to VW to get it looked at because it was the same problem over and over again. So finally came back in went to VW and they said the valves needed cleaned called Kia to say what do we do, and they said I was on my own, I got left with a $1,300 bill. Now I wouldn't expect Kia to help out if this happened 3 or even one month after purchasing the vehicle, but we had the same problem since I drove it off their lot. Basically they sold me a broken car and didn't know how to fix it, and was unwilling to help me fix it either because they didn't know how to clean the intake valves that VW said needed done.
