Ordered half lemon pepper half buffalo with chicken Alfredo fries. Everything was spectacular. Crispy Fries had a very good flavor with cut up chicken, sauce, and chives. Lemon pepper wings had a very distinct crunch along with a good lemon flavor. The buffalo was classic and cooked well. On top of the food being great, the staff/owner was incredibly nice and polite. Our first visit to Valley Wings was very spontaneous. We found it on yelp as "highly rated" and decided to go. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Q, the owner, came out and asked us our taste preferences. He then gave us a variety of options, all of which turned out to be "off the hook." While we waited, he brought us a sampling of one of their appetizers. We were so impressed with the delicious food, the friendly staff and the attention to detail. We ordered 40 bone in, all flats, extra crispy Also grabbed 10 boneless. Our flavor choices were honey hot, Buffalo, sweet chili, Korean BBQ, and Cajun dry rub. Amazing. Just amazing. My husband and I stopped by the Scottsdale location after seeing a video on Instagram. The two cashiers at the front were super nice and willing to answer any questions we had. The menu is pretty simple, traditional chicken wings, boneless wings and fries. We opted for some traditional wings in Buffalo and the rest were boneless wings in mango habanero, lemon pepper, Parmesan garlic and hot honey. All the sauces wings came with more than enough sauce that you could dip each bite in sauce. Buffalo was traditional but by far my favorite. The dry rub seasoning were plentiful so you got a good taste of each flavor. Hot honey was my personal second favorite while my husband enjoyed the lemon pepper. Pretty good. The barbecue was pretty solid. Good flavor and great texture. The buffalo flavor was not very traditional. Not bad by any means, but I love that standard buffalo taste. Both traditional and boneless wings are the best in the VALLEY as far as quality in my opinion. There are plenty of sauces to pick from but my favorites are the Valley Gold, Korean BBQ, and Lemon Pepper. The only reason it's not a full five stars is because the every time I've gone my order isn't ready and I had to wait, but that's not a big deal the rating should really be a 4.5. The place has a few high tables, nothing extravagant; keep in mind it's mainly for takeout so their goal isn't really to win you over with their decor but honestly I prefer it like that. Our order was ready quickly and they verified our order by showing us each item before wrapping it up for us. We ordered traditional wings and they were delicious. Wings were a great size and had a ton of meat, it's an easy meal. The sauces have so much flavor, nothing is over the top spicy. Wow, a new local favorite! My husband and I came in for the first time and enjoyed our experience! The food was amazing, I will say a little to much parsley on the wings, but other than that the taste and cook was perfect! I was craving wings and a little treat to myself. I was not disappointed at all. I ordered 15 wings and an order of Parmesan fries. I tried the hot honey (love a good sweet/spicy flavor) and the valley bbq (I think I remembered it right?). The hot honey! Oh my! My nose wanted to start watering up, like it was that perfection of spicy and sweet. The valley bbq was also very very good. You can tell it's their "secret sauce" and homemade. The gentleman up front was very kind and helpful. The decor is very simple and down to earth. You walk in there and know it's wing eating time and sports time with the crew. There's really not much to say other than BEST CHICKEN WINGS IN PHOENIX. The valley sauce is a must anytime you come here. So flavorful and ranch is not even necessary!
