They quoted me a price for the oil change and fuel filter replacement, got the vehicle specifications and went to work. The air filter was filthy and they had one in stock. Good inventory management when a small shop has an air and fuel filter for a 15 year old diesel pickup on hand. They topped off all the fluids and checked the drivetrain fluids. Using CarFax they pointed out my coolant was overdue for flushing and replacing, so I got that done also. Tire pressure checked and adjusted. The entire process took less than an hour and their prices are less than dealership prices. And I have never gotten in and out service from a dealership like Take 5. I would recommend them highly.

It basically was causing the tire to leak. Came here early in hopes we could get it resolved as we are on a Cross Country trip from San Francisco to Florida and we had my car in tow. I said sorry I was holding too long and she says to me I didn't know two minutes was too long and hung up on me. I've never had a retailer ever call me back and then hang up on me. I thought this was the rudest thing so I called back and got her name. I was calling to get an alignment on my new Maserati. I don't know if the align Maserati's, but I wanted to find out, but I know one thing I will never go to brakes plus for anything how rude to hang up on a customer.

Not wanting to make that same mistake (truck tires are expensive!) we brought our 2007 Toyota Tundra to Network Automotive in Apache Junction for a front end alignment. Everyone here is very friendly and professional and took the time to explain the process and so forth. Our truck drives great now. I appreciate the before and after alignment stats computer printout provided as well. Great service. Oh yah, they're running a front alignment special now too. Not sure how long the special is available but I called a few shops and Network Automotive had the best price.

I brought my car here once before and they fixed the problem. I paid cash since they add surcharges…read morefor credit and debit card use. I brought my car in a few days ago for brakes. They replaced the drum and brake shoes. The car ride home was great so I believe they solved it. I did not know that it is illegal in the United States to surcharge a debit card but found out in time for me to inform Network Automotive. They said they would charge my debit card the 2% fee. Out of caution, I used my credit card and took the hit because my card will back up any problems should they arise related to the work. I am in touch with Attorney General Kris Mayes office to investigate this. Per the Federal Law, they can add surcharge to credit, but not debit cards. Stay tuned because if I see surcharges on debit cards with any other merchant, I will turn them in.
