Walmart is a great place to get tires for my cars. I truly appreciate the helpful staff.

HORRIBLE!!! They did my oil change, and forgot to put my oil cap back on. Oil all over my car. Took is back asked the manager to clean it and redo the oil change, they cleaned it and when I asked him to do the oil change he proceeded to scream in my face. read more

Wait an hour and a half to be told your oil change service was cancelled due to an oil filter recall. Then be asked if you'd like to pay for an upgrade to a higher grade oil filter since they don't have any others available, and if so you have to then wait in line again behind the multiple cars being serviced in front of you since they first started and then cancelled your servicing in the first place. read more

Service is good, when they have staff. Management understaffs the auto center. I came in an hour after they were "open for business". They had no mechanics on shift to do any work. When I asked the cashier when they would be available for an oil change, the response was "I don't know. No one has shown up yet". I suppose I will have a different place now. (Edit and update) It is a management issue. The greeter and mechanics did a great and speedy job. While looking for other places to get my oil change, the mechanics came in (at their scheduled start time). The greeter took my info and got my keys. In around 30min my car was ready... But the cashier was nowhere to be found. (After 10 min he came off his break.) I don't begrudge employees for taking their breaks (legally mandated). I do blame management for understaffing. read more

Pros and cons to this review. For starters, Carl and Crystal, the two working at the counter inside the Walmart Auto Center clearly hate their jobs. The simple lack of respect they have for their customers, let alone being incompetent when it comes to battery and auto repairs. It is obvious they are there to work the counter, because they do not qualify to work in the Auto Center itself... I came in to ask about my battery warranty, purchased through Walmart, and CARL was beyond ignorant. He said "did you call?" And I said "no, I was not sure how to go about getting it replaced" and he continued to point out that I did not call, so he did not know if they had my battery in stock. (I may be a female, but I can find my own battery. Better yet, I can replace it myself!) I told him I already confirmed my battery was in stock, by physically checking myself. He then proceeds to tell me he can't help me because I did not call. So I ask "How can I go about getting my battery exchanged? Who do I call?" And he responds "You don't need to call." I kid you not. Absolutely terrible experience, and terrible employee. On a more positive note, Bradley from the auto center was amazing. He was able to help me get my car serviced and my battery replaced in bo time. I explained I was short on time and willing to replace the physical battery myself, he was able to escalate my car and had it done in 20mins. He had a great attitude, very professional, and overall made this experience bearable. He deserves praise! I do not plan to ever return here, based off this single experience. read more

Brought my car in last Friday, July 26 to install one new tire I purchased on the 24th for my driver rear tire due to a nail in the tread. Service was done in about 35mins, picked up my car, drove it home and parked it in my garage. Today, Tues. July 30, I took my car out to run errands and not even 2mins in my tire pressure light came on. I went to pump air in the driver rear tire and it read 10psi. I looked at paperwork and saw tire pressure was not performed on any of my rear tires. So I assumed my tire just needed air. After my errands as I was inspecting my car, and saw the patch I had done on the driver rear tire indicating to me that they had not replaced my tire! I looked to check the passenger rear tire and my new tire was installed there. Technician helping during my appointment was already not friendly and seemed miserable. He had one job, and one job only.. and still messed up replacing one tire. I used to enjoy the auto care center service here, now it's gone down hill. Going in tomorrow to see if they will correct this situation. Also will be learning my lesson not to put full trust in workers and to always double check my things before leaving the lot. Definitely not coming back here anymore. Stay away from this place. Save money and live better somewhere else. Looks like I'll be doing business with only discount tires from now on. rude employees at the front desk. they took 15 minutes to take care of my car when I had an appointment.

These guys are always friendly and do what they can to take care of the screw in tire or oil change or whatever minor emergency comes up.

Well I ordered my tires online and had an appointment to get my tires but on Saturday at 7 am before my trip to San deigo I woke up in the morning and they cancelled my appointment I about had a heart attack I called Walmart online and they said there was absolutely nothing they could do but could give me a discount of 10 percent and they directed me to the Walmart app to reschedule my appointment well that didn't work!! AND they said my order said delayed but ready for pick up wth??? After I confirmed they were already received on Wednesday...I ended up calling the manager of the signal butte store Diana and she fixed the situation and got me in at 11 she said the reason it was canceled was because someone called in sick?? Ugh smh you would think they would personally call me to reschedule but nope! I appreciate ALL that DIANA did and Jose and Anthony were a tremendous help and got my tires done I. An hour or so! I was delayed on my trip and had a major panic attack but they pulled through for me ! But I won't ever make a big purchase on tires there and Jane them delivered with the appointment again it was too stressful and seems to be a disconnect between online vendors, Walmart, fed x and in store auto Dept on such a big purchase! It is more $$$$ to go to a discount tires but I think for peace of mind they are more organized. read more

Brought my car in for an oil change and was quoted that it would be a two hour wait... two hours have come and gone and when I went to go check the status of my truck was told it was going to be another hour because it hasn't been pulled in the bay yet this bad Time management when I see employees standing around and not working on customers cars.... and no Communication to the customers... read more

Manager of department has no clue how to manage employees just walks around in circles eating while employees play on there phones more than work brought to attention of assistant store manager and it was brushed off like no big deal read more

Horrible wait times for service. Horrible citomer service at the cashier level in the Auto Care Department. Not enough people to run the shop. Oil Change shouldn't take almost over 2 1/2 hours when you were 3rd in line when you got there. read more
