In snowy weather, I had experienced a flat tire and was told by Midas, just around the corner from here, that they were open and that they could repair my tire and to come on over. They closed between the time that they told me to come by and that the time that I arrived. With about 25 minutes until the nearest places were closing for the evening I made it over to the nearest Ken's towery, but they were not really responsive to me sitting out there waiting, and I called tire discounters, knowing that they were closing in about 20 minutes with an absolute desperate situation. Snowy weather, a donut on my car, a tire needing repair in my trunk and two kids that were at their wits end. They took my tire and said they were gonna make sure that it was repairable and they did it. I think in about 25 minutes total, they had repaired my tire, put it on my car, put my donut away and got me all fixed up. And all for a very reasonable price too. About $45 which was right on par with everyone I had called to discuss this issue with. I don't know if it's because I called whilst on the verge of tears or if they just genuinely care about their customers, but I am a customer for life now and I am so grateful to the team there. I'm grateful to the manager who rang me up. I know these men were probably really looking to get home for the day. I am just so grateful. Thank you guys so much.

Tuesday they were…read moreinstalled/balanced/aligned and missing all 4 valve caps noticed while fueling 40 miles away in addition to vibrations that were not there with my old tires. Wednesday they had no time available so Thursday they decided there was a bent wheel causing this. "Joe" the Manager says I hit a pothole. When I said I did not, he snarkily said "In 10 years you haven't hit a pothole??!!" as if I am lying and I say I've owned it 8 months and no pothole. He says he is moving it to rear so I won't notice it. I say this will prematurely wear a new tire, he rolls his eyes and tells me no and not to believe the internet. Meanwhile, the truck in the bay next to mine has been dropped off the lift so he is scurrying around looking at it. I go back to waiting room and owner of dropped truck looks like he cannot believe they have actually dropped his truck, I felt so bad for him. I go back out there and wait by my car for "Joe" to return and then I am told they have discovered 3 bent rims. I say I had no issues with my old tires, I have not had an accident, hit a curb or hit a pothole, and an inexperienced tech( like the one who just dropped the truck) must have damaged them when removing/installing. I am appalled by this situation and appalled that they did not "discover" any of this when they were balancing them the first time. "Joe" gets defensive and says he was not here when they were installed. He does not apologize for any of this, is annoyed that I am questioning this, does not tell me where I can get them repaired, does not show me economical wheel options in his store, calls the dealership and tells me they are $546 each and to go there. All along he has been short and snippy and extremely unprofessional, I am shocked that he is a manager and that this is how he provides customer service. I tell him I want the phone numbers to corporate and his boss. He says them extremely fast so I ask him to write them down. He refuses, he says type them in my phone. Again I say I need you to write them down and he refuses. I say his customer service is the worst and he is the rudest manager I have ever encountered anywhere. He tells me I am the rudest customer ever and to leave his store. Never, ever in my life have I experienced anything this bad as a customer from a business. I waited there for an hour until corporate customer service returned my call and made an extensive recorded report. Meanwhile, I am unable to go to North Carolina for the holiday weekend because my new tires and steering wheel are vibrating badly and I don't want further damage to my vehicle, the new tires or to risk my safety with a blowout.... Zero stars for this location and "Rude Joe", 1 star for salesman "Chris" because at least he told me to stay safe out there as I was leaving the store.

My husband advised my son to just have them fill it with coolant and see if he could make it back to school. They brought him out to the garage and showed him that is was pouring out of the radiator when they filled it. He left and bought extra coolant for the way back. That was 3 weeks ago another trip to Richmond and a drive home to St. Louis, and there are no leaks or issues since. They saw a college kid with parents out of state and thought they were going to scam him out of thousands of dollars.

Today I went to get my car checked out for a right headlight that was out. When I received my car…read moreback, I found that the left blinker was going faster than usual on my dashboard. I ended up looking the cause up on my phone and there were two factors: 1.) the light may not be hooked up properly or 2.) the bulb was burned out. I ended up calling this location and they stated they would look at it and if the bulb burned out, they would replace it, no charge. I ended up taking it back today and they replaced it, but stated that the bulb had burned out. So my line of thinking is that if this morning they had replaced my headlight and I know that my car is an old model; a mechanic would look at the left light to compare the wiring (if they did not know how to replace the other headlight). When this happened, they might have forgotten to connect the blinking light bulb. When I had taken it back, I was met by a manager and two techs, one whom had replaced one of my headlights before. I am glad that they had taken the time out of their busy schedule (because there were a lot of cars needing attention to fix this issue). I ended up finding out it was a burnt out bulb; however, I found it a bit odd how it could have burned out the around the time my right headlight burned out and on the same EXACT day that I had taken my right headlight to be fixed. I must be one really unlucky driver. I will never know because I cannot go into the garage when mechanics are working nor can I see video evidence in the garage of how mechanics are fixing my car. I feel like the onus is always on the customer; however, at least it is fixed now. I like to think of this as a contribution to society. Because it was fixed, no matter the issue, other drivers on the road will know when I am making my left turn. This will save more lives, which is more important than $100 worth of labor and parts. Issue #2 - after the tires were balanced (which you pay for on a new set of tires) and the truck was aligned allegedly the truck now pulls hard and the steering wheel is not straight. issue #3- started to smell a burning smell the technician/s working on my truck spilled oil and they attempted to wipe it up , but did not tell me about it. On a drive from Florida to Michigan, our 2022 Telluride intermittently was overheating. We managed to drop it off to Complete Automotive Repair, and then got a rental for our Michigan destination and return to Lexington. The Complete Automotive team pressure-tested for leaks, checked all hoses and clamps, and diagnosed that the water pump had failed.
