During my dip manicure, the nail tech repeatedly dug her short nail into the sides of my fingers. I asked her to stop, but it continued, and I found myself flinching away at least 20 times over the two hours it took to complete the service. It was uncomfortable and honestly stressful. There was also an awkward seating issue -- the nail tech's legs were positioned under my chair, making it unclear where I was supposed to place my own legs. I've never experienced that before, and combined with the discomfort during the service, it added to an already unpleasant experience. The nails were cut extremely short and filed very rounded, more like a child's nail shape than a modern dip manicure. The color selection also feels outdated and doesn't reflect current trends. Pedicures here are just okay, but overall I've found that consistency and technique vary significantly between nail techs. I truly wanted to support a local business that's close by, but after multiple attempts, I won't be returning.

The have books of colored nails and a brand that seems to be primarily for no chip. I prefer just the standard OPI which is a very small selection in the back of the salon. I found the color I was looking for, but more OPI colors would be great! My pedicure was relaxing, comfortable, and I was asked often if everything was okay or if anything needed more attention. The original service not being what I requested was disappointing enough, but having me return based on one agreement and then changing the terms once I arrived made the experience even worse.
