Nitrous in the tires, paint protection, door guards, gps tracking, overpriced maintenance plans, etc. All the standard items at riduculous mark ups while lying to seniors saying these all come with the car and not disclosing these are add ons and fees. Came here with my in-laws to help them purchase a vehicle. The place is tiny and customer parking is very limited. They are a brand new dealership so staff definitely needs to tighten up the way they do things. Their online sales department is non-existent. I called and emailed to inquire about a couple of vehicles a few days prior to showing up in person and never received any information. Upon getting there in person we were greeted by salesman Moussa. He was very friendly and welcoming. He even allowed me to use their vehicle charger to charge during my stay. He offered us water and coffee despite us being a large group. Thanks for that. Unfortunately I cannot say similar things about the sales manager. I do not remember his name his was a heavier set Hispanic. He was nice and welcoming but when it came down to crunch numbers he hit us with the bait and switch. The car was advertised at a specific price but he came back with numbers that were way over blown. He said the car had around $1800 worth of accessories added from the factory that were added into the cost of vehicle. It was probably somewhere in the fine print and he seemed very stern on those accessories not being removable. After going back and forth a few times we figured that they weren't going to budge. We were ready to walk away and take our business elsewhere. That is when I'm assuming the general manager walked up to us and gave us a realistic deal that removed the cost of accessories and made the math make sense. We okayed the deal and took the car. The entire shopping process from the moment we walked in started at 10:30 am we accepted deal around 1 pm and didn't get into financing until 3:30 pm. The entire process was S-L-O-W! It was a busy Sunday and they definitely seemed overwhelmed. I hope they figure it out but in the mean time I do advice anyone not to fall for their factory accessories package. They literally started our quote $260 dollars higher than what our math showed the price should be. Work them down until the math actually makes sense. On a quick side note: the final detailing job on the vehicle was sloppy. Despite us working on a deal for several hours on a potential purchase of a car that was test driven they did not bother to clean the cars interior nor did they clean the outside 100%. I'm a little disappointed that they failed to do so. I can't really say that I was overall satisfied by this dealership. Shop with caution. read more

The next day I get multiple miss calls from the sales rep Jazmine I told her I'll be on the way. Once i drive from San Diego , they try to sell me a different car. I told them I came for a car I already made a pre approved deal with. Comes to find out they sold the car already. Then they start to lie. " we didn't know what car you wanted ". But when I made my inquiry you also get my contact information. I know dealerships aren't the most trustworthy but don't lie then try to blame me for your incompetence. I had the best experience at Kia Van Nuys! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Back in August I stopped in to see if they had any Sportage Hybrids. Eric greeted me right away and was honest they didn't have any but that he would inform me when they do. Gave me his card and didn't press any other car because I was pretty set at the time and not in a rush. When he got one in he reached out however I didn't want black. Recently I reached out to see if he actually had any Niro Hybrids to check out. He was very responsive and said he's now in finance but to come in and he would have a sales guy help me out. When I went in Brandon greeted me and started showing me the different Niro trims he had in stock. He let me test drive on the freeway which was a huge plus since I commute. Both Brandon and Eric were honest and helped get me into exactly what I was wanting. I never felt pressured and so happy I didn't settle. Eric didn't push any extra add on like most do during the finance part and even after he connected me with a tint guy. Brandon went over literally everything in the car rather than just handing over the keys! Claimed couldn't find problem had to rent a car for a week, until they finally found the problem.
