My car is still unavailable to since they broke a piece trying to fix it which left me without my car for almost a month. Granted they provided me a rental but honestly the sense of urgency is nonexistent. The fact the a customer service person responded to this review and ask for me to contact them is ridiculous. After repeatedly have issues getting one person on the phone the thought that I'd try again is crazy. Maybe you should personally reach out after such an unacceptable service. Like I stated before it's not like I have not paid for the window replacement I needed Here I am waiting again taking time off work to pick up my car that they said would be ready in 10 minutes but it is now 40 minutes later and still waiting. Van Nuys seemed to have the best selection on review of online inventory. Although I decided not to get a used model on our first trip to the dealership, we worked with one of the dealers, Arno Babajanian, who was very friendly and had an easy going, no-pressure style that made us feel comfortable. I contacted the dealer online about a Telluride I was interested in and was contacted by Abby Lopez; she scheduled me for a test drive, was very responsive to my calls and requests, and then connected me to Manar. When I got to the dealer, Manar greeted me with a warm welcome and was prepared as he already had the car ready for me. Now this may sound routine for what you'd expect at a dealer, but it wasn't because of who Manar is and the way he went about it. Given that it was a certified pre-owned Telluride, he answered the many, MANY questions I had without a hint of making me feel like it was burdensome to do so, provided every report I requested and did it with enthusiasm, professionalism and grace. In negotiations, Manar was straightforward and worked the desk to the extent that I felt like I had an advocate working to get what I reasonably wanted, and he didn't needlessly waste time. Instead, he really made an effort to first identify what I wanted and what would get me to "yes", which speaks to his excellent communication skills. In today's automotive marketplace in Southern California and nationally. It has been difficult to find a reputable auto dealer that would Negotiate in good faith. For the past month I had narrowed my search down to a Kia Niro PHEV or Niro fully electric vehicle in addition to a Hyundai Kona EV all with premium trim models. In the past I have always used the Costco Auto Program to purchase vehicles. Because of today's market place, that option has been excluded from the program in relation to my chosen vehicles. During the past month I have searched through my credit union Pen Fed and also Credit Karma who had both referred me through the TrueCar program to various dealers supposedly honoring their offers. Yesterday I made a appointment based on the offer given for a 2022 Kia Niro EX Premium electric vehicle. My appointment was for this morning at 11 AM, we visited the dealership at 10:35 AM and met with Susie Medina Who quickly referred me over to Melanie another sales associate. I explained to her why I was there and showed her the TrueCar offer given to me for a 2022 Nero premium electric vehicle. She took me for a test drive in one on the lot which I had requested. After the test drive we went back to a showroom desk to finalize the offer. I quickly found out that she had to refer to her manager JORGE who shortly came out from behind the curtain and advised me that as of December 1 they were no longer honoring any TrueCar offers. I showed them a screenshot of the offer I received yesterday for MSRP less $166. He quickly said he was sorry and said that the car price today would be MSRP plus $3000. You can imagine how I felt after coming over and to waist mine and my wife's time. I asked about their Niro PHEV models for which there were none in stock however they were expecting to two in mid month December. One which of which has already been sold and the other which was still available. He told me that model would be priced out at $5000 over MSRP. I think now you get the sense of what's going on here as I quickly got that within minutes of returning back to the dealership. I will attach some screenshots and copies of an email offer sent to me for your evaluation. All I will say is that unless you are willing to pay a considerable amount over and above MSRP in today's current market for automotive vehicles. You would be far better off using an Uber or Lyft for transportation purposes until dealers come to their senses. Good luck in your search efforts. read more

He called before we left and she said someone was test driving it but the left after. When we got in the car he called to say we were on the way and again to verify the car was STILL available. We were told Abby was on her way to the other lot by Michelle to get the car and bring it to her lot at Kia. Again, he asked if the car was available and now Michelle said yes it was. We get to the dealership to find out the car sold 5 minutes before we arrived. I don't believe there was ever a car to purchase and if there was why knowing we were on the way did we not get a courtesy call? Really BAD business.
