Dropped my Quatroporte off for tuneup and wheel detailing. Also asked about replacing GPS screen. After 2 or 3 days no communication. Called 2-3 times each day for 7 days. Finally got a text that car is ready. On pickup told the wheels were never done even though I scheduled on a day they could be. The best one was on pickup on Wednesday I was told someone crashed into the front of my car. No one called to tell me and it happened on Saturday. No offer to fix it. Just handed me insurance info for guy who hit me. So now I'm dealing with insurance company and body shop with no help from dealer. AAARG. Don't do business with these people. read more

Whenever i need service done to my car I ALWAYS bring it here! The Van Nuys Maserati service department is AMAZING!! I've been to others in the area (Woodland Hills, Beverly Hills) but none give me the VIP treatment like they do here. Whenever i need a routine service done on my car, they always make sure to have a loaner car (Maserati) ready for me so that i can get around while my car is in service. The staff is very friendly and treat you with AMAZING customer service! Also Henry G. (service manager) is always helpful and really takes the time to explain any detail about your car and thats what its all about! Henry makes sure his team gets my car done as fast as possible so that i can get back on the road! Also When i pick up my car they make sure its washed as soon as i get there! Worst service ever!! My car has been in service since May 16. I keep getting the run around that they are waiting on corporate to resolve the issues with my car. They never return calls. The biggest excuse I've heard all month is "our system is down." To top it off, I get a service loaner in which the registration has been suspended and I end up getting pulled over twice for expired registration. Horrible customer service and service director acts the same way as his advisors (Edward Washington) is extremely confrontational. I would recommend that you take a drive and avoid coming to this place. Their service department seems like your asking them for favorites or discounts. Obviously service director and advisor don't know anything about the brand, their excuse is that the noises inside of a 2017 Maserati Ghibli when your on Bluetooth are normal. Explain to me why none of the other loaners make the same noise. If it's a normal thing shouldn't the other cats make the same noise. Again don't waste your time!! read more

Sergio was a very professional, and kind salesman who absolutely did his best to give us an amazing deal on the car. Went in this place for a test drive and came out with a Fiat. The customer service was great! I was helped by one of the managers there named Aram Moss. He was very helpful, attentive and really put in the work to make sure the payment and price stayed in my range. This was my first time buying a car off the lot . Secondly, he made sure I understood everything and even gave me great tips and pointers on credit and the car itswlf. The carfax is included so you can know the details about the history of the car. Maserati Van Nuys was great. Johnathan was super helpful answering all my question while buying a new car. He patiently when through the options and explain the car difference let me have a nice test drive and then we pick the car I wanted. Jason the Finance manager was very helpful And good to work with through out the proposals and provided very accurate information. And the last person I interacted was Aram, he provided a lot of good care packages for the new car taking the time to explain every option. When you buy a maserati for 150k you expect better service than this!! Our spare tire shredded while trying to get to the dealer, waited 45 mins to get a towing truck.. After getting to the dealer, they tell me they dont have the tire in stock and they have to order it.. Fine.. Then he goes but i dont have a loaner car for you and we cant cover enterprise because wheels arent covered under warranty! First of all, this is a maserati not a cheap 20k car! Second of all.. You have my car and im paying you to fix it, the least you can do to your customers is give them a car to go home!! Manager Henry is so unfriendly too! No smile, no greeting just a grumpy face! What a great service team. I came in last week and I was really impressed with the service my car got. They were polite and organized and took care of my car. Solid regimentation. I know I have a few more repairs in the future but there was no pressure from the service team to get them done. I know I can come in at my own pace. In all the years of buying and leasing cars, I have never had any where near the fantastic experience I had with Maserati Auto Gallery of Van Nuys, especially due to Aram Moss who handled the acquisition of my new Alfa Romeo from first visit to delivery (directly to my house!). Aram was extremely knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. He followed-up immediately with my questions, processed the paperwork effortlessly and in no way pressured me throughout the process. And as I stated, he even delivered the car directly to my house! I went for routine service, warranty work and a recall, and they told me I needed an alignment as well. It was probably double what I would of paid at an alignment shop ($189), but it was there and they gave me a loaner so the convience was worth it. The emailed me and told me my car was almost done, but I needed front and rear brakes and it was urgent, the only had 2 mm & 3 mm respectively. Pads and rotors would cost me $3200+ tax. I emailed back and asked why it would I need rotors when it was the cars first brake job and it only had just over 17,000 miles on it. They said they don't turn rotors. I told then, don't do the brakes, then they offered me a 15% discount. I asked around and other mechanics, even licenced Maserati ones said I might not need rotors and quoted me much lower rates. I took the car to my old mechanic, and he told me I didn't need rotors and in fact the front pads didn't need to be changed at all. The weren't close to fully worn. I was in a hurry so I bought rear pads from another Maserati dealer and with installation and parts was around $450 instead of $3200+ I felt like Van Nuys Maserati was trying to cheat me and over charge me and get me to do work I didn't need. I will never go back. read more

You need to chase them down to get a hold of them. And most importantly they don't guarantee their work. Every time I drop off my car and pick up over a week or two later they claim they couldn't duplicate the problem. Hmm that's interesting they can't duplicate the problem yet they keep your car in for two weeks. Go figure. Shady service advisors who document the wrong info on the work orders. Worst car dealership in the entire California. Biggest thieves. We asked for a quote for the car and they told us 550 3 down and we live 2 hours away. We made sure on the phone the deal was 100%. We get there and we are ready to get the car. We collect lots of cars and never been through this. They tell us no no no the guy on the phone isn't a head sales man. Some bs like that. Then the guy starts to tell my mother in law that she is crazy and that you can't come in here and demand a price. Some Mexican douche bag who thought he was the owner of the dealership. He then proceeded to make fun of us saying you really think we'll give you this deal. We get up angry and leave. We see the manager out front, some lady, we go tell her the story she brings out the guy and they both team up on us and insult us saying your wrong, and we don't want you as customers. We then said go listen to the conversation(they record there convos, they said) They said well listen and call you back tomorrow. We go back home 2 hours away. No call the next day. We call 2 days later, someone picks up, we say our name and they hang up. Called a few more times and they never picked up. This is ridiculous read more

By far the absolute worst in every way possible! My husband recently purchased a vehicle for me as a birthday present, and wow!! It has been such a bad experience so far! Our sales associate Braxton must have been new to the business. He was not confident and lacked knowledge on his sales subject matter. Moving to the finance manager, Judy, very pleasant but, how on earth do you type up an entire sales contract on the wrong freaking vehicle/vin number!? Her negligence led us to insure the wrong vehicle which could have cost my family and I thousands of dollars if god forbid we had an accident. Two sets of keys are included with our purchase, but of course, they lost our second key so we had to wait about two weeks until we were able to get it. And that's after reminding them a few times to order. Of course after having the vehicle for a few days, we notice that our vehicle isn't performing as a new vehicle should, it jerks and isn't safe to drive. Long story short, my vehicle has been in the service department more that I've actually had a chance to "enjoy it". The service department has also been lousy at communicating with us regarding the status of our vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership what so ever, take your money, energy and time elsewhere! read more

My Ghibli had a bunch of recalls on it and had a weird sound coming from the tires so I took it in to Van Nuys Maserati so they can take care of it. It took about 2 weeks for all the issues to be taken care of but they gave me a replacement Ghibli so I didn't miss my car so much. Brenda and Harry kept me posted on a regular basis about what was being done to my car. I also needed some parts for the car and Barsegh from the parts department was a great help.
