I am really shocked at all of the high reviews. This place sold us a car that has had numerous problems. We have had the car for about 3 years and it's been in the shop for over 2 months (total days). They do give you a rental, which is nice, however it's a stripped down model of what you're actually purchased. To make matters worse, they lie to you when you purchase your service plan packages right before you sign. They make you think (by stating that you have a service protection plan for the entire time you own the car) only to find out it expires several months before your car is due and you owe them another $900 for your service. Honesty and transparency is important in a business and something I expect in this day and age of selling cars. If you want a place that stands by their word and their products, then unfortunately, this is not the place for you. read more

My lease ends next month and I have been calling, leaving messages and emailing for the last 25 days about my options and returning my lease but not 1 person has returned my call. I called back again to speak To an operator or receptionist but apparently they don't even have that. Finally a sales guy got on the phone And told me that I need to do my lease return through the bank??!? After explaining that he was wrong and this isn't my first lease he hung up on me. When I turned the car in, I was owed a refund from Audi for an unused extended warranty; but Audi kept stonewalling me. RIPP OFF!!! The problem is they're the only Maserati service dealership for about a 40 mile radius so you have no other choice but to go there Took it in for an oil change explain to them that my AC vents for not turning on properly and with change or stop in the middle of driving they had the balls to say that I was one day past my warrantee and it was going to be $195 just to inspect it so I agreed to it just in case they came back and said could not duplicate it and still charge me $195 I get a call during service telling me that I need front brake pads and rotors rear brake pads and rotors to be changed when I questioned the car has 13,000 miles they said that's normal thank God I didn't have the time that day to do it so I said I'll schedule an appointment I found a certified Maza Roddy mechanic said they would do it for $1800 for the same work after ordering the parts I took the car to them he tells me there's over 50% life left on my brake pads on all four and not to worry about changing yet until the sensor light came on Again I'm glad I didn't have the time that day to approve them doing the work and just wasting weight $3100 unfortunately we don't have many options and I will Never buy another Maserati again read more

I called multiple dealerships and no one could come close to the deal I got here. The numbers at the time of signing were the identical to the numbers we agreed on over the phone. I'm stopping in to tell you that Brenda at the Maserati Auto Gallery in Van Nuys ROCKS! I came out to a flat tire one recent morning and called the number for the tow service I found in the glove compartment of my car. Someone was out within the hour and as my vehicle wasn't factory-equipped with a spare, the car went on the flat bed to the dealership. Two hours later, I get a call telling me that the vehicle would be ready that afternoon and wasn't going to cost a dime. The whole thing was covered under a roadside assistance and tire protection plan that I had forgot that I even purchased when I leased the car. Without the Maserati Auto Gallery in Van Nuys going that extra bit to check on any kind of service or replacement coverage, I would have just blindly paid the $157.00 tire replacement cost and gone on with the rest of my day. I know $157.00 isn't a big deal to some people, but I say it says a lot about a dealership that they bring in people like Brenda who go the extra step of checking on things like tire coverage. Add Covid stress to everything bad you can think of about the car buying experience, and you have Russell Westbrook Maserati. Their showroom is basically a super spreader event. No temperature checks, no limit to how many people are inside, they rope you into unnecessarily long negotiations inside small unventilated office spaces.The windows are papered over so you can't see from the outside what a zoo it is in there.. so just don't go in. I left kicking myself for letting them keep me inside that mess for so long, do they use it to their psychological advantage? Maybe so. I discovered later that a dealer add-on that I DIDNT WANT but eventually paid for just to get the hell away from the place isn't even listed on my bill of sale, so I have proof of paying the amount but no work order to show what it's for. I've called twice to get it with no result, the intention seems to be to charge me for nothing and just keep the cash. Be aware that their advertised prices are simply a lure to get you in, they are not real. They (claim to) add thousands of dollars of BS dealer add-ons that are not advertised and say they can't be removed, so the advertised price on their site is one thing and the sale price (surprise) is another thing. Nightmare places like this are literally why Carvana does so well. read more

They have the best selection of cars, but the most important part is the people who work there. Michael Passage gave me the best car buying experience than any other dealerships. I visited couple of other dealerships, but he is the one who will try the best to satisfy your need. He is really good with commnucation, and quick responding to your email and phone calls.
