I had to put my Maserati in the shop because some rodents chewed through the gear shift cable, which caused the shifter to malfunction. I love my car - it's fun to drive and gets a lot of attention, a little expensive but whatever. While my car was getting repaired, I got a rental. My insurance only allowed $30 per day. No biggie, but the only car I could rent was a basic Nissan Sentra, and I mean basic. That didn't bother me - I just needed to get to and from work. The funniest thing is that no one paid attention to me in the Senta --seriously low key flex. In the Mozzi a woman or two will give a little glance, guys will give the thumbs up even cops have given me a shout out. Not in the Sentra. At Whole Foods - a cute Asian woman walked towards me as I was getting out of the Sentra. When we crossed paths thinking I got swag 24/7 - I said, how are you today? She threw me a look like, don't even think about it. It's all good; I had to laugh to myself. I'm back in the Mozzi. My service rep Daniel did a great job getting my car repaired as soon as possible. The sales team is great but it is one person that ruins the whole tribe! Hope you never have to deal with the service department! Zero quality of service! you take the car there with one issue and you get it back with a few more! Make sure to inspect and take a picture of your cars before dropping for service both inside and out! The do not care about these cars whatsoever, put extra damages to your car and deny it at the end! The put tears on my dashboard and scratches on the info cluster LCD of the car and totally denied it! They supposedly fixed my leaky differential but after a week I have oil spills on my garage from the same spot of differential! Took it back and they took a look and said they can't see a leak! Well the techs that can't fix an issue the first time and add more damages to the car obviously may not see a leak in clear day! They told me to take my car to another dealership as they do not want to fix it and sent me away with a leaky differential. Would NOT sell the car we were interested in for the FULL PRICE listed on their website. Said they have to sell with extra incentives because they don't make any money on their cars. The sales person said there was a disclaimer on the price on the website that explains this. The first line of their disclaimer is quoted as "Used vehicle pricing includes all offers and incentives". So frustrating. Google strictly enforces product detail price listing in all ecommerce retailers. I can't believe they let car dealers get away with this. So let me just tell you how disappointing this place is. I went to go pick up my oil and the people in that department super nice. Then I called to see if they could RESET the service light. The girl was really nice, but then she said there is a charge for that. Witch bte that's not a problem if it's a reasonable price. But NOOOO TO RESET THE LIGHT THEY WANT $230 dollars literally to connect the computer for 2 minutes to the car and press reset. Why is it disappointing!?? Well let's see if they charge per job it be way too over priced. And if they charged for their time it will also be too over priced.. so yeah I wouldn't do service here at all. Customer service is terrible. When I purchased my vehicle they filed my warranty incorrectly leaving me with incomplete coverage. When I noticed this and contacted them about it they assured me it had been corrected. After speaking with the warranty company they informed me it hadn't been. I've now left close to 20 messages with the answering service and it's very clear I'm being ignored/avoided. This is unacceptable after spending such a large amount of money. read more

Don't bring your car here. I called them to tell them my car was having issues, and Customer Service Rep on the phone asked if I needed a tow. I did, so they hooked me up with their "Maserati Roadside Assistance". Four hours later, they picked up the car, charging me $379 to tow the car 5.2 miles. And then the Service Manager tells me they can't look at the car for 10 days. I need that car for work. I don't have 10 days. They could/should have told me that before having me shell out almost $400 for a short tow. Ended up paying $125 to have the car towed (by a different tow company) to a nearby Maserati independent mechanic, who had the car running in 45 minutes. I need a new fuel pump, which will be $2K, but I'll have the car back in my hands, ready to drive home, in two days. I had to wait three weeks because I needed a loaner car when I arrived and they check my car and they told me my appointment is without the loaner car after argument I'm back-and-forth. They finally found the car for me I drop off at $150,000 Maserati and they gave me a cheap small Alfaro. My car was at the shop for 29 days And I had to call back all the time and try to get update on what's going on with my car. They promised me that they will give me a bigger car a better car but I keep calling and they keep telling me they don't have a better loaner car Service. Service advisor was good and helpful now that he's a service manager I think it got to his head and he should not be the manager he promised something that he didn't deliver and finally after 29 days they didn't fix my car. I have to take the car to a different dealership. This place is horrible. It's dirty. I have things on my Due Bill/Owed to me that they have not delivered to me over a month and a half after I purchased my car from them. I never write reviews but I felt I needed to let management know how poorly they run their sales department. I walked into their showroom today wanting information regarding a Maserati SUV. A salesperson who helped me was very nice and explained that this was his second or third day on the job. I asked him if a manager could come over and give me an idea of what it would cost to lease this SUV. He walked over to two gentlemen and after about a minute told me they were too busy, meanwhile they were standing there drinking their soda and could care less about my inquiry. I said thank you to the salesperson and walked out. They have no idea who I was and had no interest in making any sort of contact for a possible future sale. Still, though no bargain, it was good enough, and I was prepared to pay cash. But the dealer evidently didn't even know the basic requirements of EV rebate law, and brusquely steered me into a lease rife with junk fees - convenient for him, however his breezy mistakes ended up costing me time, aggravation and a lot of money to rectify. For a month I called numerous times for a simple answer about the terms of the lease, but the only department who would ever answer was Sales.
