Decided to go with my comfort dish, which is Grilled Pork Rice Plate. Grilled Pork Rice Plate: I opted for brown rice for a healthier approach. The pork was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. It was also not dry and had a good amount of flavor to it. It sat on a bed of lettuce, which gave it a nice presentation. Overall, a simple dish which I thoroughly enjoyed and had leftovers after.
