This place is not wheelchair accessible at all. I went here the other day hoping to go in my motorized wheelchair because on apple Maps, it says wheelchair accessible. It was so tiny and not wheelchair accessible that I had to ditch my wheelchair and shakily walk to my seat, nearly missing other patrons because the tables are so close together. If you are in a wheelchair, do not go here. read more

I know Miami Lakes is not the first place you would consider to grab a latte with ambient feel of a cute Parissienne cafe but Vanilla Espresso does a very good job of having that and offering its patrons great options for lunch and French baked goods. I appreciate a establishment not only for the food but also its great service, Taylor, who helped me make some great choices on my first visit here was so kind and courteous and made me feel right at home. Cute French inspired bakery. I love the ambiance of the place. It's a good place when you want for brunch to catch up with your friends with a choice of outdoor or indoor seating. Food was great, we couldn't decide on what croissant to get so we got the mini croissants where in you can get 12 different types of croissants in small sizes. Service was just okay, we actually asked water several times, there was even a time where in went to the counter to ask them. But only came in with 1 glass (there were 4 of us, and gave to the only person who didn't order coffee). I thought the place was adorable and quaint. Sandwiched between a tapas restaurant and an Italian restaurant, it's almost like a little strip of Europe in Miami lakes. The decorations are cute, and the ambiance is really nice. We wanted to try a bit of everything, and they were pretty accommodating with our requests. The portion sizes are generous, and so were the croissant fillings. The coffee was good, too. We ordered the mini croissants where you can get a dozen and try different flavors. You can tell their smile faltered a bit when we ordered this. (I guess it's difficult to make?). We also ordered the charcuterie board, eggs benedict,a sandwich, and a few more desserts to take home and try. We were a party of four and asked for water several times. What a hidden gem! Im always down for an afternoon coffee run or after meal coffee wake me up! We were eating next door and spotted this tiny coffee shop. We got curious so we decided to go inside and grab a cup of coffee. It was a cute,cozy place. I believe they serve breakfast, brunch and lunch. They even have alcohol for brunch. I love love pastries and just looking at the selection of the baked items I was inpressed. We had a tiramisu tart which was heavenly. The crust was crisp and the flavors were divine. As for drinks I got a pistachio latte which was also very good. I just didnt anticipate a tiny cup since Im used to drinking a lot of coffee haha. We also got a cortadito which was equally tasty. The staff was very nice they greeted us as we got in and also said bye as we walked out. I cant wait to try more of their menu. We will probably be back for brunch! read more

One of my go to brunch and lunch places. Even sometimes for a late night talk with friends. I enjoy this location so much and it never fails. Catch me always ordering tomato soup but I've also tried some of their other delicious meals and pastries. Everything tastes so amazing and seems to be made with so much love and dedication. The ambiance is adorable and the couches and seats are so comfy, perfect way to enjoy your delicious coffee. They have so many options of food to choose from, which I love the most is that they have a lunch size portion for the croissants and a mini size portion of each croissant if you just want to try a small sample. I finally tried this place. I was reluctant as I see their prices are a little high for a cafe in a shopping strip. I have to say the food is good. Service fast, nice music. I didn't like their system of seating first then go to order and pay at the cashier. I found it annoying, for the price I think the waiter can get your order at the table. Inside color too dark, exterior aesthetic on point. When I was standing in line to place my order a gentleman asked me if all was good, a nice gesture considering the restaurant was full at 10 am, they obviously have a good clientele. Other restaurants with that amount of public could care less what you think. I will continue visiting for they are our only pretty little cafe in the neighborhood. read more

So fresh, So delicious and it came with a cup of fresh fruit. French toast was light and airy. It came with chocolate sauce to drizzle All over the French toast And beautiful formation of strawberries and bananas and sprinkled with blueberries and dusted with powdered sugar. Tried this place early afternoon on a Wednesday and was surprised at how full it was, a sign of good food! You order at the counter and they bring you your order. Some of the prices felt a little high, but others were reasonably priced. I tried the breakfast combo w the goat cheese quiche. Presentation was great and all the parts were tasty. I had no idea this cute French style coffee and brunch place was in the heart of Miami lakes. It was around 1PM and it was pretty full, everyone enjoying some pretty delicious looking brunch. My husband and I got a regular iced coffee and a pistachio iced latte. The iced coffee was okay, but the pistachio iced latte was really good. We loved how it wasn't overly sweet and very refreshing.
