Unbelievable! I could not be happier! I was told by three mechanics in the last year of my Engine burned a quart of oil a week, the only way it would stop or pass emissions would need to have the entire engine rebuilt. They did the front brakes on my car. It started making noise. Then the frigging virus hit. I was able to take it back to have it looked at. They told me my front suspension needed replaced. Because the wheel bearing was going bad. They charged me a "inspection fee of $130. I took it to the dealer. The dealer found I only needed the one wheel bearing and hub replaced. Which was covered by my warranty. To correct the damage they did to my car. what Vannys Auto did to my car. Their negligent endangered my safety. They refused to reimburse me their diagnostic fee and my deductible for my warranty. Avoid VANNYS AUTO at all cost. Or since the are now part of Car Pros! Got me right in, we're very thorough going through all the possibilities to locate my issues. Jeff was super friendly and helpful and didn't do anything that didn't need to be done or over charge. No extra fees, no bs, just nice guy getting cars fixed for a super affordable price. My car has had a power draw on it for almost a year wrecking havoc on my BMW before Jeff did a total diagnostic and found a split electrical line, and now it is running like new again (at 200,000 miles) Couldn't be more grateful to find a mechanic I can TRUST and especially someone not afraid to work on my Beamer, and thank the lord, he really gave me a great deal on the price. Do NOT go here! He sold me a refurbished transmission as "new". He took 27 days to get it installed. The very next day it would not go into drive. I took it back to him 2 more times (3 times) total only for him to tell me there was nothing wrong with the transmission. He also had "Trevor" at A/C Transmission look at it and say the same thing. But that was a lie. I had to have it towed to a Jeep Dealership, they found oversized and mismatched bolts holding my transmission in. ALL the transmission fluid drained out. I had to pay Jeep over $750 to put the right bolts in, rethread the holes and add more fluid. I took him to small claims court and won my judgement on 12/4/2019. He had 2 weeks to pay me. I have yet to get my money. DON'T TRUST ANYTHING HE SAYS!!! read more

Jeff is my new forever mechanic and I am so grateful to find him. He made my extremely depressing and expensive situation to positive one with excellent service and great price. My husband and I had bought 2008 Ford Explorer from a used dealer not knowing it had a huge problem lurking. When husband noticed the sweet smelling white smoke, he knew it was going to be an expensive repair. The truck was originally towed to a large auto shop in Greenwood Village to get diagnosed and fixed. We were told that it was bad head gasket and it would cost $2800 ( included was other unforeseen cost). We were never told that in the beginning we would be charged $800 diagnostic and labor fee (I didn't expect free diagnostics but $800 is a lot of money and I should've been told this before they tore apart my engine) if we had decided not to get it fixed there which we later found out. We did go ahead and get it repaired. 3-4 days later my husband was told that it would now be an engine replacement job because the head gasket was warped so badly and it would cost $5500 which included 56000 miles used engine for $3595 and $1800 for labor. Huge difference from $2800 to $5500, right. These guys are the mechanics and the professionals. They should have told us the worse case scenario being the engine replacement in the beginning. After this mechanic shop had failed to tell us about diagnostic fee and possibility of engine replacement job, we lost trust in them. This is when I decided to get a second opinion and shop around for better price. An estimate from another highly Yelp recommended shop was $5800 ($3800 for new engine, $2000 labor and 90 day warranty) and $4500 ($2500 used 50000 mile engine, $2000 labor and 30 day warranty). Then I found Vanny Auto through Yelp. Jeff, the owner responded quickly to my Yelp request for the estimate for my Explorer. I really like Jeff because he was empathetic to my situation and I could tell he was really a nice and honest guy. Long story short, we had our truck towed to Vanny Auto and Jeff and his team got our truck running like new in no time. Vanny Auto used 55000 mile used engine and gave us one year warranty. From now on, my husband and I will only use Vanny Auto for any future car repair needs. read more

I do not write many bad reviews but I made it a priority on this one so that nobody else has to experience the horrible service I experienced by Vanny Auto. Customer service and professionalism is absolutely horrible! First time they had my car 7 days for an overheating issue. You are never called with updates as to status and always have to call in to get status. They said they fixed the electric pump, etc. 2 days and $877 later I'm driving and the car overheats once again. Get it towed on Tuesday for them to fix what they missed the first time. I hear absolutely nothing from them the entire week until I decide to call and check up on Saturday afternoon. Basically they said they hadn't even looked at it. The following week no update once again. I keep calling and stopping in to see what's going on and they are clueless and Jeff always says he'll call u back but never does. Long story short, 14 days of being in their shop and they still have no idea what the actual issue is. "It could be this, it could be that" is all I hear after 2 weeks! I finally had to tell Jeff I was picking up the car bc I could not go another week without my car when he clearly had no idea what was wrong with it after 2 weeks. His exact words to me when I picked up my car "Take it, I'm done with this Fucking thing". Little did he know is that I was the one who was done with his fucking trash shop! I was patient the entire time but could no longer deal with garbage service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! After using Jeff and Sean to rebuild my dodge ram 2500 transmission i have had nothing but issues from the work they have done. My truck was brought back to them 5 times after their attempt to rebuild my transmission and properly reinstall it. Each time after picking my truck up something would happen within 2-3 days to make the truck un-drivable. This happened 5 times over a year period each time i was lied to and told something different was found and fixed. After bringing my truck back to them the last time they did not attempt to fix the issue rather they guessed and blamed other things instead of taking the time to thoroughly look through the work they had performed. These guys have no real knowledge of the vehicles they work on and will miss diagnose and lie to the customer. Im fortunate the dealership they took my truck to only charged me $315.16 to fix the issues they caused and were to lazy to find and repair. The issue was a 1.97 in parts (retaining clip they lost or broke) and a blown fuse they said they checked. Upon picking my truck up from the dealership they sent my truck to i found my passenger side mirror had also been damaged/broken to top things off. I drove all the way from NJ and those darn jersey mechanics pulled a fast one on me. My van was all kinds of messed up. Jeff and his team were amazing. I had a transmission issue and I am a female. Time after time a dealership or a shop is quick to take advantage of a female. Jeff was quick to respond when I called. Jeff is the owner. I checked his reviews not just on Yelp (where people are notorious for bad reviews) but a few places and the reviews were great. Jeff and I went for a test drive and since I come from an automotive background I had a good idea what the possibilities were and Jeff was honest as well and gave me a very fair range with with pricing. When all said and done the repair was fairly priced, done in a timely manner, he helped arrange for me to get the vehicle back knowing my crazy work schedule. His team at the shop all held the same great attitude, respect and work ethic. He was so great I asked for a quote to get my windshield repaired and he was able to get that done at the same time and with quality and work and again at a very fair price. I was not satisfied with the service I received here I took my car to repair the water pump timing chain and thermostat when I got my car back 2 weeks later the aluminum timing chain cover was leaking cracked and leaking oil the valve cover was cracked there was a misfire on number 4 cylinder there was hose clamps on the CV boot which also leaking on the passenger side so I took it back to fix the problems in the repair. They did not want to provide a rental car to fix the repairs they caused since they had already received payment $1,700.00 so when I took it to give them the opportunity to fix the problems and called several times never got a call back . I picked up the car a second time two weeks later. Still having problems they did not fix the problems l have a misfire now in cylinder number5 and a leaking oil still and now a noise behind the timing chain cover very unsatisfied with the work here they should not be in business robbing people like this. read more

I was lead to believe that Steve and Jeff would fix my car in a timely and cost effective manner (as stated in their CL ad), but found out after all was said and done, that was not the case. I brought my car in and found that I needed to replace the engine. I looked up the time that this job is suppose to take, which was about 3-4 days, but it took them a whole month. I was pushed back several times as to when things would be done, but there was always something else that needed to be done besides fixing my car. As for the cost, it went from a $30 part and simple fix to a $3,000 job. Oh ya, don't go for the in house financing unless you want to pay out the nose in fees and extra charges. read more
