I love the entire vibe of this store. It's rock n roll, adventure, and nature focused. They have plenty of gear for your needed camping accessories, clothing and ride ware. If outdoors shenanigans isn't your speed, don't worry, they have plenty of ready to wear cute clothing and such for those who want to look badass but aren't necessarily riding off into the sunset on their bike. They have a perfect balance for both kinds of customers. I love that their inventory and styles change regularly but that they also know what sells and keep purchasing items that are similar but updated for the season. For example I can always count on them getting cool new logo / graphic shirts, candles, and jackets but new styles to keep it fresh. The staff have all always been nice here and helpful. It's always felt like a very welcoming vibe here and I've never had an issues. Honestly their customer service is what keeps me coming back. The store is always well stocked and clean, a great place to shop. I've found so many goodies here over the years. I have many of their graphic shirts, candles, room sprays, home goods and even purchased one of my favorite small little blades from them. Hopefully this compels them to remove me from their mailing list. The owner Stych drops by at a security training school at Moorpark to offer his suits that are targeted for the security industry. Very unorganized & not a man of his word. I purchased the G2 suit for roughly 400 (give or take) that was to be tailored , which the current reiteration is the G3. Fast forward. It took months and after a couple follow up calls before I got my suit. To my surprise, I was sent a Nordstrom Rack suit that wasn't even tailored. A suit that I searched up online and was only worth like 200 to 300 online. I got my refund after I communicated I'd be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Additionally, they didn't even bother to reimburse me for shipping the suit back to them when the store was at fault. I must note some of the stuff Stych tries to peddle like the shoes, belts, and ties towards those in the security industry seem to be on par with the quality you could find at Santee's Alley.

To give some context you will see Great Pacific Iron Works written across the top of the store, which was Patagonia's first store, opened in 1973 in the former Hobson meat-packing plant, near Chouinard's blacksmith shop, which is another product line and name you'll see often in their clothing. This part of Ventura is extremely sleepy so it's very easy to find a free street spot and there is also some EV charging available as well. The staff here is very friendly and always very attentive so it's one of the best parts about visiting. There are many different rooms inside divided by product type and there is even a tiny little museum area with all sorts of pictures and facts about the former building and Ventura. One of my favorite things about coming here is they tend to have some Ventura specific, or limited run products that you won't see in some of their larger bigger city stores. So you can really find some stuff that would otherwise be hard to find online or out of state. I try to stop here every time I pass through Ventura and would recommend to anyone else to do the same. They have products for men, women, and children, so there really is something for everyone.

We started at Brooks Brothers and within minutes had exactly what we needed. I have come to dread the rote "Welcome In" phrase that most retail staff utter as I enter a store. What does that even mean? It always seems as though they're obligated to say it, and are quite bored by it. By contrast, from the first moment we stepped into the Brooks Brothers Outlet, we were approached by an authentically welcoming, competent, and helpful staff member. Angelina gently and cheerfully inquired about our needs, measured my partner's shoulders and sleeve length to get the correct fit, and ushered us to exactly the right shelf to find what we needed. No wandering around the store lost, no trying on three sizes to figure out if one will work, no wasted time.
