We ordered for the first time in about a year last night, except we've sworn off the apps so we called it in and picked it up...which saved them the 30% commission fee the apps charge them (their prices are the same in-restaurant as they are on the apps). Come to find out they charged us a $1 takeout fee. How does that make sense? We are saving them money! They wouldn't remove it when asked. We can definitely make a better steak sandwich at home with a little better planning than last night and the soup is nothing like I remember. We won't be back...which is not a problem, honestly.
