After an apppointment, I went to Vasker's for my breakfast. I didn't know I would leave so full having enjoyed a very good breakfast. Rules of the road: Seat yourself when you come in. The pleasant server, in my case, Caroline, will come to your table. Give her your order and she and the kitchen will do the rest. I put this in because I completely walked past the ordering area for takeout and paying on the way in and I went right to the back of the restaurant and stood like a jerk at the counter in front of the oven. Then I seated myself as nicely directed. I ordered a cappuccino and the khachapuri for my breakfast. I was quickly brought the cappuccino and as I was waiting for the breakfast, each guest is brought a Jerusalem bagel and butter. The bagel is loaded with sesame seeds and you will make a mess but it is so enjoyable. I had heard of khachapuri but I never tried it before. It is a lot for one person to eat. House made bread with two sunny side eggs in a boat shaped piece of bread. I used a knife and fork to eat the bread but I learned when I got home and did a little research, it's customary in Georgia to break off pieces of bread with your hand and dip it in the yolk. It was a very filling and tasty breakfast. I got a week worth of carbs in one breakfast. Great service, quiet atmosphere, and free wifi included. A good stop for a Middle Eastern breakfast or lunch. Found this spot by spontaneously by chance... had no idea what kind of food or what to expect... left with a belly full and a smile wide. Mahal, or Michelle the owner, is absolutely phenomenal. A woman of beautiful energy and liveliness. Made our experience amazing and had great conversations. Our waiter was also wonderful, super kind and attentive. The atmosphere is unique and very homey. I loved it so much. It was a reflection of the owner's home (as she told us her story). I've never had Israeli food and I will definitely be back. I've been hearing so many good things about Vaskers, so I decided to finally give it a try! Right upon walking in, we were told we could sit wherever we wanted. There's also some cute little outdoor seating available. We ordered a few things for the table to share. A cheese pizza, pink pasta, and the cigar plate. The pizza was really good. My husband is a verrrrry picky pizza person and he really liked it. The pasta was also really good. I loved the papardelle noodles. The cigar plater was also really good. It came with potato, vegetable, and mushroom. The potato one was by far the best. It also came with some tasty garlic dipping sauce. For dessert we got a chocolate croissant and a vanilla finger. My friend and I got a hummus, platter and a calzone. the calzone was delicious it wasn't overly filled and was large enough to fill me and my friend up. The hummus platter came a little later and was freshly made for our table, the presentation of the platter was on point, but the taste was amazing. The owner of the bakery are often there and love to come out and socialize with their customers. One of the owners came over and explained to us how Turkish coffee works, and actually told us that it was Israeli in origin. we followed his instructions and let the coffee settle to which we were pleasantly surprised at the strength of the coffee and the great taste. I found this Jewish bakery and it was a must! There is alot of French bakeries but i wanted something different! Im so glad i came today to try it. The food was delicious and made to order ;-) We ordered the cheese panini with the salad and dip! It was so good and a great lil snack for 2! They also have a bakery selection thats super....I recommend the halal bread but its only available on Fridays! The cashier named Mili was super friendly and sweet which was pleasant! This will be my new place for breakfast/lunch stops when im in the area since i come from henderson. Ambience is relaxing and homey. The music is nice and relaxing as well. Great location in spring valley area. I came here opening day and then again a few weeks later. Will be back because everything I tired or my husband tried was delicious. Okay - I found it. Best bagel in Las Vegas is here! It's called a Jerusalem bagel, it's flat, wide and covered in sesame seeds. They make fresh batches every 20 minutes and goodness it's delicious! Slightly surprised I never left a review after my last fiasco of a visit. The food here is good. I have nothing against the food. It's the actual service that's the problem. There is absolutely no F's given to getting your food in any sort of timely manner. My food literally took an hour and 30 minutes and was ordered together. This was a to go order and the lady was like oh they burnt it so they're making it again. I was like go ahead and then 15 minutes passes and still nothing. So then when I asked again like yo, where is my food? It's been an hour and 15 minutes. The lady actually had the nerve to be like well. Do you have to go to work? Where do you work? I was so shocked by the question like what does it flipping matter. Food for three people should not take an hour and 15 minutes to cook. She was nice enough to throw in some random cake that none of us touched. But it visit was still complete BS. No to go order should take a hour and 15 minutes over the time they told you it was gonna take to actually make the food. Again, they're very polite. The food is good, but the service is absolute dog. I would love to recommend this business for multiple reasons, but this isn't the first time it's happened where my order is been like cast behind another person's order or just completely forgotten about it. This is the third time I've tried this restaurant and just can't get over the like absolute disregard. So yeah go anywhere else as always happy hunting. read more

This place has a ton of seating and the staff is phenomenal and very friendly/attentive. This is definitely one of my new favorite spots especially for middle eastern cuisine such as shakshuka, and don't get me started on the bourekas. I recommend the potato bourekas plate as my favorite, but they are all pretty good. It's about time a place like this opened up here as the cuisine starts to trend more. I took my friend, his brother, and father to celebrate his bar mitzvah. The restaurant was busy which is always a good sign. The wait staff was really good and answered any questions we had. We ordered two pizzas. One with green olives, which was amazing. The other pizza was Alfredo pizza. Unlike a lot of other restaurants I've been to, these pizzas were not greasy at all.
