For the last week I heard a lot about this new place. It is on opposite side of town from where I live . So on our "bff day out" I decided to introduce my non vegan friend to a vegan food. All in all we both liked the place and the food. It didn't meet my expectations after all reviews on FB. It sounded like more upscale restaurant but in reality it's just a nice eatery. Service was a little slow, one of our servers couldn't answer any of our questions on his own and was sending the other one to talk to us. We ordered a few things to try, I got tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich combo which was very tasty and presented nicely. My friend ordered a portobello burger , she was impressed by the taste of it, she loved it. Beet and arugula salad - according to her,there wasn't any arugula in it,only lettuce and some of it( lettuce) was slimy and kinda rotten she took out about 6 leafs in this condition out of her salad. Also she ordered side of wild mushrooms - they were ready tasty she was enjoying it till she felt sand in her mouth ( I guess they wasn't washed properly before cooking) At the end we ordered a dessert "deconstructed apple pie.". I m personally wasn't a fan of it. The only tasty part fas the apple filling. The crust was very dry and when I asked what was the white clumps in it, our server said it was whipped cream. Sorry but for me it was just like a solid chunk of pure fat. But because it was all kinda mixed together I couldn't even eat the filling. At the end my part of the bill was over 30$ for soup, coffee and a dessert I didn't eat. I will go back and try again in a while. There are many interesting items on the menu. Obviously gotta try the new vegan restaurant!! While the menu was very limited for soft opening I can't wait to go back to see what they add to the menu w endless potential here. We didn't have any vino because it was Cinco I know I know The margs were good though My fav was the crispy tofu and Waldorf salad. Looking for a vegan restaurant in Phoenix? Don't miss Vegan & Vine. Cool vibe here. Interesting drinks and the food was delicious. We loved the Buffalo Cauliflower but switched the sauce to sweet chili since my daughter does not like hot spicy food. It was the highlight of our meal!! But we also loved the Macaroni and Cheese with edamame added in for flavor and protein. We also shared the burger it was good but we both felt we've had a better burger elsewhere. So happy they this beautiful vegan spot in North Phoenix on the NE corner of 7th St & Thunderbird opened Such a calming elevated atmosphere with a marketplace, cafe, and wine shop all in one. The food is fantastic with mostly everything being made locally and in-house. It's also female-owned and operated . Amazing food!! Even if you're not vegan! We stopped in before their kitchen opened up for a drink and the owner was very friendly. Came back now that they are serving food and we were not disappointed! We got the Buffalo cauliflower, crispy tofu and edamame Mac and cheese. All so good and perfect amount of food for the two of us to share. Only thing I would want differently would be better alcohol selection. It's pretty hard to find a good sit down vegan restaurant, and this is so far one of the top ones I've been to in Phoenix. I had the Buffalo cauliflower and it was absolutely delicious, it was slightly on the spicy side, but it was the perfect amount of spicy. My wife had the portobello burger and it was yummy as well! There was something random and absolutely adorable at the restaurant. Their bathroom has a kids sized toilet! I've never seen one before! I don't write a lot of reviews but felt inclined to share an above and beyond dining experience. I was welcomed immediately with friendly conversation, given a seat at the bar, and provided with recommendations. The waitress took the time to talk to me about various menu items and seemed to truly care about me having soggy leftovers by advising me to bring the Brussels Sprouts home over the Crispy Tofu as it would reheat better (good looking out!). Every employee there seemed to be in good spirits and the music playlist was spot on. This atmosphere elevated my mood and had me constantly smiling (and silently singing along) while reading. This is the kind of place where you can expect to become a quick regular at as the staff makes an effort to acknowledge your existence as a person rather than just treating you like a table number. I used to really love this place but it's completely gone down hill. I'm assuming there's new management based on the huge shift. My partner (vegan) and I (vegetarian) have had quite a few date nights here. It's a bit of a drive for us but was worth it for the beautiful atmosphere and nice vegan fare. In September, we came here for my partner's birthday with his family. We ordered espresso martinis and they took 20 minutes to make. I was a bartender for many years and I was shocked at how the girl was preparing them. She made them one by one and didn't even serve them in a martini glass. It was so odd. We were there at 8 pm and she told us we needed to order immediately because the kitchen was about to close. I said your website says you're open till 9. She just shrugged. A manager (I think) started shutting the restaurant down around us shortly after. She kept shooting us dirty looks. I tried to write this experience off as a bad night. As a former service worker, we've all been there. Also in September, we got engaged and wanted to have our wedding reception here. We emailed and called over & over again with no response. We would talk to multiple workers and be promised a callback, which never happened. We were so sad. We've picked a different wedding reception venue, and honestly don't think we'll ever go here again after we were treated. So disappointing. read more

Been eyeing this place up for months and finally had a chance to drop in for a quick bite and drink with a friend! This little gem did not disappoint from the service, food, dessert , and drinks!!!! We did a little sampling...the espresso martini was ahh-mazing and the egg nog (alcoholic) was delish!!! For food we shared the cauliflower bites 1/2 buffalo 1/2 mango chili and the dipping sauce was excellent! Grilled cheese and tomato soup was fantastic with perfectly done bread! Chili was great and the mac and cheese was a hitter as well! Then to top it off we got all of the valentines desserts! The cookie was my favorite the brownie and red velvet cup cake, so rich and decadent! Chefs kiss to all of it!!! I'm not even vegan but will definitely be making this my neighborhood go to place! Ok, so I'm not vegan by any means so take my review with a grain of salt. First off the place is so charming and inviting. It was filled with lots of families with young children so I'm assuming they have a great kids options. I ordered a Cesar salad as I was trying to stick to my keto diet so not a lot of options here if you are looking for that. As well as 100% of everything made here is vegan and a lot of not all gluten free yay for people with allergies or social dietary restrictions. The food all smelled and looked amazing. I feel like the Cesar salad was lacking especially for almost $15 with no protein and the size it should be closer to $8-$10 like other places. The flavor at first bite is not for me again I'm not use to vegan flavors so it was something I would never order again. I would def come back again just based off how cute the place is and how friendly the people were. But I'll have to be off my diet so I can try a pizza or something more substantial. My sister got the Benitez for dessert and they looked divine! Give it a try weather your vegan or not and try something new :) read more

Been here 3 times, and honestly, 1 out of 3 was incredible. The first time we visited the Owner waited on us. The portions were great, service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. We were really impressed with the whole experience; it was about a week after they opened. The other 2 times...just sad. Each time, the place was empty (maybe 1 or 2 tables), the portions had shrunk, and the service was terrible. We had to flag down our server for refills, to take away our plates, and even ask for the check. Two nights ago, the servers disappeared for about 10 min; didn't see them anywhere, and when they came out, they didn't even check on us. We ordered appetizers to start and asked for her to come back for our orders. She didn't, another server came with our appetizers and asked if she could take our menus...I said "we haven't even ordered yet, can I order with you?" We ordered the portobello burger and mac n' cheese. The portobello burger was so sad...it looked like a school lunch. It was served on what appeared to be white Wonder bread, instead of the roll shown on the pictures, and maybe 1/2 c of fries. No worth the $15 that they charge for it! Our server didn't offer dessert, and honestly even though it was our "date night", we just wanted to leave. *Note: I emailed the owner months ago about our second visit and never got a response. I want to support the vegan community, but I'm not willing to waste my money and time doing it. Hope it turns around here :( read more
