The food is exactly what I look for in food which is a lot of texture and different elements that all add to a dish and this bowl was incredible. I came here around 5pm on a Saturday and everyone inside was very very nice. Right away they asked if we were new and gave us a sample of their amazing falafels (which was great) and they made sure to walk us through their menu and what typically is ordered. Food came out quick and it looked amazing. The only struggle that I can see is finding parking that is close but we got lucky finding a spot right outside. In total, I waited close to an hour for an order that was placed online in advance. What bothered me most was seeing customers who ordered in person receive their food before me. It felt like my online order had been overlooked. If online ordering is offered, those orders should be monitored and fulfilled properly, especially during busy times. The food itself was good, but the plate could have been put together better. The fries were placed directly on top of the fish, which made them soggy and took away from the presentation. It would make much more sense to serve the fries on the side. Overall, the food is still good, but the long wait, confusion with the online order, and lack of attention to presentation make me hesitant to rely on the online ordering system again.
