Doesn't really hold a candle to authentic Mexican cuisine you get down in Mexico, but pretty solid for Portland / northern US. The coffees we ordered weren't great quality -- pretty weak and watery. It's also a worker owned co-op with amazing ethical standards and inclusivity; they pay their employees a living wage without having exorbitant prices and don't even accept tips. We also tried the chili, which we thought it'll be a soup but it's more like a veggie bowl. We also tried the vegan pesto grilled cheese, which was really good, my favorite and it came with a Russian soup (forgot the name) with beets and tasted like chicken soup but it looked very different than what one may be expected to see. Overall, if you would like to try vegan food, I highly recommend them.
