They have a good selection of toppings and everything tasted good but I just didn't have enough fish to last me to my last five or so bites. The restaurant is very clean and the older gentleman who assisted us was very nice. Seating is limited but they do have a high top in case the tables are occupied. Absolutely adore this spot! I highly recommend you check this place out if you like poke. Super customizable! You can customize your bowl to your liking, however you want! There are SO MANY CHOICES I'm often faced with decision paralysis which is a good thing when it comes to poke lol. You can seriously create your dream poke bowl here! Everything is super delicious! All the ingredients are very fresh. When they charge you additional for avocado they don't give you a dinky amount like other spots. They give you AVOCADO. They make that extra charge worth it lol. The owner is extremely kind and gives you experienced poke advice if you are lost amongst the impressive sea of decisions you are faced with. When you taste the food and watch how they prepare everything you can tell a lot of care and love goes into everything. They also have very delicious sushi rolls as well!!!! Which has honestly been a life saver because I love poke but my husband does not always feel like it lol. He however enjoys sushi a lot so when I have a hankering for poke my husband still has options here! Hurray! Take note this is a very small spot with not a lot of seating inside. This is probably the best bang for your buck I have seen in a Poké bowl place.. THE LARGE IS FIVE PROTEINS?!? They also have a regular which is three, big kahuna 48 ounce seven scoop protein bowl and a mega bowl 12 ounces of protein and 48 ounces total! They have a wasabi or aïoli sauce that is absolutely dreamy. Everything I tried here was fantastic quality. The owner was super sweet. You can tell he is really passionate about his business. Sanitation and food safety nightmare. The kitchen prep area is filthy. As the guy was assembling my Poké bowl, he heard someone trapped in the bathroom, unable to work the broken handle. He went over to the bathroom door, grabbed the handle and after a few seconds was able to get the door open. When he came back to preparing my raw fish bowl, as he was about to start grabbing shrimp, I asked him if he could change his gloves. He looked at me like it was the most insane request he'd ever heard and asked "why!?!?" I replied that he had just touched the bathroom door and handle and he took a heavy sigh, rolled his eyes, and with painful frustration changed his gloves. Whoever owns this place is fully asleep at the wheel AND couldn't care less about food safety. The Poké bowl tasted legitimately bad and the restaurant smells weird inside. Stay away. read more

First time dining here. Real chill ambiance. You can go with a pre-made choice for bowls or build your own with 3/5/7 Scoops of proteins (ahi/salmon/imitation crab/tempura shrimp). My girlfriend and I chose to build our own bowls. If you get brown rice (I did), it appears it sits in a container and then is microwaved as needed. The white rice came from a rice cooker. read more

I came to Vegas Poke Co. when they first opened way back when and it was apparent they were having some challenges with signage and such to even let people know that they were even here. When I stopped by this week, it also seemed pretty quiet....might I suggest some music, with a nice Hawaii theme might be a nice touch. I am putting in a little review today, for although I have always gotten my salmon"poke by the pound" over the years from the Whole Foods seafood case, since covid, it is rare that they make it. I then come to Vegas Poke Co. to specifically get this item. I bring it home and then mix it up with tomatoes and avacados and consume over a few days. Now I agree with prior reviews that maybe the quality has changed since they first opened, but I continue to think this poke is still pretty good. I purchase a pound of the shoyu style salmon poke and it costs me about $20. You can't let it linger in your frig for weeks, but I consume it over a few days and I like having this protein in the mix of my athletic fuel options from time to time. Quite honestly, the esthetic of this place is more grab and go versus sit down and linger, but that works for me. Happy to have a decent spot on the westside to specifically get salmon "poke by the pound." read more

Nice little shop and the owner is incredibly kind and generous! Fish tastes fresh and delicious. The sauce selection is good and they're not stingy with any of the ingredients you choose. Overall always a great experience and their deals of the month have been very worth giving my phone number for. Only note I have is that I don't love that the rice comes warm but that may just be a preference. I'm so disappointed with this place. I came here when it very first opened on April 28th. Ordered online and picked it up. It was great. I only like salmon and it was fresh as can be. My husband and I stopped going to Island Fin Poké because the salmon was just not right. It was as if it was previously frozen and thawed under warm water. The salmon was half cooked. Had my husband pickup my Vegas Poke Co today 8/7/23 and to my disappointment when I got my bowl, it was just like Island Fin Poke. The salmon was not fresh. You'll see from my picture April 28 to today that there's a huge difference. Only reason why I'm giving a 3 star because they gave me a refund. I called and they said either come in for new bowl or get refund. But I had to go out in the 111 degree heat after having a newborn and c section to collect a refund. When I got there I looked at the salmon and it looked just as bad through the glass. When I asked about it, telling them maybe you should not try to defrost it under warm water. Needs to be cold. He said he just put out fresh salmon. That was not fresh at all. I'm a culinary school graduate and worked in the kitchen. I know what fresh salmon looks like. Due to the lack of consistency, probably never come here again. Sucks. Hard to find a good poke place in Summerlin! read more

Discovered this place by my work for lunch and I am hooked! So upset I didn't know about this sooner as I have worked here for 6 months now! I ordered a mini bowl with sushi rice, shoyu ahi and spicy salmon. While the portions of the protein definitely left me wanting more- (I ordered more poke), I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The tall gentleman with the glasses was so pleasant, very knowledgeable, and overall so friendly. We don't get a lot of that much these days. They also have some classic sushi rolls to pick from. Inside they have a few tables for dine in & you can also do take out or order ahead. The workers here are always super friendly and great at providing recommendations. I typically do a 3 meat BYO bowl & load it up with veggies. I know it is difficult to hire, train and keep employees but emphasis needs to be put on customeer service to maintain a loyal cliental. Maybe I just had a unusual experience. Super disappointed with this poke shop and would recommend going elsewhere. Salmon is my favorite fish and I couldn't even order it here given what it looked like. I've never seen salmon that color or texture. It looked white and pink. I'm not sure that it was actually real salmon. I got the shoyu ahi. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't good. They gave a decent amount of toppings but something was way off with the rice. It tasted almost chalky like. I asked for the chili garlic aioli and they gave me spicy mayo which they said is the same thing? There were two guys working there. One was pretty nice. The other one, the one that built my bowl, really lacked customer service. He wasn't rude per se but he was really unfriendly. Worst poke bowl I've had. Their "limu" poke is nothing like limu poke. The fish was rancid and I threw everything away.

The quality of poke here is great! The owner really seems to take great pride in what he serves and it shows. This is not a new business but a rebranding of what was Tail & Fin. New signage will be done soon. I knew of Taiul & Fin but had never been there. I got a lfyer in the mail froim Vegas Poké Co. and it's nearby on West Sahara. It was only when I got there that I realized the names referred to the same place. I spoke to thew owner and he said that sdome poeople expressed confusion with the Tail & Fin name--do you sell bait and tackle? After being closed for Covid, the decided on reopening to rebrand as Vegas Poké Co. I told him I'd add the new business on yelp and he thanked me. I ordered two one half pound container of poke to bring home and a spicy crab roll. I got a 1/2 pound of spicy ahi--Ahi tuna, shoyu sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sweet onions, Japanese mayo, furikake, and Sriracha. The other 1/2 pound was spicy salmon--Salmon, shoyu sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sweet onions, Japanese mayo, and sriracha. The to go were put in plastic containers and the spicy crab roll was placed in a Vegas themed box. The sweet onion is sliced onion mixed into the spicy sauce. After putting each fish in bowls, he added the Japanese mayo and onions, put it in containers, and then tapped chopped scallions onto the fish and then tapped furikake on that. I had to wait a bit for the roll because they open at 11AM and the rice was not yet ready and there was another customer in front of me. I brought the items home. I had the roll for lunch and I put the salmon and ahi tuna in the refrigerator and left to go to a play. Dinner was the poke when I got home from the play. The poke was nicely spiced and it had more time to marinate while I was gone. I thought the roll was a bit small in diameter but it was tasty. Service was pleasant. There are some tab les for eating inside and they share a patio with the adjacent Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Wifi can be gotten by picking the Coffee bean wifi. The service here is outstanding- I love walking in because they are so friendly. The bowls are delicious. Fresh sushi rice to start and proteins that delight! My fav is the Tuna shoyu.
