This location has been a bit or a miss for us the last few times we've been here but in this particular visit it's been a hit :). The restaurant is located in the AMC theatre plaza so there's always more then enough parking. We decided to try the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, kale salad which were both amazing. Love the spicy sauce that came w the sandwich (I asked for extra on the side) and there's pieces of mango on the salad that was a plus! We also ordered our usual VG Classic double Patties, kimchi steak bowl and crispy cauliflower: these are my go tos as you can't go wrong with them :) The service was extremely good today. I hope they'll remain this level every time I come as this location is the closest to me :)

Black lettuce, old. Thank god i asked for dressing on the side. I took a few bites and noticed some brown ribs . Flipped it into a bowl and it was worse .i sure hope i dont get sick from this. I am so dissapointed , i was giving them a second chance after a poor meal before. But looks like im never going back. The quality here has gone down so much.

First time having Veggie Grill and it was SO GOOD! I got the Caesar Crunch Salad, which was delicious. The dressing tasted homemade. I've never had a Caesar salad with kale as one of the main greens, and was pleasantly surprised! The texture added a nice crunch to it. Leaves were very fresh too. The capers in the salad elevated the flavor. Will definitely be coming back!!

I've been a a big fan of veggie grill for years. They have absolutely great bowls all the time. This particular place is nice. They have outdoor seating and lots of tables inside. Staff has always been amazing. Parking is easy. The app works for me!

I got the loaded burrito as my birthday freebie. It was easy to order for pickup on the app. The only thing I didn't like is that I asked for mild salsa, and it looked like they gave me hot sauce. And the burrito was too spicy to share with my two year old child. I didn't realize that Baja sauce is spicy. I wish there was some warning on the menu that would tell you what is spicy or not.

Yes, the food is delicious and fresh! But the customer service here is why we keep coming back. Willie is always so sweet, patient and professional! Goes over the menu and always has great suggestions. Location is always clean! We love it here!

Garbage I found wrapped inside my burrito.

TRASH FOUND INSIDE MY BURITTO Was once a faithful customer because of how close it was to home. However on 11/9/24, the Mrs and I ordered a meal to go. At home while eating my Loaded Burrito, I was complaining to my wife about how poorly it was wrapped. Little did I know that Fully Loaded meant fully loaded...with garbage. A condiment cup full of discarded avocado and pepper jack cheese chunks fell out of my burrito mid bite. I was so incensed that I had to let my anger subside before returning to the restaurant. After taking my entire order back and explained what happened the manager offered to remake the meal. Seriously?! You think I want to eat here again? You'd think a refund would be the first suggestion after finding literal garbage wrapped inside of my food. I declined the offer and was given a full refund. I filed a complaint with the health department and will NEVER return. Oh, corporate gave me a $15 credit for the inconvenience. How cute. The one bright spot was an employee whose name I don't remember who always recognized me and my wife. But yeah, never again.

Ambiance: spacious indoor and outdoor dining, ample parking in front of the restaurant and in the parking structure behind Service: very fast with placing the order, and food was served adequately as well Food: standard veggie grill menu, and crispy chickin' items become more popular crispy buffalo chickin' sandwich - **** crispy chickin' topped with creamy ranch, buffalo sauce, lettuce, tomato and pickles on a brioche bun, the texture was better than some real chickens, chewy yet soft and juicy, recommend Price: decent prices for the premium quality, expect about $15 per meal

Yay for veggies! I am surprised this came up on the yelp as a suggestion to review since I have dined in + had several delivery orders. I must say everything here I've had here has been solid. Before the pandemic when my husband and I used to dine in person, the customer service has always been top notch. As busy as they were, we were always greeted with smiles and attentive, VIP-style customer service. I've had numerous orders by delivery since the pandemic hit. Most recently, we've had the buffalo and 7 layer burritos from the not so secret menu. Both amazing! For sides the mac and cheese and sweet potato fries were delish. Gotta have the chipotle sauce with the sweet potato fries. Other times we have had the VG Beyond Burgers as well as carrot cake for dessert. All very tasty! VG is a great organization. At their website, they have opportunities to donate so that plant based meals can be provided to vulnerable communities such as shelters, centers, and first responders. Way to go VG!

    Nice big Sweet Potat Fries!

Fantastic! It's a rediscovery since it's been a while since I last dined here. I just started my quest for Vegan meals. Veggie Grill will be on my regular rotation as I'm switching it up a few times a week. I can't give up red meat altogether. Well, at least not yet. I purchased two meals here, the Burger and the Chicken Sandwich. The Chicken sandwich was in my fridge for a few days and it was still amazingly great! Oh and I had the sweet potato fries which were really delish! Definitely recommend and was glad to see there was no soy in the burger.

Maybe all the mac and cheese and sauce fell off before they packaged my burger?

My wife and I had an enjoyable breakfast experience, tasting some unique dishes that are worth coming in for. We had a real early errand in the Lomita area, so wanted to take advantage by trying a different breakfast place. They have a really informative website, explaining the owning family's participation and how some of their food is sourced. It's a brunch place (open from 8 am to 2/3 pm, Tu-Su), so needed to wait a bit outside (street parking only, found one hour free parking right in front since coming so early). Menus are available at the front counter, and you place and pay (clover) for your order first. The food came out soon after, delivered to your table. There is a self-serve water jug in the same area as take-as-you-need take-out containers (also saw a self-serve costco-size plastic wrap box for wrapping...such a Korean thing to do). Utensils and napkins are available at the table to take for need. I really like places like this that have optimized the service experience, getting what you need without having to track someone down. Forking Around's Filipino Burrito ($18.95) - a collab with the food influencer 'Forking Around' to put into a breakfast burrito, many common ingredients from a Filipino breakfast. This includes egg, garlic fried rice as base and a vegetable lumpia with longanisa pieces, wrapped in a good flour tortilla. Sides were both a cilantro lime crema and a well made sawsawan. The sausage was not too sweet nor too red (though perhaps a bit too meatloaf-like), and the lumpia in the burrito worked for me. Korean Breakfast with bulgogi and steamed rice ($19.95) - it was served in a cast-iron skillet and the pan had been heated up greatly...super hot when served and still warm by the time we left. The flavor of the bulgogi was solid, and I loved the presentation. Taco Truck Burrito ($17.95) - korean-style al pastor pork, with pineapple and kimchi fried rice and egg. It was good....forgot to ask if the meat was really cooked on a vertical rotisserie. Came with a good chipotle salsa and lime crema. We were done in 30 minutes, from entry to exit. It wasn't too busy, so asked the front-of-house lead where the longanisa sausage and lumpia were made...she stated that it was all in-house. That's really impressive, making an ingredient from scratch that is only used in one dish. This and the elegant presentation and longevity really shows that the entire team behind bites & bashes cafe (catering) knows what they are doing.

I was surprised at how large the "personal size" mac & cheese was -- it was very generous. We ended up sharing the pizza, mac & cheese, and coleslaw and still had plenty of food. The meal also came with two personal-size carrot cakes, which we took home for the next day. Even sharing just one was more than enough. When we arrived, the restaurant was about half full and there was live music occurring on the patio. We opted to sit inside where it was a little less noisy and there was a comfy and cozy booth calling our name. The vibe was great, with fun and eclectic decor. The service was really upbeat and friendly and our server was so kind and helpful. We asked him if the espresso martini had dairy in it (which I just discovered that is a thing at some places) and he double checked with the bartender to ensure there wasn't my dairy in it! I ordered that alongside a falafel wrap I must say, both of these worked so well together. The espresso martini was light and refreshing yet still had a bold flavor. The falafel was nice and crispy with a delectable inside and the tahini sauce was so rich and creamy. The meal felt indulgent yet hearty all at the same time.
