I didn't catch my nail lady's name, unfortunately. The staff were all very friendly and upbeat. We came in around 11 for two with no appointment and they got us in within 10 minutes, which was awesome. We did offer to come back at a later time, if needed. I do usually ask to get my nails done while I'm getting a pedicure, and they did that without asking which I really appreciated. I'm taking one star away because I got the basic pedicure and for some reason my pedicure didn't end with any hot towel or lotion. Which I was sad about. Still an amazing salon, but when I pay $45 for a pedicure I do want all the perks that are offered on the menu. My nails were $80, which is slightly on the pricey side, but I did get a pretty intricate design. I'll be back next time!

The place was empty which was very surprising but later I learned that most of their business os appointment only which to me seems less chaotic and less rushed for the person receiving the treatment. Quan started my pedicure right away. She asked what scent I would like for the pedicure package I chose (I picked thr bliss and watermelon scent). She was very considerate about the water temperature and the pressure of her hands when she was massaging my calves and feet. She took really great care of my toes. I can honestly say that this was the least painful pedicure Ive ever had and she got my ingrown out and really cleaned up my toes. They look fantastic. For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. I picked a color an Thuy did a great job matching up my longer nails with my broken shorter nails so they looked more uniform. We had great conversation and I felt really comfortable. I left feeling really satisfied with my experience and knowing that I just found my new nail spot. If you're looking for a new spot that will really take care of you and you're in the Orangevale/Folsom area, look them up!
