For me the food and the service has always been great, I usually get the same thing every time which is girl dinner: Chicken Caesar salad +fries + water and then maybe sometimes a dessert. This last time made me sad because the food was just not up to its usual standard. I was missing parts of my salad which were the crunchy parm crisps that tie the whole salad together! I searched for them in the darkness but alas...there were none. My fries were lukewarm at best, still crunchy and salty, but usually they're piping hot and fresh. When I tried to order dessert, the server came to my seat and told me all you had were the churros, so I cancelled my order because I just was not feeling that. I figured it was due to the fact that they had a private party, which I suspected from the beginning as the parking was packed, which for a Tuesday night, I was surprised to see since I usually have my days off during the week and have never seen this. All in all, I prefer this theater over other major chains like Cinemark or Regal just because they have always been consistent, I feel like they have a very diverse menu, and the place is always clean with comfy recliner seats. Oscar did reach out to me when I sent in my concerns over my last experience when they asked for a review, he said he wants to make sure my next visit is an enjoyable one, which I appreciated. One bad food experience isn't going to deter me from coming back as I said, this is not the norm. Mortal Kombat 2 is out and I will be watching that with my boyfriend and hopefully this time we get to experience those cute couches and the food service that I know and love. It did not take long at all for our order, but I will say there were only a few of us in the theater for this particular show. We tried their fried chicken sandwich, cheese pizza, and bottomless soda. The fried chicken sandwich was great. Perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The toppings for the chicken chicken sandwich sounded a little strange, but they worked really well together and had a delicious flavor. The pizza was really not to our liking at all. It was thicker crust and my wife did not care for the flavor really. We never did figure out how to get a diet Coke refill.

Finally, while the recliners are a nice touch, there's no head rest so that when you're fully-reclined you are looking at the ceiling. That just doesn't cut it in a 3D movie.

First time since they went to scanning QR code for food and drink vs ordering in person or on the sheet of paper. QR code was not easy for us or the other couple we were with. We ordered first and got our drinks last and two separate times . No notification, unless in very small print, that automatic 18% and if you don't close out your tab (not easy) you'll be charged an addition 5%. We sat on the second to back row as we know from the past, the back row does not recline. Our 5 seats in a row did not recline. After the show we talked to the person at the desk and he showed no sympathy or concern for our experience. We asked how we could know what seats in the future do not recline and he said he didn't know . Because there was no concern about our experience, not sure if we will come back again. In addition their bar/ tap room never seems open. When they are the bartenders are fine but just hours not predictable. When a struggling business doesn't care about the customer, why give them return business.

My husband and I both signed up, so our plan was simple: order three popcorns, split the check, use our two free popcorns, and pay for the third. Easy enough... or so we thought. We arrived during the previews, but by the time our popcorn finally arrived, we were already about 15 minutes into the movie. At that point, I honestly could've walked to the concession stand and been back much faster. To make matters worse, the popcorn wasn't the warm, buttery movie theater popcorn you look forward to--it was cold. My son ordered jalapeños with his popcorn but was brought pickles instead... and then charged for them. The popcorn is advertised as bottomless, but getting the refill was somehow even slower than the first order. One person in our group never received theirs until we pressed the service button again. Thankfully, a different server noticed the delay, apologized, and brought it out quickly after realizing it had been sitting in the queue for quite some time. The billing wasn't correct either. We were initially charged for two popcorns, charged for the pickles we never ordered, and only one of our free popcorn rewards was applied. Now, I don't usually complain because I know restaurants and theaters get busy, but when there's an automatic 18% service charge, I do expect timely service and accurate orders. The bright spot of our visit was Connor, the manager. Once he was made aware of everything, he listened without being defensive, and immediately made it right. He honored both free popcorn memberships and even comped the third popcorn that I had every intention of paying for. He turned what could have been a much more frustrating experience into one where we at least left feeling heard. Would I come back? This theater is tucked away behind a large bank building, and can be very hard to see. It is by far…read morethe smallest theater I have ever seen...but don't let the size fool you. Inside are two screens, both quite sizeable, with ample seating. From what I understand, this theater is not open year-round. It opens during summer blockbuster season, and when highly anticipated movies come about. I suppose that's why when we showed up, the guy thought we were there to see the new Mission Impossible movie. We were actually there to see The Muppets. When we got there, I was feeling a mixture of both excitement, and nerves. I looked around, and it looked like the Movie Theater That Time Forgot. The concession stand was dimly lit and looked like it hadn't been used in ages. There were movie posters rolled up in a corner, the marquees still used removable letters...it was OLD SCHOOL. The theater is owned/operated by an Indian man, who was the only person running everything. He was the concession stand clerk, box office clerk, and projectionist. Tickets are the cheapest anywhere for new flicks. $5 for adults, $3 for kids, all the time. The movie-watching experience was pretty nice...although about 2/3 of the way through the movie, the sound had some hiccups, which the man explained was due to the way he had everything set up. He apologized for that, and we didn't really mind, since he was so incredibly nice to us. He also REALLY loves and is proud of his surround sound, which he gave us a demo of (we watched a 20 minute segment from XXX, and the explosions, car crashes, ect. sounded really great), and he was really anxious to show it to us the entire night. I have to give him credit...he may not be running a sparkling, shiny new theater, but I liked his enthusiasm for what he did have to offer, and sometimes, that's all you really need. We will most definitely be back for an action flick to make use of his sound system.
